My experience with roto rooter and the rr technician was outstanding. They showed up promptly after i contacted them. Work started right away and i was encouraged to watch the hole process. The old septic line was scoped. The technician described what he was seeing and identified what he would do to remedy the situation. The location of the clog was identified and the technician eagerly grabbed a shovel and started digging to locate the pipe and subsequently he excavated the perimeter of the septic tank.He clearly knew what to do. He was well trained and knew the applicable laws. He had experience with almost every septic situation imaginable and shared his insights freely. The technician was ex military, hard working never negative friendly and helpful.I would hesitate to hire rr for another septic job

We were very happy with the service. Our toilet had a very weak flush. Come to find out, one of our kids had put a toy in the toilet. Roto-Rooter was able to remove the toy and now the flush is back to normal. We were able to get an appointment fast, like within an hour and the guy who helped us seemed very professional and experienced. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Our downstairs toilet and shower were backing up every time we flushed the upstairs toilet or use the upstairs shower/tub. We called a different company at first, but they never showed up, so I went online and I saw Roto-Rooter and I decided to give them a call. The lady said they would be there within an hour, but he was actually arrived in less than one hour, which was great. Yhe technician that serviced our home was very nice, and friendly and very professional. He gave us various options and explained everything in detail. He did a great job. I would definitely recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

My breaker panel isnt labeled all that well so after we played the game of what does this one do?! for a few minutes, he updated the appropriate label for the disposal for me. The install was pretty quick and I think he left my kitchen cleaner than before he arrived. This is my third time using RR (sewer line, hot water heater, garbage disposal) and Ive been really happy with each experience.

Evan and Chris came out ON Time, very nice and knowledgeable they found the problem quickly and gave us what the solution would involve and started the ball rolling for us to get this taken care of ASAP.Our job is now completed as we are in the City limits and had to get permits and other things like that. Evan got those permits we needed in no time flat and began the work to get our dental office back in business. I cannot believe how little time this major problem took to get completed and thought we would have have to close and move patients for at least two days. Not at all...this is what quality care and service you get when you have someone and Company that knows what they are doing and they do it well. I cannot praise Evan and Chris enough for their care, concern and consideration they gave to our dental practice and getting us back to the business of taking care of our patients. They explained everything in detail, showed us the problem, showed us what they did, made sure we understood everything and that we were happy with the work. I used Roto Rooter because I wanted a warranty for my work after I had a bad experience with a big local company that installed my overflow drain for my bathtub in my large condominium complex. 6 months later I had a leak and flooded the floor and neighbors below me. Roto Rooter does large projects with ease and are very professional and courteous. Found out that these are franchised locations and the owner was there supervising the job and was pleasant to talk to and cared about making sure everything was done to our liking. He even coordinated other companies for our restoration project just to be helpful. Definitely if you have a big job I would recommend them because of their warranty alone. Dont make the mistake I made with my first plumber because if I had the job done right the first time I would not need my concrete and floor uplifted to make everything perfectly done the correct way. The outcome is what matters and I could not be happier now that this leak is all behind me!

Due to our plumber Teds prior jobs taking longer than anticipated, he did not get to our house until 9:30 at night. My husband and I called numerous time to confirm that he was still coming. When he arrived he had already put in a very long day but he was just as pleasant and thorough as any professional could be. Roto-rooter was able to fix our clog very quickly and took their time making sure everything was draining properly. They were even helpful with tips to prevent another clog. The price was only slightly higher than the previous company( who was unable to fix the problem) quoted. Would def use them again

Due to not replacing the wax ring back in 2019, it caused more problems for a year and a half and made the floor warp. On 12-18-15 I arrived home from work to find my neighbor attempting to unclog risen water in our shower stall. In addition to that issue our toilets were no longer flushing. After several attempts made by our neighbor, we called Roto-Rooter. We called and spoke with a very professional customer service representative who had arranged for a service technician to come to our house only minutes from speaking with her. Less than an hour from the initial call the service technician was at our door ready to diagnose the problem. Turns our a tree root had damaged a sewer pipe under our house and somehow was causing the clog. The line was snaked and the clogged clear. Minor repairs need to be made to the pipe, which they are able to perform.The service itself didnt take long and the service technician was very professional at tall times. As I was expecting a huge bill, I was rather surprised by the cost. All in all great customer service and reasonable cost. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter.

Jeff was the plumber that came out and installed my new water heater. A few weeks prior he had come out to give an estimate of running a diagnosis on fixing the tankless I already had, as we were having issues with no hot water. I had had a few other plumbers come out as well to give me an idea/estimate of what I was looking at. Jeff immediately recommended I completely switch to a tank heater based on what would need done in order to “fix” the tankless and even then could not guarantee that would be the issue. He also made a comment on the size of the tankless for a house our size. After he left, I researched the tankless and found out that the size was meant for a small, one bedroom house for 1-2 people. We were a 2 story home with upwards of 5 people using it when it was first installed. I went with his suggestion and decided to completely switch out. The cost was higher but I trusted his advice. I had to have an electrician come out prior to do some wiring and found out that the unit was pulling too much juice and was constantly being overworked, partly due to it being the wrong size for our home and partly due to being hooked up to too many amps. The issue that the other plumbers suggested was not the problem at all. Jeff worked efficiently and explained everything to me in detail, showed me areas where there had been leaks in the pipes, and even filled out part of the warranty card for the heater for me. They will be my go to if I have any plumbing needs.

We had a sewer lateral issue in our front yard (70-something yr old orangeburg pipe finally gave up on us) and went through a long ordeal to get it fixed. Due to wrongly marked sewer line by Miss Utility, our technicians dug a trench in the wrong place, only to discover the real location after the dig. Then, we had a few rain storms in a row that made the entire yard and new trench a mud pit. Through it all, Brandon and Jack persevered through what was basically a plumbing job nightmare. The original dig issue was not their fault and they came back day after day to get the frustrating job done and the city inspection passed. I would give those guys 5 stars for their attitude through it all.
