We have had a 10/10 experience with Air Experts over the last week when our old AC unit died unexpectedly. Daniel came out and quickly diagnosed the problem, followed by Hans from Sales who was top notch. Hans was so helpful in educating us and helping us figure out what system was the right choice based on our needs. Hans didn’t rush us and was patient with all of our questions. Kurt and Roberto came out for the install and made quick work of removing the old unit and installing the new unit. They were professional and friendly! Finally, Gage had to swing by to correct one small issue and he was so friendly and helpful and quickly resolved the issue. Overall very impressed with Air Experts and highly recommend!

Colin did a great job with our scheduled maintenance. The weather precluded AC inspection, so he went ahead and gave our heating system an overview before the fall season instead. He documented everything thoroughly, and provided a receipt email with photos and an itemized list of the work done.

He fixed the issue and explained the repairs that he completed. As always, Air Experts represents themselves well with the folks they send out to the field. Gabe came to do tune ups on two of my HVAC units. You might imagine that he would have found thousands of dollars of work that had to be done on both and scare the heck out of me to get it done but that was not the case. Gabe spent time talking with me about my units, what I was looking for to be done, and what I had experienced in the past. After listening he assessed my units, tuned them up and suggested ways to improve my efficiency. He presented immediate, mid term, and long term solutions as well as reasons to take or not take any action. I felt totally confident in Gabe’s knowledge as well as his forthright recommendations. I met with Hans from Air Experts on 8/19/24. He explained all the information required for me to decide to install a new water heater. He was very knowledgeable and I appreciated that he answered all my questions. My old heater was removed on 8/22/24 by Jackson and Jebb from Air Experts. They did a great job installing the new water heater. They cleaned up and were very respectful during the install. They explained everything to me before they left. What a great company with such wonderful employees!!!

All of the technicians that have come to our home for regular service checks or repairs have been top notch. This morning Jose Estrada arrived for our annual AC check. He was courteous and super thorough. Found a blocked drain which had recently been affecting one of our units, got it unclogged and explained why it had happened. We highly recommend this company!

As always Air Experts was great and Chris was outstanding. I had a concern late yesterday afternoon and they were able to get someone out late this morning. Chris took his time to walk me through everything and assure me that the system was running as it should be. He showed me all the readings and everything was in great working order. They even tied the checkup to my last service to make sure something wasn’t missed which meant there was no charge. Gage did an amazing job fixing my air conditioner. My unit is old and will ultimately need replacing in the near future. That being said my AC went out over a very hot holiday weekend, Air Experts came out and fixed the problem quickly without an up charge for a holiday. I’m still waiting for my regular guys to return my call a week later. Couldn’t be happier with the service and Gages professionalism. He was extremely professional, explained each and every thing he checked, and took care of our system like it was our own. He arrived on time with the promised call ahead and quickly got to work. They are returning this morning to run the system, check for leaks and assure that the system is operating at peak efficiency. I have always been impressed with the quality of people working at Air Experts. We had a replacement HVAC system installed yesterday during the heavy rain. Two crews (Tyler D, Tyler M, Scott G and Rob S) did the install. I was super impressed with how coordinated they were and the efficiency with the installation. It was pouring for most of the install but that didnt stop them from the outside work. They were meticulous in their work and very knowledgable. Without a doubt, Air Experts is a league above their competition. I would highly recommend them and a big thanks to the guys who did the install. I should also note that they did the install the day after we got the quote- so super fast. THANKS!

He flushed my Rinnai tankless water heater, both checked and cleaned the two critical electrodes for corrosion, inspected and cleaned other parts, as well as reset the inside timer for new preheated periods for AM and PMRJ also checked a toilet and ran multiple water tests inside our home, whIle the hot water heating flushing ran on the outside.Professional, efficient, and personable, RJ continued to impress me, like the previous HVAC technicians, with the Air Experts.

During the strong storms we have come thru this past weekend our upstairs AC Unit sounded like it was going to take off. Since we are a Service Member of Air Experts Raleigh Heating and Air I called them immediately and got on the schedule. Michael did a great job listening to me, he explained the issue and how to handle it if it happens again. He duplicated the exact noise with a quick power cycle at the furnace which caused the compressor plates to stick. Michael is extremely knowledgeable, he provided me with great customer service. After we noticed that one of our units is not working as it should, we called Air Experts Heating & Cooling. Also, our units were due for maintenance. The scheduling was great. The ladies that I spoke with were kind, polite and understanding. They were able to get us an appointment within 2 days. Nick performed the maintenance and checked the unit that was not working. He was kind, courteous and explained the work he did and all details of his findings. After the visit, he sent a detailed report. We are very satisfied with the work they are doing.

We had Air Experts come to our home for a second opinion. First, when we had ARS out, they only spent 15 min looking at our unit. He told us we needed the control board and evaporator coils replaced which would cost over $5,000. They told us we’d be better off replacing it with a new unit, which they quoted $12k-$17k. Our unit is only 8 years old.Anthony came out with Air Experts and spent an hour and a half trying to figure out the problem which he suspected to be the dampers, which would only cost $600 to replace. He was honest with me and said he wasn’t a hundred percent sure this would fix all of the issues, but we figured it was worth a try. He replaced those at the same visit and our air conditioning is good as new. Anthony saved us thousands of dollars, we are so grateful.

Diagnosis of the AC unit found a small leak in the line near the condenser. This is the most amazing HVAC company I have ever used. They are highly responsive, professional, and extremely competent. We migrated to their HVAC as a service and have paid nothing more for a new coil, maintenance call, or air filters. Had a problem this week where the thermostat went blank. They diagnosed and fixed it in a couple of hours. (Had to do with an evaporation coil). All covered under their HVAC as a service business. Highly recommend them. BIG 5 star review.

Carrier parts warehouse shafted us all. As it was last motor...its now on backorder and will have to wait a while longer for part from Carrier. There was a misunderstanding during the contract negotiations and we thought the faulty damper motors would be replaced too along with their associated electronic control boards and thermostats. We were pretty upset when that wasn’t the case, because who would agree to fix only half the problem?Air Experts came out and made it right by replacing all the damper motors, control zoning boards and thermostats. I was impressed by their management of the problem and how quickly it was resolved. I would recommend Air Experts for HVAC service and equipment needs. Make sure you get a line item contract though so you understand what you’re getting.
