    We had multiple plumbing jobs plus a hot water heater replacement done by Midtown Plumbing. The technician, Jason, did a wonderful job. His attention to detail and expertise were beyond any plumber experience we have had in the 25 years weve been in our home. Excellent work, very professional and Jason took the time to discuss options, NOT try to do the most expensive thing. That was extremely appreciated. He kept us continuously updated on the work and what he was doing throughout the day, which was also appreciated. We are very pleased with the workmanship and the price. If we need a plumber in the future, well definitely call Midtown.

    Everyone one has been so helpful and professional at Midtown Plumbing. I am very impressed with the communication. Stephanie helped get me scheduled and answered all of my questions. David quoted and fixed my problem in no time and cleaned up. The price was completely fair. David also wanted to ensure I was completely satisfied with the work and that everything was functional. I will definitely call them again when I have plumbing issues.

    My wife and I wanted to replace our fixtures in our master bathroom and talked to several plumbing companies who said that if we went and picked the stuff out they would handle the labor. I continue to search for a company that not only would do the labor but could provide the product so Id be sure we were getting the right items. During my search I ended up calling Midtown Plumbing and the lady I spoke to was extremely nice and toward the end of our conversation she said are you going to get the fixtures or do you want us to provide them. Well that was the first time someone had made that offer and it just made the process so much easier. Whats in a couple days Matt came out and gave us an estimate and we picked out the fixtures we wanted and within a couple weeks he completed the work and everything is in excellent working order and looks fantastic. We plan on using Midtown plumbing and Matt again somewhere around June to replace an old hot water heater.

    Midtown was very professional and knowledgeable of repairs to my home system. The service men were outstanding and performed there repairs with integrity and nice workmanship. The only thing was I wanted a ballcock valve on my garden hose and the serviceman said was not needed by code. But I wanted it and I think I payed for it ? Midtown plumbing is pricey but did an excellent job! Would recommend them .

    Midtown Plumbing was amazing to work with. They helped me locate a deep underground plumbing line break. They also first tried clearing the main sewer line hoping to save us money on the larger needed repairs. They have the knowledge and equipment to troubleshoot and fix anything. Their staff is honest and hardworking. I will definitely be recommending them in the future.

    I have had both small and large jobs completed by Midtown Plumbing and all were handled by knowledgeable, efficient staff. They explained everything in detail, arrived on time and finished early. Their prices are very reasonable. One job involved an insurance claim. The claims agent did’t ask for a second quote and covered the claim. Everyone i have talked with has been polite and helpful. I recommend them for any size job.

    I asked my neighbor for the name of a plumber when the city told me I had a leak. She recommended Midtown Plumbers so I called for an appointment. Not only did I get an appointment the next day, but Jason thoroughly checked out my entire house to make sure I had no other issues. One issue that came up was my ignorance in descaling my tankless hot water heater. When Jason inspected it, he found it was leaking oil. He gave me two options for fixing it and he and another plumber, Matt, were able to immediately get us on the schedule once the part was available. I can’t thank them enough for their exemplary service and next time, I won’t have to ask my neighbor for a plumber.

    I recently had a great experience with Midtown Plumbing. First of all, it was very easy to book an appointment by telephone. I was given a two hour time slot for the technician to arrive. The technician called to let me know when he was 15 minutes away and he arrived promptly within the given timeframe.The technician, Jason was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He was very thorough in diagnosing the problem with my hot water heater and he explained it to me with photos and a video that he shot of my hot water heater. I needed a new part for it and Jason even called the water heater’s manufacturer to see if the part was under warranty.Jason returned to my house a couple of days later to install the faulty part. He installed the new part and thoroughly checked to see that my system was working perfectly. He made sure that I was satisfied and that I didn’t have any questions before he left.I highly recommend Midtown Plumbing!

    The two-man team from Midtown Plumbing had the cumbersome task of replacing a basement 80 gallon hit water heater. This involved a less-than-ideal carry of both units up and down a narrow flight of stairs. They accomplished the replacement in less than two hours without making a mess or scraping any painted walls, very professionally and in good humor. I was very satisfied by their work!

