My first experience with Project Plumbing could not have been better. From my initial call to the office, the team was polite and clear about appointments. I was able to make an appointment quickly that was flexible for my schedule. I was told Id receive a call when the plumber was on his way. The morning of my appointment, I received the call about -15-20 mins ahead of when Virgil would arrive - super helpful! Virgil arrived and introduced himself - let me describe my problem/questions and let me know exactly what he would do and even made a few suggestions to help improve the finished product - very thoughtful! He worked quickly and let me know as soon as he was done. We reviewed his work and he quickly and easily took payment. Virgil was kind, professional, conversational, and was super responsive to my additional plumbing questions. He gave great advice and advised me on a few improvements for other concerns. I thought the pricing was reasonable for the work done and I feel confident in the quality. Virgil seems like a very transparent, trustworthy, quality plumber who we wont hesitant to call again.

Project Plumbing was on top of it! We sprung a leak in a really tight - hard - to reach place. They were able to get up inside the crawlspace (dark and scary) and found the pin-hole leak causing all the issues. They provided a fair and reasonable estimate on the spot and within a couple of hours it was all done! Thanks again PP! Well done!!

Virgil did an outstanding job communicating with me and overseeing the work. He and his employees did an excellent job making sure everything was done as I wanted and asked me questions throughout the job when they werent sure of something to make sure that was the case. All work was done very neatly, professionally, and with clear pride in their workmanship. Ill definitely be using Project Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

We highly recommend Project Plumbing and will not be looking elsewhere in the future! My first interaction with Stephanie, Phillip, and team was in regards to a pipe leak that I had gone back and forth with insurance on. Phillip came out assessed the situation and encouraged me to again turn it in to insurance and provided a detail explanation of what he felt was going on. With his advice and after having previous claim rejected, we refiled with his explanation and got the repair and damage all covered by insurance. Unfortunately, we went with the plumbing company the restoration company wanted to use, which did okay but were on the messy side and not very responsive.Our next interaction, an emergency, with Project Plumbing came after our water heater began to leak. We called them before they opened and they were quick to respond and send a plumber out. Chris did a great job with disconnecting the water heater and then looping in the owner about the situation. The owner came out and explained due to the limited room available he would have to special order a water heater, but would still be able to get our hot water back within two days. I inquired about a tankless water heater and he could not have been more honest. He would have loved to sell us one, but due to several factors knew it was not the right fit for our home and he would be taking advantage of us (love the honesty). The crew that replaced the water heater did a great job in a tight space including acrobatically maneuvering the water heater over our furnace without scratch. Project Plumbing was there for us when we needed them, they gave us a reasonable price, and were great communicators!

We have used Project Plumbing for jobs large and small and have found them punctual, reliable, and hard working. Our gas water heater failed and I called them yesterday at 8 am. I got a person not a recording, and she was responsive and helpful. Corey stopped by within an hour to assess. He is knowledgeable and courteous, and shifted some work around to get the job done sooner. Within 24 hours they were installing the new one (State ProLine). It looks solid – in fact it’s commercial grade with the same volume / BTUs as the previous one. The hot water came back quickly and we are happy with the results.

My water heater broke. I called three different Plumbing companies Before I call project plumbing . When I called them I feel very comfortable. I talk to Mrs Stephanie. she is very professional and very kind she answered all my questions. Next day she send Mr. Corey. He was very professional as well. Very nice man. When he came over my house he try to save my water heater. To save me money But my water heater was too old . I was very pleased and comfortable working with project plumbing. Having a leak from an upstairs bathroom into a downstairs living area is never pleasant, but I can truly say that dealing with Project Plumbing was a pleasure. They answer the phone and are easy to schedule with. Virgil, Korey and Ryan are on time, polite and professional. They knew right away what the issue was and knew that the faucet manufacturer would send free replacement parts to me (they did). Saving me money and time. Overall couldn’t have been more pleased. My building had a hot water heater blow on the week before Christmas. After a day of calling around and other companies sending salesmen who wanted to come back a month later, Project Plumbing showed up send us an estimate and said, we can do it tomorrow.And they did! On Christmas Eve we got a new water heater and shiny brass pipes installed. They did quality work, where other plumbers use pipe threads that rust and leak, Project Plumbing pressed and sealed everything properly.

First when I called to make the appointment they had appointments within a day or two so I didnt have to wait. Cory initially came out to fix our drippy tub faucet and explained two different approaches. We decided to go ahead and replace the whole thing (valve and trim). Because this would take longer he called to check on his schedule to see if he was available to come back with another tech this week. They returned the next morning and finished it up in two hours. They were quick, efficient, covid safe, and most importantly polite! I would hire them again.

This company was super responsive - they were able to provide a plumber the next morning following the day I called. The window of arrival was 8-10 a.m. and the plumber got to my house at 8:50. The office staff said they would call me to let me know when he was on his way, which they did.
