    A wonderful experience working with this company from beginning to end. The technician they sent out were very polite and professional. Liz the coordinator provided me several progress reports updates daily. They were quick and thorough with their assessment. She addressed ALL concerns and observations that I made myself, even sending the technician back out for confirmation. Losing both HVACs In Texas heat was very overwhelming and traumatic. My property management dropped the ball so many times and Temper Mechanical pivoted and rolled with the punch, escalating repairs to get my family units functioning again.Thanks Liz and Team for outstanding service!

    We have a five year old Carrier A/C that never has worked right so we called Temper Mechanical. They responded quickly since they work seven days a week when weather warms up. Getting them here was no problem and no extra cost involved on the weekend. The techs were very conscientious and communicated with us on the progress of the job since they were also dealing with Carrier. Isaac handled the replacing of the damaged condenser unit and also corrected a couple of things that may have led to the part failing. In case youre wondering, the unit was installed by the builder, not Temper Mechanical. Temper guaranteed their labor for a year which seems perfectly reasonable to me. The price? Well, Im a firm believer that good work isnt cheap and cheap work isnt good. The price was reasonable considering the work to be done. It was a lot cheaper than replacing the entire unit which was the next option. All in all I rate these guys 5 out of 5 stars.

    I called Temper with a somewhat urgent need to install thermostats. I had several pre-questions and sent pictures. Jarvis was knowledgeable and quick to respond. They made an appt the next morning. Jermaine texted me when coming, updated me when he was minimally delayed. Arrived, got right to work, finished rapidly. Pricing was very good versus competitors. Customer service from the initial call thru the visit was top notch. Responsiveness was the clincher!

    I have been using Temper mechanical since 2019. They have replaced both a 3.5 ton unit and a 5 ton unit promptly and at lower prices that I was able to find. Temper mechanical has also provided very prompt service whenever we have have needed repairs. I highly recommend Temper Mechanical for AC/Heating needs.

    Ron, the owner responded quickly to my request for help with a broken thermostat. He scheduled a tech to come out the same day… That technician, ISAAC communicated with us throughout the day to let us know his estimated time of arrival. When he showed up he was friendly professional clean and knowledgeable. Explained to us what the problem was, fixed it and gave us some suggestions to pay attention to in the future. As new home owners, this was our first repair. It was a good experience. We will use them again. Thank you Sirs.

    After my husband placed a call late in the evening to have our malfunctioning AC checked, Ken came quickly. He was professional, courteous and did a great job. He explained his findings thoroughly and solved the problems. He also provided us with helpful information on thermostat settings, maintenance, etc. We told him that he could be a great instructor of an AC class. Were very pleased with Kens service.

    Ron and his team were awesome. My AC went out and I didn’t know the first thing to do, so I called Ron. He set up me up with the perfect system for my house, great price, and the financing terms I needed. His team working on my home were very professional. They laid cloth on my floor to protect the areas where they were walking and they cleaned up thoroughly when they were done. I know I will sleep like a baby. I highly recommend them. You will love them, trust me!!

    I had my A.C. go out since Sunday. I been waiting for a technician to come through and boy it was worth the wait (the hot house wasnt worth it lol). Ken the A.C. Tech arrived around 10 pm and he went straight to work and got my A.C. back running within minutes. Hes very knowledgeable and understands exactly what to look for when doing a diagnostic. If I could give more stars on his work, I would definitely would. Thanks to him, the A.C. started working again. I highly recommend anyone to get any work from Ken.

    My AC went out during high temperatures and the interior of my home was over 83 degrees. I have a dog that overheats easily, so these were unsustainable conditions. I requested an emergency service with Temper Mechanical and received a call to schedule with a tech within two hours. Isaac and his crew were fantastic! They communicated with me before the appointment, showed up on time, were very professional, and knocked out the job so fast! I am now typing this in a nice 68 degree home thanks to them!     Scheduled an emergency appointment with their technician on the phone for 9 AM Sunday morning. First told me he would be late for a flat tire and now he says he cant make it because its Sunday and he was originally coming out to be nice and no one works on Sunday. House is now 84 degrees. I was able to speak with their project manager and he himself made about an hour drive to come get things up and running. Very kind and professional man.

    Ron came to us highly recommended. His professionalism and depth of HVAC knowledge is beyond reproach. My husband and I were cautious about bringing anyone to our home during COVID-19 but his technicians were highly sensitive to social distancing, face masks and contact protocols. Our home began cooling 30 minutes prior to the tech team leaving just to make sure everything was working before we were asked to make the payment.

    My god-mother is not too tech savvy so she asked me to post a review for Ron Hamilton on her behalf. Mr. Hamilton is AC technician who came out and repaired her central air unit. He was very trustworthy, other repair men came out and told her she needed more than what she actually needed. One technician actually told her she needed a unit all together, even though her unit is only a few years old and is still covered under warranty.Nevertheless, she said Mr. Hamilton explained everything to her in a manner she understood and trusted and made sure she didnt have to pay an expensive bill.     These guys have been amazing! No one likes getting the call from a tenant that the A/C is going out - but Temper Mechanical Air & Heat made it as painless as possible.     Ron set up his crew and his ac technician Ken along with his crew worked tirelessly putting in new ductwork till 12:15 a.m. Ken came back several times after to check my lemon thermostat and replace it for me with a Nest. Ken checked everything throughly from the output to the return air intake to check the differential. He placed my two surge protectors and now my house is cooling like Antarctica. Thanks for doing a great job.

    My AC was a 2 year old Carrier on a 2 year old new DR Horton house. AC still on the 5 year Warranty for parts. I had 2 other companies come out, each costing me $70 diagnostic fee. One was a Nigerian who I could not understand and who did not get back with me on the Carrier part and just deserted me. He seemed to want the $70 fee only. Then the 2nd company came out...professional and all, but wanting $2,400 to change out a condenser coil that was leaking fluid. Too expensive. Carrier recommended Ron Hamilton with Temper Mechanical. I called and he answered on 2nd ring. He came out the same day and diagnosed the problem. He went to Carrier in Sugar Land and got with his service REP to have the part ordered from San Antonio. He was up front on everything and told me the part would be shipped overnight. Thats what the other company told me too, so I knew it to be true. He said he would work Sunday if needed to get the job done ASAP. I went with Ron and said order it, lets move forward. His 4 men came out on Saturday July 11th as soon as the part arrived, all wearing masks, courteous and got the job done in 3 or less hours in the Houston Heat & Humidity. The A/C looks new and works very well. I was super pleased! The best thing it was only $1,700, hundreds less than the other company. I would highly recommend this company and these men. Good job Ron. Will use you again in the future.
