    They are the best. Tyler came after 3 other plumbers tried to unclog toilet and couldnt, he was amazing, worked with us to get the toilet back up and running again.     I purchased plumbing insurance through American water resources. My tub got clogged.I called my insurance they sent clogbusters. Austin arrived on time. Was very knowledgeable and friendly.He had my drain unclogged FAST and let me get back to my day. Im so impressed with my entire experience with the company and the insurance provider.

    When you need good plumbing work in a hurry, you can not beat Clog Busterz. Weve recommended them frequently and used their service at least four times, two of these was a water heater replacement. We only paid labor on the last water heater because they keep up with the warranties on the items they service. Josh is a wonderful technician. He is professional, courteous and a fast worker. Within five hours of calling our water heater was replaced, but this is not unusual for them.Honest Fast ReliableAsk for Josh - hes a good one!

    I will always recommend Clog Busterz! We noticed water damage on some of the cabinets in the kitchen and they found the leak in the kitchen drainage pipe. They went above and beyond to get it fixed in a timely matter AND referred us to an amazing restoration company to help clean up the mold that had been caused by the leak.     Josh was so nice and fixed our shower in no time. The other guys wanted $3,000 to rip out and replace everything. He investigated the problem and did the job in 20 minutes for less than 10% of what the other guys wanted.

    I called Clog Busterz in the evening b/c I needed an outdoor faucet replaced. Chandler and Dawson showed up about an hour later. They inspected the issue, told me how they would fix it, and gave me an estimate. They came back first thing in the morning with the necessary parts and fixed it in less than 20 minutes. They were both polite and explained the process thoroughly. The pricing is also more than fair. I highly recommend them.

    Clog Busterz is an fantastic plumbing company. As a property owner, I have used them several times on some of my rental properties. The have always taken care of my issue within 48 hour of contacting them. Their employees have been courteous and respectful and their pricing is very reasonable for the quality of work they do.Recently, my Mother In Law had a leak in the basement of her property. She first called Mr. Rooter/Roto-Rooter here in town. They came out and told her that they needed to dig up the lines from the house to the meter, which meant digging up the entire yard, the concrete sidewalk, and the concrete driveway. Estimate was $8,500 to $11,500 and would they would not be responsible for repairing any concrete they had to dig up.I called Clog Busterz to get a second opinion, they had someone out same day, found the actual problem (which was not the line Mr. Rooter stated), and fixed the issue for $1500. LeMarc and Josh worked all day in the summer heat and got the job finished the same day. Cant recommend this company enough.

    We are very pleased with the installation of our new water heater. Clog Busterz was very easy to work with and Austin did a great job with the installation. Very professional. We got estimates from several other companies and Clog Busterz came in a couple of hundred dollars less than the next highest quote. I highly recommend them!

    Josh came to my house and gave me the first of 4 quotes for fixing the leak in our water main. He was exceedingly cordial as well as professional. Based strictly on his personality, I was hoping his quote would come in as the lowest of the 4 because he was so friendly and made me feel like he had my best interest at heart. It turned out that his quote was the lowest, which made it a no-brainer to call and schedule for him to come out and do the repair work necessary to fix the leak.Josh and Christian came to the house on the appointed day. Both of them were very courteous and professional every step of the way. They explained what they were going to do and kept me informed as to the progress they were making. The digging, they had to do, was exceedingly difficult, but they worked until the pipe was exposed and they could make the repair.Part of the repair work had to be done in my basement. They cleaned up after themselves in the basement, and replaced the dirt back into the hole in the ground, out front, as best as could be accomplished with all the clay they had to dig through.I was exceedingly pleased with their service and wont hesitate for a second to call Clog Busterz again should the need arise!

