My wife informed me the washing machine was backing up on the floor and the kitchen sinks wouldnt drain. Upon calling several companies; Brandon a technician with Smith Plumbing, called me back quickly saying he could be there in an hour. The questions he asked and the way he approached the problem I knew I was in good hands. He worked on the drains even going on the roof to clean the vents. After fixing the problem he ran the sinks and washing machine at the same time to make sure everything was okay. I cant describe how professional Brandon and Smith Plumbing are.

Brandon and Zack spent the last two days replacing all the water lines in my house. They were on time, worked super hard, treated my home with respect, and even loved on my dog. When the project was finished, they tested everything thoroughly. Throughout the process they communicated their process in real-time. We used Smith Co. Plumbing and were very satisfied with the work that was done. We contacted about coming out to our home to give us an estimate. He arrived on time, assessed the situation and determined that it couldn’t wait. He was able to repair and replace the plumbing that needed it. The work was quality and reasonably priced. 5 stars is not enough for this company, id give 10 if I could! Everyone who works there is very well trained and very proffesional. They are a small company so you really feel like you matter and arnt just another house or work ticket to them. I am a service manager for an apartment complex and have worked at various locations and used various plumbers, stemmle, robinson etc. None of them come close to Smith Co. Plumbing. Aaron(Owner/Operator) always answers my phone calls or txt messages right away, he is very polite, very well mannered and overall a great person to do bussiness with. They have been my only plumber for the last 3-4 years. I have given them various jobs from installing water heaters, snaking drains, installing shower set ups, mounting toilets, etc. They never disappoint and always do exceptional work. There is nothing I have throw at them that they could not handle or fix. Unlike the big companies they dont lie to you. Ive seen many places try to get over on someone just to make a quick buck and sell them something they dont need. This has never been the case with Smith Co. They are very upfront, very trustworthy and very reliable. Prices are very reasonable, and they are always on time. If they cant get to you that day they are always there the following day. I recently had a water heater go bad on a friday and Aaron came in on his day off the following day and did the install and it was phenomenal. I have never had to call him back to check work behind his employees or have him come back and repair something that wasnt done properly the first time. Smith Co. Plumbing always leaves the place looking better than it was when they arrived. They clean up after themselves and also clean up any water spilled or lost. There is not enough space for me to say how truly great this company and owner are to work with. Highly reccommend the use of this company, they get all my bussiness residential and commercial. Hands down best company in Virginia.

Smith Co. Plumbing was willing to come in to do work I was unable to do myself and really helped keep the addition of our master bath on schedule and under budget. They were able to do some very tricky plumbing work, working around existing structural and HVAC items, in a timely and professional manner. Zero issues with inspection and testing and helped increase the value of our home.Courteous, quick work on time and with a great price - and they left cleanly job site behind when finished. What more could you ask for?!!
