Weve been using Air Works since 2008. We first called on Air Works when we had no air conditioning and our former HVAC company couldnt help us anytime soon, even though they had recently replaced one of our systems. Although we had never used Air Works before, they promptly helped us out.Weve been using them ever since for all of our scheduled maintenance as well as for break-fixes.We also had them replace our upstairs system 5 years ago and their installation was excellent, a much better installation than the former company did replacing the downstairs system.We would not use anyone else. I highly recommend them.

Contacted AirWorks for an HVAC emergency issue to begin with and based on the response to that issue, we signed up for the maintenance contract. We just had our first maintenance review and Ricky and Patrick did an excellent job. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable about the system. They made recommendations but were not overly aggressive in doing so. Highly recommend the company for your HVAC needs!

We’ve used airworks for almost 10 years for our HVAC, including replacing one of our units in 2020. The service has been fantastic and we trust them to treat us fairly. They send the same technician, Ricky, for all our HVAC maintenance appointments. He is familiar with our configuration and history and provides service specific to what we need. I highly recommend them.

Air Works Continually provides great service, over and over again! We were introduced to Air Works 2 years ago by our realtor when our AC died on a 90+ degree day, the day before an open house! She called Air Works and they had our 14 yr old AC unit fixed within hours, on a Friday afternoon! And, the cost was super reasonable, even though we werent even one of their customers yet! Then, they came out again a few weeks later, at no cost, to show the home inspector that our unit was working properly despite his best attempts to say otherwise!I was sold then, so we set up an annual maintenance contract with them on our new house. Twice, they have come out with very short notice to fix what thankfully were minor issues. They always combined our upcoming service with the call to so we werent out extra service fees! Even when we do have to have extra work done, the prices are super reasonable and the service top notch from the office staff to the techs. I cant say enough great things about Air Works! They truly are the best!!!

Ive been using Air Works exclusively for over 10 years now. They recently performed an entire reinstall for my downstairs and upstairs. I was provided with several options so that I could determine what best fit my budget. The service was exceptional as always. Bryan and his crew arrived exactly when they said they would and completed the work exactly when they said they would. Michelle and her staff was amazing as well, providing clear and prompt communication. I cant say enough about Air Works. Professional, quality, cost effective service. Great, personalized service. I love the fact that I deal with the same core people on an annual basis vs. some Brand Name or Big Company. I felt they kept our old units going as long as possible without pressuring us to replace them. However, when those units finally died (at different times), we bought our new units through Air Works and had them installed. I appreciated how they not only provide recommendations for these major purchases, but offered reasons behind their recommendations as well as the costs and benefits of various alternatives.

We would give six stars if we could. They were prompt, professional and priced reasonably. They replaced our HVAC system in just one morning. The blower on the system is significantly stronger than the old one and it caused the panels to make noises when it came in and shut off. They came out the next day and fixed the issue for free. We were pleasantly surprised and grateful. Would definitely recommend.

Not only was their response time quick, but they preformed the needed repairs on 2 very old heat pumps to keep them running until our remodel. 2 years ago installed new HVAC systems.
