    I sincerely want to thank Karl, James, and Martha for their assistance today. Our water heater broke over night and we were left in a serious predicament. Martha was able to get Karl out to us quickly. Karl diagnosed the issue quickly (a new unit) and provided us with our available options and price points without pressure. We made our decision and he let us know when they would be able to schedule the service (next day). We were prepared to tough it out for the night, but soon received a call letting us know that they could do the service today. We agreed and he showed up shortly after to begin work. A bit later, James arrived to assist and the install/removal went surprisingly quickly. They installed a new, on-demand system which is fantastic! They walked us through every step of the process and answered all our questions. I cannot recommend them enough. Professional, understanding, and no pressure/hiding prices. We want to thank them for assisting us in such a timely manner. Will definitely be keeping them on our short list.

    I must say that working with these folks is a pleasure. In today’s world, getting a return phone call in a week is good. I left a message with Bell Cow on Sunday evening and I had a return phone call by 8 am Monday morning. I know how busy they must be this time of year but they are truly good people. I’ve only had the pleasure of working with Dawson, but I have no doubt their whole staff is great. If you need anything, don’t hesitate to contact them. You won’t regret it!!

    James, was the name of the technician who did both the estimate and installation of the water heater. He took the time to look at the old water heater and was able to get it working so we would have hot water for the few days before he came back to do the water heater replacement. He was professional, polite, and very knowledgeable. I had 3 other plumbing companies look at the old water heater they had 3 different diagnoses none were sure what the problem was. James took one look at it and knew that the manufacturer was no longer making water heaters. He even knew where I had bought it. In short he provided exceptional customer service.     The installation on my Pack was perfect. No cracks everything is sealed. They bent over backwards to do everything I asked of them. It doesn’t really matter what brand system you buy as long as the installation is competent. Bell Cow is competent, friendly, very knowledgeable and willing to take time to communicate so the customer understands.Doug Has always been my service technician And they don’t come better. I will not let another company service my system. Thank you very much Bell Cow for giving me good old-fashioned quality.3-11-2019, A power surge or some other problem caused damage to our system’s circuitry that was very hard to diagnose. Bell Cow did not let the problem go until they found the source of the problem and repaired it. Our system is once again performing flawlessly.

    UPDATE:I decided to give Bell Cow another chance and I am glad I did. The representative was professional, honest and had great customer service skills and even helped us with planning our future projects. The job was done faster than I expected and he even help us save money on repairs. I though we needed to change both faucets, but after looking at them, he confirmed only one needed to be changed the other was actually still good.I will be using Bell Cow in the future and based on my last experience I am updating the review.I believe in supporting local businesses and I decided to give Bell Cow another try. I did not receive nor was I given preferential treatment or discounts on my service request. I am also leaving a summary of by old review below:- The price quoted matched our budget expectations.- With every quote you get, make sure you get it always in writing including the warranty promised.- Water install went great but there was a miscommunication on the labor warranty.- Called office for months before I could get a response back but once they responded, they were able to provide answer to my questions.

    Our home warranty company chose Bell Cow to service our non-functioning air-conditioning system. Having been mightily disappointed by the repair service sent by a previously contracted home warranty service, my expectations were low. However, I found myself pleasantly surprised by the quick response and efficient repairs provided by Bell Cow. Lance, the assigned technician, carefully explained every aspect of the repair as he completed it. At the same time, he was both professional, personable, and endlessly engaging. Following Lance’s visits the AC unit is now back to perfectly functioning. I would recommend Bell Cow’s services without hesitation.

    The technician Chris arrived on time and was able to diagnose the problem immediately. He had the part on his truck and repaired the unit in a few minutes. I was truly impressed with how quickly he was able to repair our system and THAT HE HAD THE PART! The last few times we had to wait weeks for other companies to get the part in.     My experience with Bell Cow was nothing but positive. Parts of the structures of my garage door frames were damaged by termites. Bell Cow was contracted to repair/restore the structural damages. They did fabulous carpentry work of structural repairing to replace the damaged header and supporting frames. The professional service they provided was impressive. Manager Bernie was very responsive and on the task. Carpenter John is experienced, smart, well-organized, and committed - the type of experts I can always trust to get jobs done right. Thank you team for such an impressive job, your hard work, and professionalism too! If I ever need a carpentry work done in the future, I will call you immediately.

    We had multiple quotes for getting our home re-piped, everything being original from the build date of 1994. Bell Cow obviously won us over with their supreme confidence, polite manner, affordability, and overall quality customer experience. They respected our home and belongings, as well as our personal well being by maintaining 6 feet and masks at all times when interacting with us.Jeremy and Elicio (SP) were a great team, worked extended hours to fix a few issues they brought to my attention outside of their planned work load. I want to STRESS the fact they did not press the issues they found. They brought it to my attention to address while they were there, in the future, or not at all. No sale was pushed on me at all. We had a minor gas leak, which turned out to be lack of proper torque spec and sealant on the gas line. They also noticed a clogged valve on the main water line. They replaced it for us and GREATLY improved our water pressure in the home. For perspective, we could ONLY Shower, run the dish washer, OR the clothes washer. Now with the fixed valve, we can do all three at the same time with no pressure issues.In summary, these guys are highly recommended for their plumbing expertise and services. Incredibly friendly from the technicians to the office administration team. A job truly well done and a very happy customer, we will definitely be returning for future services.

