My experience with Blanton’ Plumbing was very positive. The plumber that came really knew his stuff. He took the time to explain to me exactly what the problem was and how he was going to solve it. His attention to detail was superb. I would highly recommend Blanton’s Plumbing to anybody. He replaced all of the copper pipes, 2 toilets, all of the emergency shutoffs, a gas water heater, and repaired the gas line that fed into the water heater. All of which needed replacing.

I had used several electricians in the past and kept coming back with the same problems. I was in a pinch and found Blantons and decided to give them a try. Boy was I glad that I did! First off the text feature Blanton used was really nice. I got a text confirming my appointment and a call later to give me a time about when the technician would arrive. Then I got a text which introduced me to my Tech Nick Rippeth, his experience, background, and a picture (which would definitely be helpful for women out there to be safe).Nick was by far the best electrician I have ever had here. He took his time, diagnosed the ENTIRE problem, painstakingly and gave me options for solutions. He didnt try to up-sell me, and didnt replace items that he felt didnt need replacing. Straight shooter, and great at explaining. For the first time in years I have CONFIDENCE that the job was done right, and has been thoroughly taken care of so I dont have to worry about it in the future. The warranties they have on their work and parts makes it all worth while. Nick the whole time was the nicest and most easy to talk to person Ive met in a while, a pleasure to have here, and very professional.I can not give a higher rating than I give Blanton and Nick.

We asked Blanton’s to come for multiple electrical needs - installing new outlets, fixing our doorbell, and setting up an EV charge port. For the last two, we had used a different electrician, but had problems with the doorbell and couldn’t get the EV working. I am very glad we ended up calling Blanton’s. Fredi came and upgraded the EV outlet so that it can work safely with our car, and identified a problem with our doorbell, not only fixing the issue, but installing a chime as well. He was also extremely diligent and communicative. I’d highly recommend working with him!

Todd was called in to see if he could figure out a less intrusive way to reroute our main gas line and as promised, he did. Todd potentially saved us lots of money. He was very friendly and easy to talk to about our issues. Todds experience helped us determine what we needed to do after he left to cover the line in a way that would look great when we put the house on the market later. Todd was also able to get everything done in one long workday so we could have heat as the first real cold snap of the season came the next day. We were 100% happy with Todds work, his demeanor and his helpful suggestions.

When it comes to customer service, you simply cant beat Blantons. They communicate with you every step of the way, making sure youre never in the dark. Our technician, Austin, went the extra mile to make sure we were completely satisfied. He said they could install a new tankless water heater in a day, and he sure did, working into the night due to some weird aspects of our older house. Blantons might not be the cheapest option out there, but their up-front fixed pricing gives you a lot of security when there are some unforeseen complications. And the level of service and attention cant be topped. Austin and his partner Todd were amazing.One more thing: the technician who came on the initial call is the same person who comes back to finish the job. And then comes back again for the inspection. I really love that commitment.

I called Blanton’s to fix my sub pump that wouldn’t stop running. Each person i spoke to prior to the job was very kind, and made the process easy. Austin Wesley came out a few days later and did a very thorough inspection and even included things that needed a repair or replacement. Austin was professional, friendly, approachable, and friendly. He made sure I understood my options and the next steps.When it was time to move forward with the job, Debi in finance was so great to talk to and so patient, and the woman i talked to regarding payment was helpful and patient, and logistics/dispatch made scheduling the job a piece of cake.Austin arrived on time to complete the job and kept me in the loop with updates, and once he was finished showed me pictures and gave me updates to what he had done. He even switched days off so that he could come and get the job done.This was my first experience with this company and i can’t say enough great things about the team that i worked with. I am giving 5 stars for the courtesy and professional nature of the tech, He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained exactly what was wrong and what was required to fix the issue. He had all the parts in stock on his truck and got our system back up and running. The company itself however, has an extremely high up charge on parts. It was awesome that they were stocked on the truck, but we paid around a 400% mark up on the actual cost of the parts for the convenience of them being available. Great service, awesome availability of parts, but higher on the pricing than I would have expected.

