    Our technician Andrew H was very professional and took the time to teach me a few thing about our new system that I installed. Heat was short cycling and he figured it out and got us up and running! Second time I had Bradley Mechanical come to the house within a few months. First time was to braze my lineset after I installed my own system. Both times they was very professional and very affordable. From these experiences, Bradley Mechanical are my go to people for my HVAC needs!

    My AC quit in the middle of a heat wave. Jacob was awesome. He helped me save money by teaching me how to do a simple task. Unfortunately, after I did what he suggested, I still didn’t have AC. No problem! Jacob was back in a few hours, replaced a bad capacitor, and everything worked again. He was extremely polite and helpful and knew what he was doing. Scheduling was really easy too. It was a great experience.

    Called to schedule for a price quote, to replace my ac system. The office was pleasant and scheduled a guy for the next afternoon. 1pm, and 97*, Jason arrives (on time). Got a text, email & a call, notifying me of his impending arrival.You could see the heat had already been working on him. Very personable, honest, and with a big smile...Jason introduced himself. We shared some small talk...about how he likes to explain ideas/recommendations to the customer. Then, he proceeded into the infernoie attic, to inspect all that is baking. 30min later, soaked, Jason reappears and we share a few more ideas. Finally, a look at the outside unit. Job is done. We proceeded to share even more...and I learned quite a bit. It felt like a great conversation with a respected and trusted friend. I eagerly anticipate his proposals. I waited about 20min after he left, called the office, and thanked them for sending Jason.Oct 1st, update: Well, decided to go with Bradley!!! Julio & crew (Jayden, Branden & Shawn) did my install. They were professional, friendly and a pleasure to have around. Install took 2 days, as scheduled. Inspite of the close quarter attic work, the seemed to have fun.I have a higher Seer rated unit, with a better mfg warranty, and a longer PM agreement...than what i was quoted by other companies. Did i pay more??? Yes. But, figure in Rebate, Tax credit and warranties...not at all.Bradley Mechanical has exceeded my expectations. Very happy with my choice, and highly recommend BM, you will be pleased, too.

    I recently had an issue with my HVAC seemingly not having power. The technician came out and quickly diagnosed and resolved. I was only charged the System Evaluation fee (which is on par with other companies in the area). Ryan Shaw did a great job; he was knowledgeable, courteous and quick.

    Everyone who has come out has been great. I had a different company come and tell me my unit was not fixable and went all last summer using window units and it was awful. When last winter came and my heat only worked on emergency heat, Bradley mechanical came out the same day I called and fixed in almost instantly so not only did I now have proper heat, I also have air conditioning again and didn’t need a whole new unit. I am on the plan where they come I think every 6 months to clean and make sure it’s working correctly and I am so thankful for this service because it gives me such a piece of mind. If you are on the fence on choosing a company, I can’t recommend them enough.

Their sale executive Ethan came out on time , very personable and professional, listened to my issues and investigated. He found the cause and fixed it right there. He gave me options as to how to repair the unit rather than pressuring me like other technicians have done in the past.     With the heat flash hitting Richmond, we came home from vacation late one night to find our house at a toasty 90 degrees with no relief. Rusty was the technician than came out in less than 24 hours to give us the inside scoop about our AC unit and offered a quick fix with parts he had with him at a reasonable price. Couldn’t have been more pleased with the way this turned out and are super grateful to have a comfortable-temp home again so quickly!

    Started having an issue with my AC unit not coming on and off properly over the weekend. I went online on Sunday morning and scheduled a service call for Monday morning. Service technician (Frank C) arrived as scheduled. He assessed my issue and determined it was a bad capacitor. He replaced the capacitor and checked over a few other components to make sure everything else was OK. Everything was completed in about 45 minutes. Quick, prompt and reasonable priced. I highly recommended them for any of your HVAC needs.

    This was supposed to be my first annual checkup but I had to call them to set it up 2 months later than it was supposed to be. Other than that this service was excellent. The technician spent about an hour or more checking everything out and was very thorough. He explained the steps he was going through and thankfully everything checked out to be in excellent condition. Our system has operated smoothly and flawlessly since it was installed last year. I’m pleased that I switched to Bradley from my previous company. I would have given fewer stars because I had to call to schedule this but it’s not the technician’s fault.

    The guys seem like they did a decent job. The gentleman that did the estimate thought that it would take about six hours. The job took about three hours. They said our ducts were pretty clean for being 24 years old. They did overlook cleaning one duct. I think the machine could’ve been moved a little closer to some of the floor registers to allow the hose to go deeper down the line. Overall, I think they did a decent job. I tend to be a perfectionist so I give them a B. It was 1100.00 for the downstairs which has two air handlers and two dozen 6 inch lines to floor registers. Guys were friendly. Estimator was cool.

    I have known Brad for 45 plus years, have been dealing with Brad for HVAC since 1990. He put my first heat pump in, in 1990, put what I hope to be my last one in 2020. I went with a 20 SEER Lennox heat pump with propane backup, and have been very pleased with it and Bradley Mechanical. I have a unique roof so there were a few minor installation challenges but we got through them, and life has been smooth since then. It came with 10 year parts/Labor, and I have their maintenance plan, so even Labor is for life. It really is all about peace of mind, later in life. Their technicians are always prompt, they text you the name and photo of the technician when on the way. I’ve had 4-6 different ones and they’re all great. If you’re looking for a whole house Generator, give Bradley a chance to estimate it. Like me you may be surprised they’re very competitive, very competent, and actually achieved locating the disconnect inside a workshop out of sight, where two other MAJOR ELECTRICAL COMPANIES said couldn’t be done.     The Bradley Mechanical technician did a great job performing a routine maintenance service on my HVAC system. He was thorough, working carefully and without rushing. Im not HVAC savvy but I know he checked voltages, pressures, filters, etc. for the air handler and the outdoor unit. For the latter, he cleaned out the interior of dirt and leaves with a garden hose. Great job! Got my moneys worth!

    I would recommend Bradley Mechanical to all of my friends. They are honest and actually fix the problem instead of just trying to up sell.     My furnace condensation pump, unbeknownst to me, shutdown my thermostat. The thermostat screen was blank so I called Bradley Mechanical for help. A technician was assigned and responded the same day to my call for help. Helpful was my being a long time Bradley client. The thermostat and furnace shutdown was a safety feature to guard against continued moisture buildup which could have caused mildew and water damage.