    We recently moved to Raleigh and were unhappy with our tankless hot water performance on our newly built home. Midtown plumbing sent Jason out to our home and he found that the builder configured the unit incorrectly and also fixed a water pressure concern.     Great experience with Midtown Plumbing. They replaced three faucets and also the fixtures in one bathroom, including the valve. The tech arrived on time and was as nice as could be. The tech Jason was very informative on initial consultation and instructed us there were some things we could handle ourselves. We used them to install a new faucet and they credited us back the diagnostic fee since we used them for install. Jason returned as our install tech and despite a 1-2 hour job taking 4 hours, he stuck it out and completed everything (until it was at his standard). Thanks again Jason!     Fantastic service! Jason, our technician was excellent. Replaced our 28 y/o water heater. The company notifies you well in advance of your appointment, sends out a nice bio of who your tech is and their experience, and what to expect in todays service. We got a quote and the replacement done in the same day. Jason was knowledgeable and did all the big and small checks to make sure our system was in top shape. Price-wise? It is what it is. Beats being jerked around by other local companies who almost refused to come even talk about our job. We are grateful and very pleased with our service. Reliable, clean hot water is priority #1.     We hired Midtown Plumbing to replace our leaking hot water tank with a tankless water heater and everything from start to finish was awesome. Stephanie was responsive from the office and scheduled us right away for a quote. Jason came out and it was one of the most through quotes Ive gotten. It was also one of the most reasonable. He walked me though everything that would need to be done and took care of any questions that I had. He was prompt and functional. On install day, both Jason and Matt were communicative through the day of install. Both of them were great. Finally Jason showed up early the next day to setup for the inspector and came back when the inspector was done (with no issues!). Highly recommended Midtown Plumbing and will be using them again when we are looking for other work!

    (5/2024) Amazing!!!! They should change their name to the Drain Whisperers. We have an older house with older house problems (especially when galvanized pipes are present). This problem was the kitchen sink and the clog was not budging. David and Matt took our concerns, budget and timeframes into consideration and came up with plans A, B and C. I must have gotten lucky with the scheduling but they were very quick to respond. The technicians were very knowledgeable and listened to what my initial issue was.     Bill from Midtown did a great job for me. I have a sewage pump in my basement and Bill was able to get me a new lid for the tank, replace the pump and repair/update the pipes as needed. Bill called me and explained how it was better for me to wait a day for the lid he ordered and then fix everything at once to same me time and money. So on the 2nd appointment , Bill showed up on time, explained everything, gave me accurate estimate and did a very good job. I asked him for his card so Ill remember to call Midtown again if/when I need them.All these things I mention I was unable to communicate with other companies when I was calling around for a plumber. Midtown phone operators explained to me I could buy my own sewage pump to save me money and time on the installation. Other companies wanted to supply the sewage pump which then they up-charge me a price.Very happy with Bill and Midtown.

    Had a great experience with these guys. We had what looked to be a water leak in our ceiling. Someone came out during the initial call and made some observations, opened up my ceiling with the water damage, provided a few tips; however, nothing was resolved when he left. The next day, I filled up our tub since I had a hole in my ceiling and and discovered the leak. Called them back to continue their leak search and was able to find the issue.They were very professional and did not charge me for another assessment since they didnt discover it the first time around.     I have used Midtown Plumbing multiple times since moving into our home last year. They were recommended to me by many friends and for good reason! Unlike others, they are extremely responsive and punctual. The first time I called, my husband and I were convinced we would be buying a new hot water heater as that was what another plumber had told us. Midtown came, inspected the problem, and discovered we just needed a new shower head! They ended up saving us thousands of dollars, for which we were very grateful.     Midtown Plumbing to the rescue. I had a leaking pipe under my dishwasher that had leaked through the floor and into the ceiling of my basement. Matt was dispatched out to assess immediately. He identified the problem and scheduled with me to come back and fix the pipe. He showed up right on time and fixed my problem while maintaining excellent customer service.     Midtown is the only plumbing vendor to call in wake county if you want your job done efficiently, on time and for the best price in the market. I purchased 2 high end heavy one piece toilets for my upstairs bathrooms on Black Friday 2020 and had them delivered to my home. For over a month I have interview more than 6 vendors to have them installed. Few would quote a price on the phone, and the ones that came to the house before giving me a quote all had hidden fees and up sell tactics. My call to midtown was answered immediately, a price was quoted and a quick date was set for installation. Russell the installer, arrive on the date, on time and called 40 minutes prior to arrival. Two hours later everything was done and there were no variations in pricing from what I was quoted-which by the way was $300-$400 less than any other vendor. If you appreciate customer service and professionalism, and also want the best price in the market-make them your first call.

    Weve had several plumbing diasters this spring during the height of covid. Each time Midtown has promptly responded and provided exceptional service.     Rob Stevenson did a great job repairing a backflow preventer for my irrigation system that broke in the freezing weather. He showed me how to isolate, drain, and remove this equipment to prevent this issue from occurring again.