    I called Clog Busterz to have my toilet unclogged. They sent Dylan the same morning I called. Unstopping the toilet was far less expensive than I thought it would be. I had several other plumbing problems that needed to be addressed. I had postponed the other repairs, because based on some plumbing costs I had quite some time ago, I thought the cost would be totally unaffordable for me.Dylan and I discussed the other problems. He gave me a very reasonable quote for the other repairs, which were more involved than unstopping the toilet. He was very easy to work with and completed all the repairs to my satisfaction.     I had a water pipe underneath my house break after the temperatures were below 20°. It was a difficult job because my house is old and it required special parts. I had already called several plumbers and no one could get to it but they came out the very next day they even came early in the morning due to a special request of my work schedule. Brandon was able to locate the problem and fix it quickly I had hot water on by noon. I cant thank them enough. They were professional and everything is great!     In just buying my first house I had the unthinkable happen. My sewer line was bad, they sent a technician out only to find that the job was going to require a different set of hands. In walks Cody and James who not only took the time to explain what was happening but how they were going to fix it. After replacing the outside sewer line, my basement flooded again, once more these two gentlemen come in to the rescue. They took the time to reach out to the people I needed for the damage to my home, they again explained every step and every problem we encountered. They even made sure that they cleaned everything up to the best of their ability with this job. These two guys made me laugh and eased my mind in a very scary situation for me. Cody and James are the sweetest and most understanding people I have ever come across in a repair situation and I can’t be anymore thankful for them than I am. This company seems to have great standards when hiring because these two are probably the best in this business I have come across. After this experience I will never use another plumbing company.     Our tub and bathroom sink were clogged to the point that water was coming back up the tub drain when we would run the sink. When we called we were answered by a kind and out going woman who enthusiastically helped us. She dispatched a plumber named Josh who was able to fix the problem in thirty minutes. He also went out of his way to remove extra hair from our sink so that it would drain faster. They provided outstanding service and they were literally cheaper than anyone else we contacted. 10/10 will contact again if we have another clog.

    Called at 7:00am for a foul sewer smell in my home. Someone answered right away and was given a 5 hour window of when they would arrive. They arrived on the front end of the time frame and I was given a courtesy call that they were headed my way. Bryce and Dakota were very professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. I had a leak in my upstairs toilet which was allowing the sewer gas to leach into my HVAC vents which they explained in detail. That problem was fixed right away and I asked if they would address an issue I had with my kitchen sink plumbing. They didn’t have the correct parts on the van, but left and was back in 30 minutes and had that fixed in no time as well. They also offered suggestions for the future (since my home was built in 1954) and still has partial old cast iron pipes. Very pleased with their professionalism and ability of their craft. I would recommend them and will call them again for any other of my plumbing needs.

    I came home from work to discover my front yard was pooled up with water. As I was investigationg, I heard gushing. I went to my crawl space and saw that water was spraying out of a burst pipe.     We were excited when we closed on our house in November 2022. While we were moving some items in and doing some rearranging we noticed that the toilet didn’t want to flush things down. Then came the leaks around the flange. On a whim I opened the basement door and to my horror I heard water running from the ceiling. We hadn’t owned the house for more than a week when this happened. We contacted a plumber that the inspector suggested and as it was very close to thanksgiving he said he was busy and would contact us at the beginning of next week (after the Thanksgiving holiday). This was fine with us as we hadn’t fully moved in. Of course he never contacted us. We then decided after seeing several commercials about how they can fix old cast iron pipes without a ton of digging, that maybe we should contact one of these guys. After some research we decided to call Clog Busterz. We got a call from a guy named Cody and he promised to come over the next day. He came over, and looked the situation over. Scratched his head and said there were a few options we could do. After explaining all of them we then hit him with another request. Could he also move the washer hookup to the extra bedroom upstairs from the basement. He looked over the room we were talking about and said sure he’d be glad to do that for us. We decided on a price and shook hands. We also have a large bird who decided he really liked Cody and he was so nice he allowed him to hang out on his shoulder for awhile. Work would begin that Thursday. Well, the work had to be put off till the following Monday but true to his word he showed up. Made a shopping list and took off to the store. When he returned, he brought in all his supplies and explained what would be happening. The water would be off for the repair and he ask us please not to put anything down the drain. It wasn’t long before we heard the noise of the saw and knew the work had truly started. After a couple of extra runs to the store the job was finished. He walked us around and showed us what he had done. He had cleaned up the small mess that had occurred while he worked and the new pipes looked awesome. We wrote him a check and shook hands with him for a job well done. As he was driving out of our driveway my husband and I each ran to a bathroom to test the new pipes! Success! We are so pleased with the work and would recommend Cody to everyone.

