Austin is outstanding. He came out and installed a circulator pump so that my water would stay hot at certain times during the day since my water heater was replaced by a company through a Duke Power water heater program.👎🏻 Hot water wouldn’t reach the second floor after the new one was put in.William Parish plumbing fixed the problem! Scott was great! He quickly was able to detect the problem under the house and start the repair on our leaking pipes right away! And he even repaired an additional leak that he found while testing the water pressure, that we didnt realize was there. I didnt expect him to be able to get to it today but Im so glad he could! He was very thorough and explained everything well and even advised us on what we could do for our next steps! Thank you for your quick, thorough work! -

They replaced our hot water heater that was leaking. Took care of it immediately. No hassle. Their price was way less then what we were quoted from another company that we actually have a contract with! I believe Scott was the one that did the install. One of the best experiences I have ever had with a home repair. The team came out on short notice since they were in the area and were able to replace our water heater the same day. I also mentioned sporadic poor water pressure and they diagnosed and replaced our pressure valve as well. The team was patient with all my questions and walked us through the options. I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future. -

A++++ experience with William Parrish Plumbing today! On time and efficient! I was having hot water issues and was sure I would have to replace the hot water heater. Turns out it was the re-circulator that was turned off. I also needed help installing a new rain shower head and that was taken care of in a matter of minutes! I will definitely call them again when we need plumbing services. -

Excellent from start to finish! I called 15+ local plumbing companies on a Friday around 5pm, just went down the list on google. So glad William Parrish Plumbing was on that list. A pipe broke in half when a washer machine was being installed. We had to shut the water off. With 2 young kids, trying to figure out where we were going to stay, etc, I was stressed. By 7pm, the pipe was fixed and the water was back on. I cant tell you how appreciative we were to Scott for coming out so quickly and helping us! -

NO MORE SPONGE BATHS!! LAST Fall all I could take were sponge baths. I could not get i in and out of my tub/shower. I was falling and breaking bones (couldnt lift legs into tub) .I called William Parrish Plumbing and theyre came right over. Once they saw the problem they didnt have to remove and install a newer tub. They back the next day and within a couple of hours they had cut the side of tub down any installed a step i in. I can now get i in and out of tub for showers especially using safety hand ralls they installed. NO MORE SPONGE BATHS for me. Thanks William Parrish Plumbing , Inc. -
