Ive been very happy with my experiences with Reynolds. Both times, the office has been able to get me an appointment the next day and the HVAC guys have arrived promptly. They are always professional and have found ways to troubleshoot my problems that saved me money in the long run. Also, as a new homeowner, theyve answered all of my *many* questions and provided me with tips for how to identify problems on my own. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Im not just saying it because they asked because they did not ask i called way over 20 differnt Companies i call all over richmond indiana, Winchester indiana, union city indiana and even Called Albany indiana and they would not come to my address because they said I was 5 minutes past their travel time. And a lot of them was very rude I have severe breathing problems and it was getting 90 plus degrees in my house and I called. Reynolds plumbing heating and air however you wanna say it all? I know is they came out that day and did not leave until I had my a c unit up and going so I could breathe instead of hospital so I will never use any other company for my heating and cooling or anything g els they can do they are super friendly and nice they explain everything as they go and they make sure there work is done right so thank you all so much

A/C outside unit died. Called Reynolds repairman came right away, found the issue, ran to shop got another part, repaired the unit BOOM.... cold air again before the heat wave! These guys know what theyre doing! Would recommend to everyone!!
