Our experience with the plumbing officials was absolutely amazing. Joe, who we worked with, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. We needed a new custom shower installed because the old one was falling apart and wasnt installed properly by the previous homeowners. Joe guided us through the entire process and was always available to answer any questions we had. Additionally, he ensured that all the work was permitted.Unfortunately, we were still experiencing backups in the shower even after the new plumbing was installed. Joe discovered that the old cast iron coming into the house was completely rotten, which was causing the backup. Joe and his team promptly returned and fixed the issue. After a few weeks of hard work, we are finally up and running. Joe and the team at the plumbing officials are truly professional, and their pricing is extremely fair. They have earned our trust and are now our go-to plumbers.

Joe was very diligent and analyzed a difficult problem, which was a drain pipe that had been installed with a reverse slope which caused the blockage. He was also very careful in the way he went about his work, and promised that we would not be charged if they could not address the problem. Ill use The Plumbing Officials again if we have need for a plumber.

Believe the reviews. Khalil and Justin were fantastic. Provided an upfront and honest quote and stuck to it. This operation does it the right way and it obviously starts with their people. Received a call back within minutes of requesting service online. They showed up at the designated time, which was less than an hour from the time of the call. They are professional, polite and efficient.

Ive used The Plumbing Officials multiple times now and theyve always been very responsive, professional, and informative. With my latest call to them, theyve gone the extra mile for me. My toilet was leaking into my subflooring and they came out after hours to put a stop to it. Within the next few days they repaired my bathroom floor better than when we bought the house and my partner and I couldnt be happier

I emailed The Plumbing Officials through their website form late last night because my garbage disposal was leaking. I was doubtful anyone would get back to me since frequently those forms aren’t the best for getting a call back. I was totally surprised when they emailed me bright and early a 2 hour time slot for today, which I accepted immediately. Dinessa at the office was lovely, keeping me continually apprised of when to expect a tech to be at my home. Then Khalil showed up and was so professional and quick to diagnose and fix the problem. I had a new garbage disposal in about an hour AND at a great price. I highly recommend this company and Khalil in particular.

Wow. Where do I start. Miracles after miraclesI called on The Plumbing Officials for a water leak. They promptly came out and not only fixed the problem but replaced my entire bathroom and installed a shower in a half bath that did not have one. I mean like created me a full bathroom. Their creativity surpassed my expectations. Not only was it phenomenal but it was done very quickly. I will definitely be using The Plumbing Officials for my future plumbing needs. Joe and his apprentice were fantastic. I called about a proactive water heater replacement (ours is from 2005 but still kicking) + whole house filtration install. They came out within 2 hours on the weekend. I was shocked. They were professional and knowledgeable. They also took time to talk through everything with me and explain the details of what they proposed and why. Because we live in an old house we don’t currently have an in-house mainline water shut off and it’s not easy access to the mainline, which is under a floorboard. They talked to me about why how they would reconfigure some things to give us access to the main line and add a water shut off while adding the whole house filtration system. I felt like they were advising me like they would their own family.Their quote was prompt, clearly outlined, and a very good price. Ultimately we went with a different plumber but only because they had done this exact job in a house in our neighborhood recently and had photos and a complete plan for how to execute. But I felt so strongly about the excellent, trustworthy experience I had with Joe and The Plumbing Officials that I wanted to write them a review. I will definitely have them on my “to call” list in the future when I need a plumber.

The Plumbing Officials were amazing from beginning to end of our process. They were extremely accommodating and able to fit us into their schedule right away. They confirmed the appointment via text and email, and also let us know when they were on the way to our home. They were timely and professional as well as highly knowledgeable about all of our issues. We needed a leaky pipe under our kitchen sink changed, a shower/ tub cabled, and a loose sink spigot fixed on a bathroom sink. Joe was able to diagnose all of our issues right away and thoroughly explained how/ why they would be completing the work. They made sure that we were made aware of any changes in price/ plan before making them, and assured that we were happy with all of the work before leaving. We recently used The Plumbing Officials for a pipe blockage, and we had a great experience, especially with Khalil! The Plumbing Officials were able to send someone out same-day to examine the problem. Upon realizing the severity/nature of the issue and that it was a two person job, Khalil worked some magic to get a second person come out immediately so they could address the problem and so that we didnt have to go another day without functioning toilets. Khalil was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The Plumbing Officials were very clear and upfront with pricing, and we felt confident that Khalil was suggesting only necessary services as he was very mindful to not waste our money. Khalil got the job done well and in a timely manner. I would highly recommend The Plumbing Officials!

I had a leaking valve and faucet on my kitchen sink. I called and left a message and they called back within an hour and put me on the schedule the very next business day. The technicians that came out were very professional and were straightforward with what needed to be done. The arrived earlier than scheduled with a courtesy call before and were finished the job in under 2 hours. The cost was reasonable and affordable and they dont charge you for coming out to just look at it for a quote. I will use them for any other plumbing needs and will recommend them to everyone!

