What a great Plumber! My mom had a problem with her disposal. I help her with her household projects because knowing who to call can be kind of intimidating. I have used local guys plumbing for projects in the past with amazing results! They answered the phone on a Saturday. Set up a next day appointment and called on their way to her house. Great communication! We thought she may need a new disposal. It was seized up and making a weird noise. They were honest about what needed to be done and fixed it quickly! Great company. I had three plumbers at my home that couldnt figure out why my water pressure was so low. Called The Local Guys and they figured out the issue right away and replaced a failed pressure reducing valve in my crawl space. Highly recommend!!

I had the local Guys Plumbing come and remove an old water softener and filtration system. He also replaced the faucet in my kitchen. During the removal of the water softener he notice an issue with my water heater that could cause a problem if not fixed, he fixed it as well. This was not an up sell. He was friendly, knowledgeable and respectful of my wood floors. I highly recommend the Local Guys Plumbing. They have my business going forward.

They got here 45 min before appointment (yay), neat and professional. They had to cut out two leaky copper drain pipes from the laundry room. Gave me the price (very reasonable) before starting. Did the job quickly and neatly and as they advertise -- no mess to clean up when they left. Gave me valuable advice about Drano/Liquid Plumber and old copper pipes! Very easy to talk and work with. Totally satisfied!!

Im so happy that I got in touch with Local Guys Plumbing! Really fast friendly service and reasonable rates. So reasonable that this visit cost me half of the ballpark quote I got over the phone. I thought for sure that I needed a main drain cleaning and Tory inspected, diagnosed and found the true problem which cost less than I had been prepared for. Thats the kind of service I will come back to every time. Also found out that they service all things plumbing related from hot water heaters to leaky faucets. Now there is only one plumbers card in my Rolodex.

I run Dees Dog Grooming. Our hot water heater went out on a Tuesday night. They came and determined I needed a new part. They knew I couldnt open with no hot water. They had me up and running in 2 days. Other companies said 2 weeks. John was incredible! Dees Dog Grooming is forever grateful.

I wish I would have received the $25 discount for being a first time customer, but in the end, the service was well worth it. It all started when I tried to tighten the soap dispenser on my kitchen sink. One might thinks this would be the easiest of task, but beware... turns out everything in our system was connected and when a small S shaped PVC pipe came loose, the whole works came tumbling down like a Lego tower. The friggin thing was even held together by zip ties!!Enter Tory from The Local Guys Plumbing company. I just happened to luck out when choosing Local Guys. We had a business card from another company, which shall remain nameless (hint: rhymes with Mold Peel). So, we call Local Guys and the next day hes here ripping unnecessary junk and useless parts from under the sink and gives to us a very clean/simple kitchen sink setup! Could not be happier. I immediately threw the card from the old company and replaced it with Torys Local guys Plumbing card.

Tory, Amanda and their crew did a fantastic job at a reasonable price. They promised to have the job done in a short amount of time to avoid leaving me without services. Boy did they deliver! They were done with my large, challenging project on time and on budget. They took extra time to ensure my home was protected from dirt and debris and left very little trace of their presence. Tory and his crew are knowledgeable and confident in the job they performed even when difficult and unexpected issues came up. There was absolutely no corners cut. This company and its owners are phenomenal! I have used them for emergency line clearing, preventative service to keep the drains flowing and even had them re-pipe my old house with pex. Even used them at my work when I had a 4” hot main rupture at 11pm on the weekend and they were there in a flash! They are up front and honest about costs and even if something changes, they explain why and get approval in advance. It’s so rare to find service levels like this anymore and someone that you consider to be honest and just a great company. They are now my only go to plumber!

When I called I actually got to talk to a person not a machine or has to go online, he said he would be here between 6 and 8 and explained, called a little before 7 and asked if it was still ok to come over, he showed up was very respectful, friendly took care of the problem