    My main septic line burst. Devin came out promptly, fitting me into what I am sure was an already busy day, and verified it was burst by running a camera into the line. He then came up with a solution that did not require a total rework of the system inside and out, as another plumbing company had suggested.     Due to drought conditions we had both a water main leak AND a drain that seperated because of a shotty repair from another plumber years ago. Before work commenced we were given our options and estimates for each. After some clarification we chose which repair was best for us at this time and they returned the next day to take care of it because there was a true emergency (flooded living room) in another county.     A home warranty company made some errors along the way to have a new water heater installed at a rental home. Several days went by with no water in the house (shut off valve to the water heater was also faulty). In order to get the job done and not have any additional inconvenience for the tenants, George Weddington and Josh Neal drove 20 plus miles to pick up the water heater from a warehouse around 10 pm. Someone came to unlock the warehouse. George and Josh happily and efficiently removed the old water heater and installed the NEW unit and finished up around 11:15 pm. The tenants and I are happy. George and Josh displayed the utmost professionalism in their work and were appreciative of the opportunity to be of service. Their cheerfulness and demeanor, especially at that late hour, eased the major frustration of several days of errors by the warranty company. Need a great plumber? They came when they said they would, called ahead before they got here, were polite, clean, and they fixed the problem really quickly without it escalating into anything bigger.     James Rock and Mikey Lesko did excellent work replacing my sewer main that was 6 foot under ground! James is an expert excavator operator who made minimal mess of the yard with all that dirt they had to move to get the job done. They brought it all up to code and made sure I would never again have sewer back ups. They also replumbed both my showers that were leaking in a 40 year old home. I am very pleased with there quality work and would definitely recommend them for any sewer need!

    Our toilet wouldnt flush, and water was backing up into the bathtubs and sinks. Devan came out the day I called and after using two different rooters (one bigger than the other), he determined that the sewer line had collapsed. Derrick came out the next day to determine how best to proceed, and he found that the sewer lines ran beneath both the concrete front porch and the A/C unit. Rather than charge an additional $1000-2000 to work beneath those, he redesigned the indoor plumbing to drain through a single sewer line (we had two in our old house), replacing almost all of our old cast iron pipe with PVC. Even though he estimated a week of work, the job was done in 3 days. We were without drainage only during the work--each evening they found a way to get us draining again. While they were at it, these guys noticed that our sump pump was draining to the sanitary sewer and directed us to a credit from the city that paid to reroute it to the storm sewer. They even delayed work a full day to allow us to pursue that credit. The whole team was courteous, professional, punctual, and hard-working. The bill came in 30% below the estimate, which in our case saved us several thousand dollars. And in the end we got all new sewage plumbing inside and out to the street, plus a compliant sump pump line, for much less than the initial quote only for outside lines. When they were finished, the basement workspace was not only clean but more spacious because they were able to raise the pipes from where the cast iron had run. They even lined up the text printed on the pipes, obviously paying a lot of attention to detail! These guys take real pride in their work. Throughout the process, Devan and Derrick explained the issues and options, pros and cons thoroughly and gave us time to make decisions. As a bonus, we got to see where the functioning line was sagging and becoming brittle, so we were even more glad to have replaced it. I recommend Clog Busterz without reservation, and wish them all the best.

    Our toilets exploded on the weekend of course. I am handicapped and had to use our bathroom at home as it is special made for me.So we were in quite a pickle. Nobody wanted to come immediatelyuntil Clogbusterz was contacted. None of the 4 toilets in our home were working...the showerdrain was stopped up and the tub had backed up. They agreed to take on the job.     After 3 clogs in 19 months and no answer, we finally got an answer from Cody and Lamark (sp?). They put the camera in the sewer line and immediately saw a tile fragment from a home renovation 19 months earlier. They used the camera to pull the tile close to the clean out and provided a quote to remove it. They were not available the next day, but Matt and Josh came out to do the work. They did not find the tile, but as we waited for the camera to double check the line, they reset the toilet that a different company pulled and repaired the flush valve on another toilet. When the camera arrived, they looked way into the house and out to the city main. No tile! Thank you so much. We are so very grateful for an answer and a solution after having to clean up 2 backups into the house. We will call again for future plumbing needs.

    We had a leak in a hose connected to our water heater. I called Blue grass heating in Richmond and got nothing but the runaround from David for 3 days.I called Clog Busterz and from call to job completion was 2 hours, only because the men got the call during lunch and were in Lexington at the time. They were here at 2:00 pm and done at 2:25...My guys were Brysen Tackett and Dakota, they were friendly, proffessional and I will definitely be using them again if need be.
