I reached out on a Wednesday to get an estimate for a new hot water heater, and within moments, I was speaking directly with the owner. He took the time to discuss potential solutions and address any installation concerns I had. By Thursday, I had my estimate, and by Friday morning, the new hot water heater was installed—quick, efficient, and hassle-free. Their service was outstanding from start to finish!

Westover Plumbing has been our plumber for years and have done several jobs for us. They are always quick to respond, quick to come out and fix or replace whatever is needed! A few weeks ago, our dishwasher stopped working, we went to Lowe’s and they said installation would be at least a month out. I called Westover and they were there in 2 days! It as the same for our water heater, it broke on the weekend, they came out in 2 days! This company is great to work with and I will use them for all my plumbing needs!!!

Glen and his team helped us out twice recently. One larger job where an entire older, sweating condensate copper pipe needed to be removed from inside the wall to prevent persistent, continued leaking. The new pipe works perfect and you’d never know anyone cut into the wall. Fair pricing and friendly owner and employees. Smaller job done as well to remove garbage disposal and replace leaking kitchen sink pipe - thank you! Will definitely use again in the future.

When I talked to Glen on the phone, he said he likes to have customers for life, and he sure follows through with great service. Austin did a fantastic job for us - we had to have our water heater uninstalled and then reinstalled for some floor construction. He returned quickly and early the next morning to make sure we had hot water again - and all for a very fair price. If you hire Westover Plumbing, you really may have found your life-long plumber! It doesnt get better than that!

Glen and his team are by far the best plumbers in N. Carolina. I had an issue that multiple plumbers fixed temporarily and didnt get to the cause of the problem resulting in a lot of money spent because they had to keep coming out. Westover found the actual problem and fixed the first time they were here so I dont have to have repeated service calls and spend any more money on it. That to me is honest work, I will never use another plumber again.

I was referred to Westover plumbing, and immediately felt a genuine sense of professionalism and care. I had had no hot water for five days. The owner Glen came out and immediately set me at ease. He told me what needed to be done and I had a good feeling about him and his company. They installed a new natural gas tankless water heater system the next day. His technicians, Kyle, and Austin were just as professional and timely. Kyle was incredibly meticulous and made sure everything was just right. Glen and the team he sent out were awesome! We had a broken toilet flange in the upstairs bathroom of a 30+ year old house that started causing a leak. The DIY repair kit we tried did not work and a plumber was necessary. Glen and the Westover Plumbing team were highly recommended by many others online (Facebook & Google reviews). I wanted to hire a local business and support the community we live in and Westover Plumbing proved to be exactly what I was looking for! I didnt reach Glen when I first called but I left a message. He called me back within about 10 minutes and said he could have a team on the way momentarily. That team arrived at my house in about 1 hour from hanging up with Glen. Kyle and Austin worked quickly and removed the broken flange, assessed the whole situation in less than 10 minutes. They were both polite, professional and answered all of my questions along the way (and trust me I asked A LOT). The repair involved more than just the flange and they still got the work done in just under 2 hours. Ive got some drywall damage from the leak that will need repair, Glen was awesome and connected me with someone that could help with that repair as well. Very professional and empathetic team. My parents recently purchased a condo and as usual the home inspectors and sales agents didn’t do a thorough job checking things. I know this from industry experience that people cut corners. They had two leaking toilets. Westover was able to supply a quote and get the work scheduled in a relatively short time frame. Furthermore, their pricing was way more competitive than more mainstream plumbers. Don’t go by what shows up from a search engine, as those trade partners are so large that your experience will vary greatly depending on the area and the team you get assigned to you. The quotes I got from others were downright robbery. No mechanical service will ever be cheap but it’s nice to see some contractors will not take advantage of their consumer and will offer quality work for a fair price. They also installed toilets that were far superior than the generic cheap stuff the other companies quoted us on was your throwaway toilets that you find on street corners for free. Price was fair, guys or the crew that came out (Austin and Jack) were professional, empathetic and clean. I work in construction, and can attest it’s hard to find good mechanical trade partners nowadays. Highly recommended.

The service they performed was way beyond the scope of a standard plumber. I had roots from a tree breaking through my drainage pipe outside and completely clogging over four feet of the drain. Glen organized the removal of the tree and worked tirelessly with his coworkers to dig out the large root until they were able to remove and replace the clogged pipe. They got my plumbing working and the outside area cleaned up in what seemed like record time (two days when I feared it would take weeks to do what they did). It was a very difficult and labor intensive job for them, and they made it as easy for me as possible. Thank you all for your hard work!
