We were experiencing water leaks in one of our bathrooms. Hiring Zoom Drain was the best decision to help us get to the bottom of the problem. Alex arrived on site promptly at the arranged time ready to jump into action investigating the issues.Alex came back with the issues and his recommendations on the best way to proceed forward. During the repairs , Alex stopped to show us pictures and the actual issues in the bathroom. Once he finished he came back to give us time to review his work.We appreciate being included in the entire process from beginning to end. We walked away with knowledge and understanding of the tasks performed.Thank you Zoom Drain for giving us a peace of mind!

I have NEVER been so impressed with a company before! I got their name off NextDoor, which had me filling out info on Thumbtack. Before I had even finished filling out the form, Zoom Drain called me and set up an appointment for the next day, telling me that they would give me an estimate and come back in 2 days to do the install if I decided to do it. The technician came the next day and told me that he needed to make sure I needed a new one first and not that it was a fixable problem before he could give me an estimate. My garbage disposal was 9 years old, so I had been expecting that it needed to be replaced and wasnt surprised to hear that it was leaking out of the reset button. He gave me an estimate that was lower than I was expecting since my daughter had just had hers replaced. He left, and I went to Home Depot to get a garbage disposal and then called Zoom Drain to schedule an appointment for the installation. I was told that he was 10 minutes away so when he finished the job he was on, he would be told to come back to my house. He came, installed the new garbage disposal, and I am back in business after just learning that I had a leak only a little more than 24 hours before this! I cant remember the last time I had a house issue fixed this quickly before, and Alex was very personable and left me with no doubts that he was capable of doing the job and doing it well. If I could have given them more than 5 stars, I would have!

We had an issue with our half bath toilet that was taken care of today by employee Boone and his helper. They worked efficiently and repaired what was needed properly and quickly. They explained what needed to be done in terms I could understand. We are renters so I dont know the end costs but I am sure they were reasonable. I would highly recommend this company.

The drain in the tub (on a slab) was not draining. I tried everything and thought it was a drum trap due to the age of the house. Thought maybe they could jet it out. The tech (Mr. Boone) was great and didnt totally buy the drum trap idea. He offered an idea about flushing...not the level of a hydro jet but close. It completely flushed out the line and its operational again. He was also able to confirm that the drain line under the tub (and slab) has a break of some sort (I had figured as much). The entire experience with Zoom Drain...from scheduling, to outreach, to Mr. Boone (again super great guy and tech) was very professional and easy. Additionally...the bill was only a couple hundred bucks...which is well below what I know other people have paid with other companies for much less work. I will use them again...no doubt!

OMG.....when I say professional, these guys are awesome. From Boone to Manuel.👍🏽👍🏽 If I had 5 thumbs I would put them up. I was in dire straights to get my toilet unclogged. Thank you Zoom Drain for helping me right away with the drain. I had just been scammed with someone that said they knew what they were doing.....but didnt. Zoom has the right equipment and were done in minutes. Now I can flush my toilet without it backing up. Thank you 100 times over. 😁UPDATE: 4/25/24Hand to use the services of Zoom Drain again today because of something still stuck in my toilet. They guaranteed their work, and came right out and fixed the NEW problem. Continued awesome customer service and knowledgeable about the job. Thank you again Zoom Drain.....I have you on speed dial.

We had a drain line collapse under the slab of our house that had to be repaired. Called several plumbers and could not even get a response from most of them. Zoom responded quickly. Boone came up with an innovative solution to our problem. They did the work at a reasonable price and cleaned up afterwards. They dont do general plumbing or HVAC like some of the other companies. THEY DO DRAINS AND DO A GREAT JOB! If I have any other drain problems I will definitely call Zoom.

I had a clog in my main line in March 2024. I set up an appointment with Zoom Drain and was immediately impressed when three technicians showed up with a truck. They were clearly ready to work (versus just giving a quote and scheduling another appointment). The crew lead explained a Plan A and B , starting with the quickest/easiest/cheapest and escalating to the next when necessary. They ended up having to go with a Plan C (install a new cleanout), which ran into further complications because of the age of my home (1972) and some questionable previous repairs from before I bought the house. I suspect they could have charged me much, much more for the amount of unexpected labor required, but they honored the original quote for the work.TL/DR: great service, open communication, fair pricing, excellent work; highly recommend

Our sewer pump stopped working and the basin broke and filled with mud. They did an amazing job figuring out our really usual pump system and installing a new pump and basin. They were able to schedule the work promptly and the fees were very reasonable. We will absolutely use them for any future projects.

We had a great experience with Zoom Drain. Our shower had water coming up the drain everytime we ran our washing machine. Zoom Drain’s team was able to fix the issue as well as a separate issue with a sink clog. They did way more than they charged us for. These guys are professional, knowledgeable and fairly priced. Have been able to clear a troublesome clog way down the main line that my own tools couldnt get to. I never write reviews ever, so this review says something. I called Zoom Drain because they offered power washing of the pipes and i wanted that desperately. They came out in a timely fashion and walked me through every step down to the pricing options. i was even able to view the camera while they worked. The stuff I saw is the stuff of nightmares. They took their time and didnt rush. I really appreciate that. Made me feel like I was important and not just a number.Now if youll excuse me, i feel the need to flush a toilet (something not to take for granted)