In both cases they explained my options, the pricing for each option, & even took care of acquiring needed parts.The first job was a leak under my kitchen sink. Austin repaired it & also installed a new faucet. The job was completed very quickly & efficiently.The second job was a little bigger: having a tankless water heater installed. This job naturally took a little longer but Austin (plumbing) & Ayden (electrician) got it installed perfectly.Overall Id highly recommend Blantons for all your plumbing needs!

I went with Blanton’s after Lowe’s decided to be incredibly difficult when it came to scheduling an install. They were able to schedule me for the next day. My plumber, Alex was a great communicator and extremely professional. He did a thorough inspection of all my plumbing in addition to installing my dishwasher. He respected my space (I work from home) and did an excellent job installing and cleaning up. I highly recommend Blantons.

Most professional and efficient plumbing company I’ve ever dealt with. Made a call and they came out that afternoon. Technician was very knowledgeable and fixed the issues. He also was trained to cross-sell improved products. Although he mentioned other products, he was not pushy but more of an “informing” technician. They may be a little higher in price but it’s worth it. You get what you pay for and no one should risk plumbing issues. He did an excellent job and the company definitely stands superior to others.

Daniel of Blanton’s came out to our house and gave us a very thorough estimate of what it would take to repair a laundry list of electrical issues that we need resolved in our new home. He was easy to talk to, and patiently answered all of our questions.All of the issues that we had were resolved by Daniel and Nick. They worked very hard, including couple of long days to get everything done right and even added a few nice extra touches that we didn’t even ask for like with the dock light in the attached picture. We would highly recommend Blanton’s for anyone needing just about any kind of electrical work done to their home.

I cant say enough positives about my experience with Blantons. From my first call to inquire about their services to the moment Alex left after my repairs, they were professional, efficient, thorough, and super courteous. The text updates to alert me as to where they were and the timely text to let me know they were headed my way allowed me to make use of my time and not sit around waiting. Alex was incredibly knowledgeable and highly skilled. He assessed my level of handiness and didnt talk down to me as he explained what he found and his plan. When deciding on how to proceed, Alex advised on how he might approach it if he were needing the repairs, explaining all the options and associated risks. In short, you cant go wrong with Blantons or Alex!

I had a plumbing emergency in my first home, and within a few hours of calling, Collin was out at my home, and helping me learn through the issue and giving options for fixing. He was incredibly kind, and knowledgeable. Then, Tristan came out, who was the camera tech to see into our sewage line. He was here in a timely manner, and was professional and kind as well. He walked me through every scenario possible for fixing the issue (roots infiltrated sewage line) and then Collin made another appearance to fully clear the pipe with a combination of the rooter and camera to verify. Overall highly satisfied with the level of service, professionalism, and knowledge of the employees at Blantons. Id recommend them to anyone, and will do so!

Had the whole house re plumbed today along with some electrical work done. Mike, Dave, and Parker were the best! Parker walked me through the electrical work that was being done and explained it in such a way it was easily understandable. Mike and Dave did an excellent job eliminating the spider webs of pipes under the house and put in new pies much neater than the previous ones. They also went above and beyond and provided my little one with the a coloring book to keep her entertained. I can be certain that Blanton’s will be my #1 go to for their services in the future.

I called Blantons because I saw one of their trucks and thought the logo was retro and wholesome. And I appreciated that they did HVAC as well as plumbing. Dustin came out and did a whole house plumbing inspection along with the flush of my tankless water heater, which had sediment that made it slower to heat up . Dustin is awesome! He is kind and helpful, and I felt completely comfortable with his advice and service. I did sign up for an annual plan, which is a great deal. Im leery of service contracts, but this one was a no-brainer deal, and now I have peace of mind that feels great. Thank you, Dustin and Blantons for trustworthy, helpful service!!