    I found out on the day that my garage exterior side entry door was to be installed, that I ordered the wrong swing door. I was on the verge of panic not knowing what to do. The 2 crew members, Donald and Rick, showed no hint of annoyance and or frustration at all. Instead, they offered to help me. They got permission from Bell Cow to go to Lowes and exchange the door for the right one. This is above and beyond what I expected the crew and Bell Cow to do for their customers. To top it off, I was not charged extra. Like their slogan says, THEY DONT MILK YOU. Excellent quality of work - my door looks great! Thank you Rick and Donald - courteous, friendly and professional. I also, would like to thank Kayla. She always sounded friendly. The tone of her voice showed a caring attitude, that made me feel comfortable every time we spoke. Thank you, Kayla, for making me feel like you really listened and voiced care about my concerns. The scariest and hardest part for me to do, when it comes to home improvement/repair projects, is finding trustworthy and honest people to hire, to do the right job for the right price. I thank my lucky stars, I didnt make a mistake hiring Bell Cow. I was quoted almost double the price by another company to install that same door. I now know, who to hire for any home projects.     Bell Cow service technicians, George and Ron, came out to our house the same day I called. We had a water heater that apparently leaked for a very long time. It had to be replaced. George knew who to call to help me find out about the warranty. Fortunately, it was covered. George and Ron removed the broken water heater and replaced it with the new one. My husband and I decided to move the new water heater to a different location. The old one was housed in a closet. We wanted the new one installed in the garage. George and Ron were able to do the plumbing and electrical work needed to make that happen. George and Ron always arrived on time, and were very courteous and professional. I felt as though we had been friends by the time the work was completed. I highly recommend Bell Cow and would not hesitate to call them again, should the need arise.

    The experience from beginning to end of my install was awesome. What a great staff! I have had about a dozen companies come to my house to discuss my HVAC needs, only Bell Cow was honest up front and very friendly and easy to talk with about my options.     Making arrangements for a HVAC preventive maintenance was easy and fast. The technician called me to tell me when he would arrive, and arrived on time.     After having to deal with a different hvac company that kept telling us our heat was working fine * if you consider cold air coming out my vents fine* and giving us the run around we were put in contact with bell cow. They came out and immediately figured out what the problem was. The part was ordered but was defective when time came for install. The techs and customer service reps were very apologetic and worked very hard to get the defective part shipped and installed. They called us the day the new part came in and came out to replace. We are now enjoying our heat and feel very confident that the problem was fixed. The techs are great, they took time to explain everything in a way that made sense. Even showed us the reason why the heat wasnt working. I hope in the future my home warranty company uses bell cow if we need anymore hvac work.

    Bell Cow Heating and Cooling did a great job installing a new water heater in our garage and removing the old unit from the crawl space. They performed all plumbing and electrical work for the job and completed everything in one day. The work was to a high standard and it looked like the new water heater was part of the original home construction when they were done. The city inspector said he wished all companies did such an outstanding job. I highly recommend Bell Cow for installing water heaters.

They both were conscious of not to dirty the floor,(placed coverings on the floor and staircase).     About two weeks I called Bell Cow about two of my homes located here in North Carolina! The first interaction was to get a quote on only one home after that call I had two appointments set one for home in Raleigh the other was a rental property in Fayetteville... From that initial call every interaction went GREAT. The representative showed up on time and showed out! Hands down the best service in town(not to mention the fact I was trying to get some competitors to come out before making a decision...     My hvac went down last night and right now being the hottest days so far this summer, it got unbearably hot in my house with no ac. As soon as bellcow opened I called them and they were able to squeeze me into a opening late afternoon, not even an hour later they called me again with a earlier time which worked much better for me. The man they sent was very respectful and knowledgeable about everything he was looking at. Not even 5 min go by and he has my hvac back up and running. He sees a few other problems and takes care of them as well, such as the drain being slightly backed up. 15-20 min later he was done. The house is starting to cool down now. I want this tech every time. It’s rare to find someone who knows their trade this well. I’m glad I can count on bell cow. Thank you guys for everything and looking forward to continued service with you guys.

    I have been a customer for close to 4 years now. Excellent service and quality products. Service techs and office staff are very good at their jobs and extremely nice people. I just had Mike out to figure out why my heatpump stalled. He listened to everything I said and then proceeded tp his checks.     My home warranty company uses Bell Cow for HVAC work. The first tech that was sent out for my AC issue simply told me that there was nothing he could do, and I needed to replace my seven year old unit. He could not give me any information other than it just isnt efficient any more. I thought this was odd and I was very disappointed, so I called the company every day for about a week until I was able to speak to someone that actually seemed to care. Shortly after, Terrence Pennington, a branch manager, called me and said he would be at my house the next day to assess the issue. He showed up when he said he would, and fixed my AC unit with more refrigerant. He was kind, listened to my concerns and understood my disappointment. He really made up for what the first person did not do.
