    Leslie and Zane came out to my house from Ferran Air Conditioning, Electrical & Plumbing! Their service was amazing, their customer service and humility are immaculate! They worked super fast, exchanged a complete water heater, explained everything step by step, gave complete final instructions and had a wonderful smile the entire time they were working! These are the types of great employees that keep you coming back! And yeah the price was amazing, but with this type of service I wouldn’t take a lower price from anyone!

    So far, Communication doesn’t seem to be important to them. I hope to post a more positive review, but with all electric off except the Refrigerator and with the seriousness of the situation, having been told not to replace the door on the Circuit breaker Board because it could arc, no one communicates from their office to give you a heads up on the progress of our situation. No paper work, no instructions, no nothing. Hopefully we’ll get this all ironed out and I can post a beaming review.Tuesday, Now I can give a glowing report!! The Technician arrived at the time stated and was very professional and did an awesome job and quicker than expected . Needless to say, we are so relieved to have a safe operating system now!Thank you Ferran Electric!

    Our hot water heater (22 years old) started acting up. We have a Duke protection plan and they had Ferran call me. Jade called and set up an appointment for the next day. An hour later she called and said they had a cancellation for this day and did I want it. She was very pleasant and professional. Chris the technician arrived and evaluated my heater. He determined that it really could not be saved and operated at an efficient level. Chris had a new heater delivered, drained and removed the old unit and installed the new unit. He explained each step of the process and had answers for all of my questions. From initial call to a new working hot water heater was 7 hours. Excellent service. Chris was the best

    I am very satisfied with the outstanding service that I received from Tyler, my AC technician from Ferran. He did a great job first by diagnosing the problem with the AC unit, getting the replacement part ordered and then coming back to my home to install it and make sure my AC was working well again. He was patient and explained everything well to my satisfaction. He was knowledgeable and kind and I am thankful to be a customer of Ferran because of their employees like Tyler. Thank you.

    Ferran Services visited our house to evaluate our need for a whole-house dehumidifier. Instead of trying to push an expensive system on us, they advised that our current air conditioner should be able to sufficiently dehumidify our house. The technicians were very generous with their time, thoroughly investigated and reconfigured our AC settings, and patiently answered all of our questions. We have since noticed a marked improvement and are very pleased with how our system is functioning. We had a different company install the unit, but apparently they did not know how to configure it appropriately, and neither has anyone else from other companies who serviced it in the years since. One call to Ferran was all it took! We highly recommend Ferran!

    I called Ferran because of a leak in my garbage disposal. Omar, the technician, arrived and quickly diagnosed the issue and replaced my disposal. He was very pleasant and knowledgable.     I recently had all of the ducts and insulation for my heating and air conditioning replaced by Ferran. I cant say enough great things about Pierre and his crew.     I cant say enough about the professional and exceptional service provided by Ferran. Just before Hurricane Milton, we found we needed a new part for our generator. It arrived just in the nick of time and thanks to Aaron Smith, we were kept informed throughout the process. On the morning of the approaching storm, Charlie Simmons made a special trip out to our home to install the part and make sure we were ready. What a relief! And this was not the first time they have gone above and beyond. Thank you Ferran - and kudos to Aaron and Charlie!!!

    Aaron K. was our service technician for a recent visit. We are a customer for annual maintenance and we had an issue come up recently for which we had to call Ferran out. Because we are on an annual maintenance plan, Ferran came out the same day and did not charge for a visit (only the service itself and I believe the materials were at a discount price). Aaron was very knowledgeable and gave us practical advice and showed that he really cared. Its rare to find that these days. He should definitely be recognized and awarded for his great work. We would definitely recommend Ferrans HVAC services in the future!

    Great customer service and the technician was good. The price for labor and the service call was a little high but for ability to have someone come out right away, find out what was wrong, get the parts and get it fixed the next day it was worth it. This was done at the hottest time of the year and its not easy to get someone out that fast. I will definitely be using them again.

