I had a problem with a running toilet that we seldom use. I was afraid of waiting until after the New Year’s holiday to get it fixed. William Parrish plumbing was able to send my favorite repair man Nahu and his assistant Jésus over New Year’s Eve afternoon. They fixed it quickly and cleaned up after themselves too. I’ve used them several times and highly recommend them.

The plumbing below my shower was leaking into my crawl space. William Parrish was the only plumber that was available the same day after calling around to a few other companies. Their repair guy was super friendly and efficient. He assessed the problem, went and purchased the parts and then returned to repair the shower drain and the pipe section below all in less than 2 hours! Their quick response and speed in completing the work was extremely appreciated since my work schedule is super busy. The repair is holding up perfectly.

Last Saturday I had a water heater emergency that would require immediate attention and replacement. I called William Parrish Plumbing and William answered the phone directly. Without hesitation and with genuine compassion, William took my information, and he assured me that he would be sending a technician out very soon to resolve the issue and replace my water heater. An hour later Austin Sherrill arrived to assess the situation, purchase a new water heater and competently install the new water heater. In addition to being very competent Austin was extremely respectful and genuinely gracious in explaining to me the process he was using as he was installing the heater. The incredible service provided by William Parrish Plumbing is a very rare experience in the world today, and I am beyond grateful for the compassion, the proficiency and the genuine caring that William and Austin displayed!!! It’s without reservation that I recommend William Parrish Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs!!!

On a Sunday, my water heater was leaking from my garage into my kitchen. I did a quick search online and saw William Parrish Plumbing had a very high rating. I called and was able to get an onsite same day appointment. Nahu came out and disabled the water line into the house from the heater. Unfortunately there was a crack inside so the 21 year old unit had to be replaced. I went ahead and opted for the full replacement and Nahu was able to come out the next day and fix everything. Nahu came out for an after hours emergency appointment exactly when they said he would arrive. He thoroughly explained the problem and gave me options. The next day he and his coworker came out to replace the hot water heater, improve the related pipe and setup, correct the water pressure, check all the indoor faucets, and repair the outside faucet. All very reasonably priced. Nahu was super nice, very professional and knowledgeable. I recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing services ! I am so glad I called them.

Excellent job. My Aqua water service provides very hard (12 GPG) and unclean water (clay and sour contaminants). Poor water quality is nasty. WPP knew exactly how to solve the problem. A water sample was taken and matched to an appropriate and affordable whole house filtration and softener system. The installation was performed professionally and expeditiously. Im glad they came out when they did because the drain pipe from my kitchen waste line was over 50% occluded and would certainly have caused major problems before long.--------UPDATE: Having worked with William Parrish in the past, I called them today to help diagnose some running water issues at my house. They were able to come out right away, and helped me address the issue. I continue to be impressed with their service, their professionalism, and the quality of their work.

Scott and the team came out and replaced our entire well system and they did an awesome job on that. We also had 2 of our toilets that were having issues with constantly running and leaking around the shut off valve. We had been having problems with the toilets for quite awhile. It was a separate job from the well system, but Scott came up with very fair estimates and we got him to do the work on both toilets. Scott is really awesome and very professional and he did great work on both toilets. They are both running so much better now than they have in years! We would highly recommend William Parrish Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs. They are always easy to get in touch with and they always come to do the job in a very reasonable amount of time. They always text you about 30 minutes prior to coming and are there within the 30 minutes. Very dependable.

Our septic alarm was going off the weekend of Christmas. Our local septic service company told us there was an electrical problem. A well-known repair service was called an electrician came out to diagnose the problem. We were told that there was a break in the powerline underground and it would be $3000 to fix the problem. I called William Parrish since they were familiar with both septic and septic control boxes. Scott, from William Parrish, came to diagnose the problem today. He was friendly, courteous, attentive, and knowledgeable. Scott discovered that there was damage to the wiring, not 6 inches from the control box, above ground. He was able to fix the problem and get our pump working again at a cost far less than what we were anticipating. I would highly recommend William Parrish, and will use them again.

We contacted William Parrish Plumbing to install a new dishwasher. There was an error with the installation that caused water to drain onto our oak floors. When the damage became evident we contacted William Parrish and spoke with Jefferson. They responded immediately with a restoration company, at their expense. What impressed me is their high level of customer service throughout our contact, from making the appointment to install our dishwasher to stepping up immediately and addressing our floors.It is easy to provide good service when everything goes right. We did not exaggerate our damage and the plumbing company did not attempt to escape or mitigate their responsibility. We had an emergency plumbing situation on a Friday evening. William Parrish Plumbing was very responsive, able to come out that night to fix the problem, and was courteous and well priced. It was an excellent experience and we will definitely be using them again!

Impressive! I got exceptional service from beginning to end. Great customer service begins at hello and ends with fantastic work (tankless water heater installation). Excellent communication and punctuality throughout the entire process.I contacted WP to get an estimate for a water heater replacement , and got an appointment the same day. Scott showed up on time, listened to my issues and proposed options. We settled on a tankless water heater replacement.As promised, Scott returned Friday with the tankless water heater and completed the installation within the estimated timeframe. He did an amazing job, considering it was hot and humid in the garage. I wish I could insert a picture for others to see, but this is text based only. Scott was fantastic - knowledgeable, fair, efficient and very personable. He quickly fixed my clogged drains and installed new bibs on the outdoor spigots. He was also quick to decline repairs that were unnecessary in his opinion or not worth the expense. Scott took time to explain the details of the repair and how the plumbing systems worked in general, and was patient and thorough in answering my questions. Best of all, I enjoyed talking to Scott. We believed that we had a pipe that burst in our wall, but it was determined by our technician, Nahu, that it was actually a busted outdoor faucet. The faucet was replaced and there were no further leaks. We so appreciate the quick response time and timely fix!

I am very satisfied with the job William Parrish Plumbing performed. I had them out for a tricky disposal installation and to look at a hot water heater that was giving us trouble. They arrived on time and were professional. The work was a bit pricey, but when it comes to plumbing, I think it is worth it to spend for quality. Would use again.

Worker was competent and tidy. What I object to is the outrageous pricing. $800 to fix a puncture in a gas line that I diagnosed. All the work was inside on a wall that was open because of kitchen remodeling. Worker was here 2 hours and used 1 coupling to splice together the gas line. This was done on an emergency basis with a service charge of $160. There was a flat charge of $600 before any diagnosis of the problem. I do not like their business model.Update - Mr Parish did reach out to me and made a small adjustment to the bill. I do appreciate that gesture but most of all I appreciate that his company was able to respond and repair my gas line the next day. The contractor who punctured the gas line left me in a dangerous position and Parish Plumbing thankfully did a great job and made my house safe again.

Scott was able to come out pretty quickly after the initial call. He was very thorough with his inspection and offered many options- with varying prices. Was able to watch the process of cleaning the drain and he took care of the problem easily. He was able to answer questions and was professional. Would use again.