This company is truly AWESOME!!! At the worst time possible I had a sewer issue that other plumbing services had told me I was looking at paying $6000 at the least. The did what I needed for a whole lot less. They assessed the job and finished it in a few hours. When dealing with this business you know that they are about doing the best job and not trying to take advantage of you...HONESTY is definitely a quality that this company is built on. Can not say enough good things about this crew! We had what we thought was a simple problem, but turned out we had to have our entire septic system redone. I am so thankful that we found The Plumbing Officials! After getting a variety of estimates, Joe and his crew were not only the most affordable, but also had the best communication and were able to expedite the whole process. Joe came out for an estimate at 6am before another job, because that was the only time I could be home. He took time to explain things, answered all my questions, and was very knowledgeable. Then, he was able to get a permit approved in 1 day, when other companies had estimated 3 weeks. When it looked like we might be dealing with rainy weather, he was very communicative of a plan A and plan B of how to proceed. There were no hidden costs or fees, he was always on time, and his crew was very professional. I am so glad we found Joe and will definitely use them for any future plumbing needs.

I meant to write this review back in December. We had a leak from frozen pipes. The plumbers did a great job fixing it. They were quick and courteous. The only thing I suggest is that they bring a wet vac because with a burst water is all over the floor. Not everyone owns a wet vac but thank God I had one or else I would have had to figure out a way to clean up the water as it was left all over the floor. Thats my only suggestion...I will definitely use them again.

Highly recommend The Plumbing Officials. We lost hot water over the weekend, while at the same time dealing with Covid in the household, and simply weee in need of a hot shower. After getting different quotes from the area’s plumbing companies, The Plumbing Officials responded with a quote the Monday after the weekend our water heater died, and quoted a very fairly priced product they are familiar with installing, as well as, a better price than their competitors to install the heater we preferred. On top of having the best price, they saw we were in need of a quick turnaround, and informed us they could accomplish the job the next day, even if it meant working well into the night. They did exactly as they promised and our hot water was back up and running late Tuesday night. We greatly appreciate their dedication to their word, and the work they put in, well beyond the normal works hours, to get the job done.

Honestly 5 stars is an understatement. These guys came out to check on a leak for me within two hours of calling them ON A SATURDAY, then fixed it for an exceptionally great price within another hour or so of them being here.So thats just the company being rad, the technician was on a whole different level. So incredibly friendly and professional- I asked a ton of questions which he happily answered while giving me context on what he was doing, materials he was using and how he was fixing it. At the end he showed me where my water shutoff valve was and gave me some pointers on how to tell if a leak is happening and what to do if something like a pipe were to burst.Ive worked with a lot of contractors before. These guys are the best.

These guys came out on a rainy Sunday evening to take a look at the issue and provided a quote shortly after that. I agreed to about half of the work (the most urgent stuff) and there was no pressure at all about doing the remainder. The appointment was scheduled quickly and efficiently.Over the course of one day, they ran cameras down and also unclogged about fifteen cast iron, century-old drain pipes. If they had told me all of the pipes were compromised and would need repairs or even total replacement, I would have believed them, given the age of these pipes. But they managed to unclog the backed up ones (including one or two that had roofing materials stuck in them) and identified only two relatively minor issues for follow-up work, which Ill use The Plumbing Officials for as well. Theyre thorough but efficient, they know what theyre doing, and theres no pressured sales pitch at any point in the process.Bonus is that theyre professional and nice, and everyone from the person who schedules the appointments to the owner (who was on-site for the entire job) is lovely to work with.

I contacted TPO this morning after contacting a 3 other companies who were unable to come out today. I am so happy I stumbled upon this company through a Google search. This company is now first on my list and my go to plumber.My husband and I woke up to standing water in our kitchen. We knew before going to bed that we had an issue with our drain trap, and we called another company last night who refused to come out and told us to screw it back on. We have been homeowners for 20 years and aren’t stupid. Obviously if it screwed back on then we wouldn’t be calling. My husband placed a small bucket under it and we went to bed prepared to go to Home Depot and try to fix ourselves. We awoke to standing water in our kitchen. I immediately called an emergency company who said they couldn’t be out until tomorrow morning and then called a well known expensive company who said they were restructuring their plumbing dept and subcontracting. The subcontractor was going to charge $180/hr. I went back to Google and saw this company with 5 star reviews and called. They were out within an hour. Fixed the problem in an hour at an extremely afforded price. They were extremely professional and gave us multiple options to fix with different prices. Who does this?!? An extremely price conscious plumber.This company is amazing and our new go to plumber!!