    Last year 2020 I needed a A/C unit and decided to use Ferran Services mainly because of the ratings and after numerous interviews with other companys representatives I went with Ferran services. Nick was my representative and point of contact throughout the entire project. Nick was very professional and very informative as to what was to be expected from Ferrans services. He truly put me at ease and so I proceeded.From the initial appointment to conduct a load calculation to determine the size A/C unit I needed the appointment started off a little rough! The technician didnt even show up as scheduled. He was suppose to be at my home at 7:30am but didnt show. I called Nick to find out what happened. I was told the technician had been miss-informed that my appointment had been canceled which wasnt his fault. By the time he arrived It was almost 9:00am. Louis apologized and I truly felt he was very honest in explaining what happened with the appointments that day. He proceeded to get the job done determining what size unit I needed despite the office getting the appointments mixed up.On my installation day February 10th 2020 the team showed on time as scheduled. Everyone worked well together to get the unit installed quickly but there was still a lot of detailed work needing to be followed up with & done prior to their inspection. There was quite a bit of exposed areas above the inside unit going up into my attic that needed to be enclosed and sealed. They also had challenges getting the condensation pump to operate correctly due to the size of the pump and angle of the drain pipe. But they were very dedicated to get it right!!...Ferran sent a pre-Inspection tech [Ray]out to ensure everything was done correctly before the official inspection was done. Technician Ray took the time to get everything right! Inspection day came however the work didnt pass inspection simply because the breaker in the main box was not labeled correctly. Over all Ferran services was very dedicated to get it right to ensure my unit was working properly and the breakers were labeled properly. Finally the second inspection came and they passed!!.. yes!!.Since last year Ive had Ferran to also install a complete Electrical breaker box for my home because my box was so outdated. Technician Sonny came out and did a amazing job!...After completing the job and Sonny leaving we realized the A/c unit wasnt coming on. I called the office and that same night Sonny came back at 9:00pm as a priority to check the breaker box, realizing due to miss labeling of one of the new breakers and one turned off is why the A/C unit was not coming on. After everything was double checked & labeled correctly and reset properly. Issue was fix.. A/C came on okay.. I was impressed that Sonny came all the way back that evening to ensure every breaker was re-checked and on properly.Not only have I had Sonny to come out to my home. Ive had other Ferrans Electricians to come out to repair and install receptacles, hang ceiling fans. All of them have been very hard working technicians. All have been very respectful and seemed to be very happy working for this company.Ive also had one of their plumbers Derek to come out and determine a leak from upstairs to a downstairs area. He identified the issue quickly and changed out my upstairs bathrooms tub faucet and shower head that was very old.. Problem fixed! He was very honest and professional. he didnt try to sell things I didnt need. He identified the issue and fixed it.So as a whole from A/C installation, Electrical services, to Plumbing Ferran Services has Met and Exceeded all my expectations. I would not call any other company for my home repair needs other than Ferran Services. If it wasnt for the first appointment mishap I would have given a 5star rating but as a whole I feel Ferran does a great job!.. Thank you

