I received great customer service from Rachid and Steve. They both worked over 2 hours to figure out my issue. Required inside and outside plumbing work. They were great and very informative. I called and within an hour they were able to come to my home, which was great since I was unable to use water or plumbing inside the house. Pipetechs was great!

Recently I had a water leak between the meter and house identified by the surprise large water bill. Company A couldnt come for 5 days but Pipetechs came out the next day as promised, Angelo and Wade diagnosed the leak location, and we worked through the best route to run a new line. They contacted the utility marking guys and began the job they day after utilities and cable locations were marked. On day 1 completed the installation and avoided touching the wifes fav plants. Day 2 they patched concrete driveway, refilled the trench, and put out new grass seed. Meanwhile, I watched another company take over a week to complete the same task for my neighbor.The technicians kept me informed, worked efficiently, and did even more than promised. I am extremely happy with the finished project and the attention the Pipetechs team gave me. It was a turnkey job. They are at the top of my list if I need service in the future. Thank you

Pipetechs just completed a large project for us today and WOW we cannot recommend them enough! We had a sewage over flow in our basement which lead us to finding 30ft of piping needing replacement. Ripping up the foundation from the back of the house all the way to the street is a very scary project but Pipetechs did quality work at a fair price and a great attitude. It certainly wasn’t an easy job but they were great at communicating what was happening step by step and we will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs.

This is my second experience with pipetechs the first experience was a good one as well. This time I had the pleasure of having both Angelo and Wade’s capable expertise on site at my home for a 200 foot water main line replacement. Very large job requiring digging of a trench and unearthing of a section of my driveway. They replaced with a quality PEX piping and even added the insulation to protect it for years to come from temp fluctuations. They filled me in on the the progress and any details I needed to know about when the water would be off, when I could drive on the drive again etc. and overall seemed to enjoy what they did which was the best part. The cleanup and revamping of my yard was a good send off as well. They will remain my go to guys for pipe issues into the future. Thanks again !

True Professionals. Angelo and Wade came to the rescue for me and my family on New Years Day! I had black water coming up from the sink and dishwasher. It was all over the floor. At midnight these two gentlemen came to my aid on a holiday and unplugged a massive grease blockage 50 feet into my drain pipe. They were calm, respectful, knowledgeable and happy to help in the middle of the night. If you have a true plumbing emergency, call these guys. They fixed the problem, cleaned up and gave me peace of mind. Thanks again guys! Water goes down super smooth.

I was very pleased with the work I had done from John and his other workers. They listened to my concerns of damaging my grass and went the extra mile to hand dig the channel to replace my main water line and not only did they go the extra mile but they were by far the best priced out of the 3 estimates we received. In one case they were 1/3 the quoted price and in the other example they were 1/2 the price. They came the next day and worked me in since we had such a large leak and I cannot thank them enough for getting us fixed up and for being so honest and professional throughout the process!

Excellent. We had a water leak between the well and the house. Andrew came out on a Friday to do a helium test. The test could not locate the spot due to the pool of water near the house. Andrew dug around in the pool but still could not find the lead. This digging was beyond what the contract called for. On Monday Andrew was back with another man and a jackhammer. After breaking up and removing the remains of an old driveway in the hole, he used the helium to locate the leak. He replaced the broken elbow, filled in the hole and cleaned up. Both men were pleasant and Andrew knocked a little off the estimated price. I recommend Pipetech highly.

I started replacing a sink faucet and saw immediately that because of where the bottom of the faucet was situated it was going to be a nightmare job. Called Pipetechs and they had someone out that day. Raul came in and took over for me. I had a polybutylene pipe in my front yard burst that needed replacing. Angelo, Wade, and Daymon were amazing! I told them to not worry about it because we decided we were just going to pull them all out. They offered to pull the rest of them up for us which made my day along with getting water back!

There’s no way to describe Pipetechs’ work other than outstanding. Originally, I had contracted with them to get my entire sewer line replaced and a city-side clean-out valve installed. When their crew began excavating my driveway to replace the pipe, they inadvertently damaged my neighbor’s old terra cotta sewer line which ran parallel to and just 6 inches from my galvanized iron sewer pipe. (This was an unforeseeable accident as sewer lines emanating from 2 separate houses don’t normally run alongside each other in one driveway.) This was an unusual scenario likely stemming from the fact we live in a historic neighborhood where many houses are 100 years old or more and originally built without plumbing. When sewer lines were added some 90 years ago, contractors came up with their own designs which clearly no longer meet today’s requirements. What was even more unusual was that our respective lines merged into one pipe that flowed into the same sewer lateral, a configuration which also does not meet current code. Needless to say, this necessitated a change in the scope of the work, an additional commitment of time for Pipetechs’ crew, a permit and an inspection, things I felt certain would raise the cost of the job. Not only did they replace my neighbor’s terra cotta pipe and install a clean-out valve for her (as well as for me) for a nominal cost, they did not bill me extra for the additional work they incurred on my behalf. In other words, the invoice matched the estimate they originally quoted me. I was also impressed that the owner of the company, Dale Nichols, came to the job site to oversee that the job was done correctly and well. That level of integrity was reflected in the work ethic and attitude of Pipetech’s entire staff. Everyone I dealt with at Pipetechs was courteous, responsive, and diligently conscientious, qualities which reassured me I had made the right decision in hiring them for this job. At all times I felt my concerns were heard and respected. It is clear that Pipetechs is committed to providing excellent service. Can’t recommend them enough!

Wade came out and took care of a job for Coldwell Banker Advantage and was extremely thorough and got us back up and running in no time at all. Coldwell Banker Advantage loves Wade and also Angelo as well. They are who we prefer on all our plumbing needs.

Our very old water heater sprung a leak on a Friday morning before a 3 day holiday weekend. Raji Dadlani with Pipetechs came to the rescue! Raji was AWESOME! I had a Gas log fireplace that would not start. I ran through the manual’s steps multiple times and it wouldn’t start. Raji showed up and systematically assessed the issue. In an obscure way, he determined that my remote receiver just needed new batteries. The receiver still had power to show it got the signal but not enough power to turn on the motor that opens the gas flow.Raji was great to work with and I would have him work for me again in the future. He did not wear a mask which kinda sucked cause we have really tried to keep our house COVID-safe, but, I did not ask him to put one on so I guess that is on me.

We had a water leak after a pipe broke while installing new washer. Most of the places did not have an opening for the same day. Dale was here within few hours and fixed the pipe. He also made sure that there is no leak after the water supply was turned on. He even installed our washer and again made sure there was no leak. It turned out there was a little leak and he fixed the leak. In all it took almost 2 hrs to fix the broken pipe and we are happy with the service.

Just wanted to let you know that the two gentlemen Andrew Noonan and John Keslar did a first class job repairing and installing my kitchen faucet, toilet and outside faucets and cleaning the drain in the bathroom sink. They arrived on time, organized and were very professional. All was done and left in good working order. They also cleaned up and removed all the old equipment. I would highly recommend Pipetechs.
