We had a surprise plumbing issue! We called. The person who answered our call and scheduled the service was polite and friendly. Daniel and the owner arrived promptly -- within the hour. They were very knowledgeable and courteous. We are very pleased. The $39 service fee is not a bad deal either!!

He is extremely knowledgeable and really took control of our problem, all while saving us a tremendous amount of money on a commercial electric water heater. Daniel was very knowledgeable and only took about 30 seconds to diagnose the problem with our clogged sinks that filled with water. He worked very quickly in our attic, which is small and hard to navigate. He and his partner worked quickly and did a great job. Given Ive never owned a condo before, the plumber explained the complications of having to shut off the water not just for myself, but the other 3 residence in the same building. Had an emergency flood on a weekend. In my case, same-day service. On-time, respectful and responsive. Can pay via debit/credit cards. I needed a diagnosis before they started work. Estimate price was fair given by phone. It’s great when you speak with a plumber directly vs office staff that does not know pricing. I will recommend GEI Plumbing Services and use them again.

Gei plumbing services did a great job!! Our drain got clogged and I called my cousin for leads since he works in construction. Apparently he used them not long ago and provided me with their contacts. One plumber showed up exactly on time, quickly cleaned the drain and gave a few good suggestions on how to avoid problems in the future. Since we bought our home in 2015, our basement was subjected to the horrific smell of sewer gas every time it rained. We called several plumbers who had no idea what the problem was and wasted time and in some cases charged fees despite accomplishing nothing. We found GEI Plumbing Services tech who correctly assessed the problem (a cracked drain pipe) in literally 10 seconds. He made a fair estimate, booked a repair date and after 3 hours of work the problem was solved. His crew was efficient and professional and I would definitely hire them again for any future work. We woke up to a basement leak from an unknown source. Gei plumbing services tech came on a long weekend within a couple of hours. He was incredibly professional and in knowledgeable. Before he cut anything open, he told me he thought it could be from a pipe that was punctured by a nail and had rusted through. When he finally did cut open the drywall, he determined he was 100% correct. He explained everything to me along the way, showed me the damage and fixed it quickly. He is obviously incredibly experienced and I have already recommended him to everyone I know. Very satisfied customer - thanks again!

I have used Gei plumbing for several years now. My home was built in 1927, and has had many plumbing quirks over the years. These plumbers are the best. They know how to deal with old homes and all things plumbing. Most recently, they checked out my fireplace and gas lines and fixed my Reverse Osmosis system. They are also fairly priced, and worth every penny.
