I want to express my extreme gratitude for the patience and professional installation performed by Dominic. I had run into an issue with my gas fireplace, where I had twisted the main line and rendered it useless. Dominic approached the situation with great professionalism. He dug deep into what was needed and, without hesitation, ensured everything was done correctly.He kept me informed throughout the process, updating me on any issues and the parts that needed to be purchased or retrieved. Dominic even drove many miles across towns to find the niche parts required to make my setup work. The pricing was very fair, and they promptly adjusted the quote if any issues arose, which I greatly appreciated.I’d also like to thank another gentleman who assisted Dominic during the process. I regret that I cannot remember his name, but I am extremely grateful for his professionalism and the help he provided.I have a lot of respect for Mitch, the owner, who was incredibly pleasant and professional to work with. Dalton was great in explaining what needed replacing which was my garbage disposal that was leaking he had a new one with him which made things convenient and the repair completed on the same day. I recently needed an emergency repair for a leaky faucet and put out an online broadcast request for service. 1-800 Plumber + Air was the first to respond, via text and email, with a personalized outreach message and number to call for service. Their communications were better than any other responder. They sent DALTON & DAVID right away. The two men were polite and very competent, doing the repair in hardly any time at all. I was impressed.Also, for a long time I had needed to replace my 20+-year-old water heater and had been delaying doing it. I did not know any plumber I felt I could trust. The 1-800 truck had a $100 off note on it, so I inquired when David and Dalton did the faucet repair about their also helping with that. We made a plan. They helped me figure what to buy at Home Depot for delivery, and they came by today for the install.Again, these two men were highly skilled, respectful, and helped me understand all aspects of their work, company policies, etc.If you need any plumbing done--emergency repairs or a big job that is planned, hire this team! They could not have given better service, and now I will be loyal to this company. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

We remodel homes for a living and this company of guys are by far the most professional and easy to work with. Oscar Joseph is my management contact and he knows how to make it happen. David did our full replacement of our current remodels HVAC system. He did an outstanding job. Man knows his stuff. Roy and Adam did all of the plumbing and prepared the house for all plumbing trim, dishwasher lines and made sure we were going be able to meet code. Their knowledge and work ethic is fantastic. Today Derek and Dominic came to install the shower trim, toilet, adjust the toilet flange, and all the faucets, etc. Once again top notch professionalism and work. From start to finish and follow up by Oscar Joseph throughout the process I will only use 1-800 Plumber + Air for all my future investments. This is how a company should be ran.

The basin of our sink was separating from our counter, and we were unsure of who to call. We became aware of 1-800-Plumber+Air through Yelp. I received a call-back immediately on Wednesday, and Dalton and Charlie were able to fix the sink on Thursday. Dalton and Charlie were friendly, courteous, and knowledgable. They explained what was wrong with the previous sealant, and was able to get the supplies and the right glue. I absolutely recommend 1800-Plumber+Air for people looking for reliable, friendly, and knowledgeable plumbers.

I had a toilet and sink installed and Charlie F. did a fantastic job. He of course installed the equipment but also made sure that it all operated at maximum performance. Then he gave us an education on how to maintain peak performance. Service like that is so important and valuable when you are remodeling a bathroom. Our home was built before 1940 too so it was not an easy job due to different ways of building back then. But Charlie was a pro working with all the challenges.

He was very courteous, polite, explained completly the repairs and proceeded to complete them in a timely fashion.We are in a Del Webb Senior Community of over 1,250 homes and our Veterens Group, who helps the community by performing very simple tasks for donations to them, is recommending your company for services if needed.I am extremely thankful for the services that your completed for me and will not hesitate to request your services in the future.

My pipes were clogged and leaking for 2 years!!! I’ve had numerous plumbers come out and tell me nothing was wrong but i kept getting $400 water bills in a one family home i called 1800plumbers they had a plumber out the next day and found out the toilet stopper had corroded inside the toilet and was continuously running for years they fixed the issue and filled a hole in one of the pipes within hours. Great workers and great customer service will definitely recommend to others.

Doalton and Charlie from 1-800-Plumber, arrived around 8:30 am to assess our damage and get my approval to proceed. Later, the owner (?) and another associate showed up and the four of them proceeded to tear up our stained ceiling.Holes were cut near each of the two ceiling stains. Hand probing could detect no moisture near the perimeter of each of the holes. A third hole was cut with similar results. In the meantime, water was run in all upstairs showers, toilets. tubs and sinks: still no moisture.Meanwhile, Charlie, who was flushing the toilet in our “purple” bathroom, notice that it was loose on its base and rocked when pushed aside. That action was followed by a small flow of water near one of the holes. Further inspection exposed a faulty connection of toilet to base: it’s flange was higher than the surrounding tile. This meant that when the toilet was flushed and tilted slightly, water leaked around the outflow tubing, ran along the outside of that tubing, and dripped off it at its lowest points above the stains.Two solutions were presented. First, replace the flange. That would entail hand shaping the replacement, and would involve tearing up some of the tiles. Second, replace the toilet with one that sat lower on its flange. The second was chosen based on its being much cheaper and much less destructive.It is 2:30 pm, the toilet is installed, their mess is cleaned up as best as could be done, and their trash is being hauled away as I type.Long job, difficult issue, but well done. And the overall price, though higher than we initially assumed, was fair for all the time and labor.I would definitely recommend this company.
