After noticing a wet spot in our front yard I began a months long attempt to figure out what was going on. After dealing with multiple people and hitting several dead ends I finally found Out The Door Plumbing. The first time I called I was able to speak to Hutch immediately and describe the situation. He spent a long time on the phone with me and for the first time I had hope! Within two weeks everything was fixed! It ended up being an even bigger job than I thought but they made it a BREEZE. Hutch, Zach, and JB not only put in a new waterline but also got the septic repair done in one day! They handled all of the phone calls and permits and left the yard looking amazing. Highly recommend Out the Door Plumbing! A Wonderful experience!I have never had much luck with plumbers. It always ended up in the “ordeal” category. I called Out the Door Plumbing and they sent Luke to attend to my severely clogged drain. Considering how old my pipes are, I figured I was going to have to remortgage the house to get the drain running smoothly again. Luke was professional and determined to get things right. After going into the crawl space to inspect the pipes, he was able to clearly explain where the issue was. Watching Luke work, I knew I had hit gold. With his remarkable problem solving skills, he made a few adjustments and was able to get the drain cleared. Luke’s professionalism was exceptional and he genuinely seemed to enjoy his work. Checked out the stellar reviews on Yelp and Google before calling Out The Door and they did not disappoint. Brad (awesome guy) installed a basement dehumidifier properly after another vendor did nothing more than unbox the unit and jerry rigged it. He also flushed our tankless water heater and installed a thermal expansion tank which another vendor forgot to put in a year ago. Brad knows his stuff and makes Out The Door look great.

This was our 2nd experience with OTD and they once again exceeded expectations. They came for an annual Hot Water tank flushing and identified 2 additional issues that needed to be addressed. JB, our plumber, was exceptional! He explained what was wrong and why it needed to be fixed. This saved us some significant potential water problems!down the road. He completed the jobs in a timely and efficient manner. He was very professional and even unclogged a couple of drains while he was here. I cannot recommend OTD more highly!!

Zach came out and priced out a couple of options from repair to replacement of the old line along with the risks of choosing one option over another.I went with the repair option. I was very impressed with the quality of the repair, and they left the yard clean and with my wifes approval (not easy to get). Zach came out on the same day as our request for a possible clogged pipe in our backyard. He diagnosed the problem with an inspection and found tree roots blocking the water flow. He removed the roots and replaced the pipe on the same day. Professional service , great communication in describing the issue to me and my husband as well as the repair resolution. They determined it wasnt a leak but excessive moisture from taking very hot showers. They suggested using the exhaust fan during showering, or definitely after showering until all moisture dried. Within 5 minutes I received a phone call from the tech Zach who advised me that he was 12 minutes away. Zach and Hutch were right on time. Within 30 minutes they had my leak fixed and were gone. Extremely satisfied with Out the Door Plumbing. Had another company come out that failed to clear my slow draining kitchen sink. They said that I was going to need to jackhammer out my floor to replace old pipes. Found Out the Door Plumbing on Google and they were out the next day. They were able to clear the clog and were still cheaper than the other company that wasnt able to fix my issue. Decided to have them replace my water heater too when they beat the other companys estimate by half. Best of all, the plumbers answered all my questions and explained everything they were doing. Out the Door Plumbing is my new go-to plumbing company!

Hutch was amazing!!! Both of the toilets in my house stopped flushing and I had raw sewage water backing up into both showers. Not only were they incredibly responsive (called Friday morning, did the estimate Friday afternoon, repaired on Monday!) but they were also incredibly knowledgeable about the specific situation. It took Progressive plumbing 2 visits to figure out the problem, and they still weren’t very confident about what the fix was. Zach from Out the Door showed up and within 10 minutes knew exactly what the issue was, why it happened and how to fix it. They fixed it the next business day, efficient and quality work. And a hell of a lot cheaper than my first quote. 100% recommend their work.

They replaced the water main (meter to house).Super response to my initial request for quote and were out the same afternoon. They explained all that would be done. I got a detailed estimate with full listing of all the steps and work within a couple of hours of the visit.They were here the next morning to begin work. After locating a drainage culvert and underground utilities they got to work. To locate the sewer line, they used a camera system. They let me know they did not see any issues with the line from my house to the utilitys connection point. (An unexpected report and well appreciated.)Both men answered all my questions. They finished the work, did an excellent job of back filling and cleaning up the debris. The amount of time estimated for the work was 1/2 of a day and finished within that time frame.I knew replacing a water main is expensive. Based on another quote I had received, Out the Door Plumbing pricing was reasonable for the amount of work done. At all times they were professional and friendly. They had all the supplies and tools necessary (including gravel to do a temporary fix to the driveway).I highly recommend Out the Door Plumbing for your water and sewer line works. They deserve the 5-star rating and all the check boxes above.

Zack and Hutch did a fabulous job. We had a very complicated drain clog, due to old plumbing design issues. Not sure just any plumber could have even handled this one. I had called 3 others who were either not available or didnt even call back. This problem impacted the entire second floor use of showers, toilets and sinks. When I did reach these guys through a Business Networking International referral, they responded with an appointment next business day and were on time, ready to tackle the problem. Using cameras they were able to locate the problem and diagnose the best way to clear the clogged drain. They were very pleasant guys and cleaned up everything afterwards as if they werent there. Cant give them a higher recommendation!

TLDR; Unreal same-day repair, total professionals, great price, would hire again in an instant.Hard to overstate how excellent these guys were from start to finish. The giant stormwater culvert under our backyard had shifted and broken our sewer main underground. There was unspeakable filth and a lot of it. Zach came out less than an hour after our phone call and scoped the pipe, found the breakage, showed us and explained everything. When I told him I was considering a DIY repair he walked me through the entire plan and even gifted me one of his wrenches bc I didnt have the right size.Ultimately my (very wise and beautiful) wife convinced me to let the pros tackle this one. Zach gave us a quote with no BS, emailed it to us on the spot from his phone, and then figured out a way to get us scheduled for the same day. (Other plumbers were telling us 1-2 weeks wait time just for the scope.) He and Hutch were back right when they said they would be and went to work. Once they had dug out around the pipe they realized the job was more complicated than they had thought - so they altered the original simple plan and basically rebuilt a whole section of the sewer main so that if the culvert continued to shift in the future, the main would be better protected this time. This also meant lowering the entire section of pipe, while digging underneath the concrete culvert, while standing in 18 inches of very nasty mud. It was clearly more work than they had quoted me for, but they honored the original quote to the penny. When everything was done, they re-scoped the pipe another time to verify everything was smooth and watertight inside. They also completely cleaned up the entire area, including backfilling and raking a huge pile of soil I had dug out myself the day before.All told: one-day service, total professionalism, an above and beyond repair, and a better price than I was quoted anywhere else. Oh yeah and they subtracted the cost of the initial scope from the repair bill. Thinking about it, its probably single best tradesman experience Ive ever had. Give these guys your business already.