This was, by far, the best experience I have had with a home service provider. Nick and Dev went above and beyond. It was time to replace a worn out kitchen faucet and upgrade our sink. I wasnt sure who to call but I liked Blantons core mission statement so I started there. Staff on the phone was very friendly and I was surprised and happy to hear that someone could come by today. Jack Comstock was our plumber. Very knowledgeable and friendly. He came in and found what we were wanting/needing and assessed the task at hand. We were given several different options of what could be done to complete our request.Jack got right to work. We are most grateful for his thoughts and expertise on the drainage nightmare under the sink and the follow up when switching our water back on and knowing sometimes the shut off valves under the sink will leak after a repair or replacement like we had and he fixed that too. I called and it was answered swiftly by a customer service rep who gave some history on the company and explained the process. I love that they have the three major household servicing options for homeowners: hvac, electrical and plumbing.I scheduled a licensed technician to come out and check an outlet. Garrett K. came and diagnosed my issues and fixed them all. Even had an inspector come out to approve his work. He was excellent and I’ll be requesting him moving forward!Clif B. is my hvac technician who returning to fix my drainage for my unit and performed a check inside and outside on my system.They feel genuine about finding a solution and are not trying to just sell you as much extra crap like other companies. I will definitely use them again.Blanton has a phenomenal notification interface too. They text to confirm appointments, send out notification alerts and text you 30min before arrival. The text includes a history of your technician with a professional photo. This made me feel so secure. A very timely response to my phoned in hot water heater emergency. A skilled plumber, Mr Vincent Maples responded and quickly identified the problem. I concured with Mr Maples the existing aged water heater warranted replacement. He arrived at 8 am promptly the next morning as promised. Mr Maples worked tirelessly to remove the old heater and installed the new 50 gallon water heater which he previously arranged to be delivered. His professionalism, attention to detail and skilled workmanship was evident in the finished product meeting all local code requirements. As a former apprentice plumber myself in the 1960s, I was truly impressed with the quality of the work.Without asking, Mr Maples replaced my washing machine which I had previously moved to give him unrestricted access. He placed my washer back into its original position and reconnected all water lines. At 74 years of age, I very much appreciated his kindness.

It was vacation day, and of course, we realized we had a leak in the basement. Blanton’s sent a technician out within a few hours! Nick Estes was incredibly professional, kind, and thorough. He made the necessary repair and did a full home inspection, answering all of my questions about annoying problems that I had wanted fixed, but had other plumbers unsuccessfully attempt, and I’d given up. My kids were so curious about his tools, and he graciously explained how he used them as he snaked some stubborn drains. He was efficient and had us freed to head to the beach, saving our vacation! Highly recommended!Update: Nick returned to complete some repairs I had waited to get done. Again , he patiently walked me through various options for each fix. A testament to his kind presence is that my kids remembered him and think of him as their friend!

Tanner came out same day and got us multiple estimates. He went through aggressive to least aggressive options on trying to resolve one of our problems. After discussing our options we came to an agreement and he came back the very next day to implement the plan. Within two hours of repairs, we had a functioning standpipe. Our basement no longer floods when doing laundry.The prices were pretty on par with what I assumed they would be. Im sure you could find cheaper, but I dont think the quality would be as good.Tanner asked me maybe one too many times (if possible!) if I had any questions. He wanted to make absolutely sure that we understood the work, the estimates, the invoices, and any lingering afterthoughts. Im grateful for this.Weve already asked him for numbers on projects we would like to do in the future and look forward to working with him again.

Nick was awesome, he came in. He looked at everything. He took the time to explain everything to me as he was taking it apart. He was showing me what he was doing, and basically giving me the knowledge as he was repairing my issue. He took the time to ask my concerns and how he can do it better to allow me more room underneath my sink while replacing what needed to be replaced. Not only was he respectful and had amazing customer service. We were also able to talk on a personal level and get to know each other as he was repairing my plumbing. This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with customer service and a repair job by a great young man , he even took the time to explain to me the warranty service and how I could retain Blantons air, plumbing and electric by paying a monthly fee and protected with all the services you guys provide. Mr Austin Wesly resolved an issue I didnt realize I had. He arrived on a Friday around 5 PM to replace a broken shut off valve on my dishwasher and toilet. While working on the toilet he found the in flow valve was also damaged. Before replacing it he informed me I had a 16 tall toilet. (This is the part I wasnt aware of at the time.) I measured that toilet and another one to find out he was correct. He was also correct it was uncomfortable. He replaced it with an 18 version and that has made all the difference. He also stayed until 8 PM to make sure everything was done right. I cannot recommend nor thank Austin Wesly enough.