    We have been a Ferran Services customer for 7+ years now, for our A/C, Gas Furnace and Plumbing expertise during which time, servicing our aged A/C - Furnace unit, replacing our water heater and some minor plumbing repair.     Dear Ferran TeamI’d like to take a moment to write to you regarding our new HVAC system. I suspect that no one really wants to see their AC system go on the fritz, especially when one lives in Florida. We, however, had an additional challenge as the system that went down was at our Condo in Daytona Beach Shores, and we live in Tampa. The system we had there was from another manufacturer. I made some calls for recommendations; first company came out and immediately left; said they don’t know anything about this system. I tried another company - same result. I then dug a little deeper and contacted Ferran Services, spoke to a super nice lady who made the appointment, and a tech came out the next morning.Mr. Honeycutt then called me to discuss and said he had done a lot of leg work on this system and said, it was simply not possible to repair the outside unit, because the parts were not even available & any newer HVAC systems would not connect properly to the inside air handler.Mr. Honeycutt really impressed me with his honesty and incredible knowledge. He said he spent hours on our issue, and I believe that he did a ton of due diligence to solve our issue.He knew we were not even in the same town, and he did all the heavy lifting to have his team install a brand-new Carrier unit up on the roof of a 19-story condo building. They also installed a new air handler and a new wireless thermostat. I was so nervous for this entire project, but he assured me that this is the smart move, and he would have this completed the following week. Mr. Honeycutt is the kind of person you would want for your next-door neighbor!!My wife Nancy and I could not be happier. We drove over last week for the first time and it’s perfect. You can’t hear anything from the system.I can now appreciate and understand just why your reputation is flawless. Installing an entire HVAC system on a building like this is a big deal, lots of moving parts, schedules are tight and there is a “Gotcha” factor. Well, not with Ferran.     I am a frequent visitor to Volusia County, now moving my healthcare consulting business here and recently purchased a home in Port Orange. Before selecting a HVAC company, I did my homework researched recommendations in Consumer Reports and talked with a good friend in New England in the HVAC industry. I called a three local companies with high ratings by the local Better Business Bureau.When I called Ferran they connected me to the plumbing supervisor. Darwin was knowledgeable and cogent in providing information that helped me select the best A.O. Smith and American Standard hot water tank replacement product for my home. I was looking for the the highest performance over the longest durations. I also wanted a product that came with a ten year warrantee. This required an anode upgrade. I selected a residential A.O. Smith product. We had a few conversations regarding anode upgrades and to set up the installation. When Darwin was busy, he returned my calls in short order. He took the time to explain my best options. Darwin is a great asset to and outstanding representative for Ferran.In advance of the scheduled installation, I received timely text messages from Ferran confirming the appointment and then the expected arrival time.On installation day, I was very impressed with Steve, the Ferran master plumber sent to replace my 50 gallon hot water tank. Ferran invested in providing Steve with the latest high tech equipment, including a.$5000 pipe joint compression/crimping tool. That made Steve’s work flow more efficient, avoided the fire risks of using a blow torch to melt the solder and turned out a bright clean looking final product. Two new toilets were also installed properly with no mess to clean up. Just looking at the new hot water tank connection pipes screams this is what quality work looks like.The great experience with your plumbing team is why I called Ferran to schedule an electrical installation to tie in a electric automobile charger (Tesla) to my main electrical panel. I received the same great service in scheduling (Toni) and texting me to confirm date, time and expected arrival time.The master electrician, Jon, arrived on time. Jon was knowledgeable and worked quickly and efficiently, like he had done it a thousand times before. He efficiently ran the wire bundle down the inside of the wall and installed the unit securely to the sheetrock garage wall. Rather than use the wall screws that came with the Tesla kit, Jon elected to use toggle supported screws that made the wall installation more secure and long lasting; a welcomed upgrade. Jon took the time and effort to provide me with top tier quality workmanship. I felt like Jon treated my project like he was doing the installation for his family, only the best.Being new to the area and asking around for suggestions, I heard it was difficult finding quality trade workers around here. If I hear those comments again and they want HVAC/plumbing or electrical quality work, I will tell them to call Ferran. I certainly will. Thank you!!

    Michael is amazing! He was quickly able to find the leak, cut out the pipe, and replace it. For the first time in a month, our water meter is not moving up! A different companys plumber we had out earlier this week was saying the leak was in the back under our brick patio and that we would have to have all of that torn up. Michaels skills were able to quickly find and fix the leak that was in the front yard. We will always use Ferran from now on. We are so grateful!

    Needed insulation above the garage as it is below the master bedroom. I called and made an appointment to get a quote.     I asked for Drew (Andrew) Chiles to do the work as he did a great job replacing out my two handle to a one handle bathtub faucet. This time he installed a water shutoff valve in my courtyard and switched out the outdoor faucet valve which was leaking. He does great work and I feel safe having him in my home. He’s very knowledgeable friendly and professional. I need to replace my bathroom faucet and will ask for him again when I can afford to replace it. He had a second person with him Omar (not sure of the spelling) and he was great too. Highly recommend them.

    Very happy with Ferran and Nick who supervised our installation. Extensive redo/replacement of an existing system with Carrier 5 ton heat pump and new fan coil with complete rebuild of a 4 damper multi-zone system in attic with new dampers, plenum, and thermostats. Excellent cleaning and sealing of all attached ductwork - professionally done . I feel the pricing was very fair for what we had installed. Prompt and professional through all stages of process to final install. Quickly responded and addressed all concerns. System works great now. Have had many AC systems installed and replaced in the past , and this is one of the most professional companies I have ever dealt with. They are genuinely concerned about doing a great job.     Recently hired Ferran to replace a broken toilet flange. When the tech arrived and assessed the situation he saw that I already had everything needed to replace for a new toilet. When I removed the old toilet I noticed a small crack in the pipe. I work in a parallel industry and know a small crack can turn into a bigger crack quickly. He came up with a plan and through talking on the phone found out my line of work and told me how to fix it because he felt he was ripping me off. I assured him I would much rather have him fix it as although I do sewer work for a living my expertise is not residential plumbing. Long story short the tech did a wonderful job , charged a fair price, and even made some recommendations on how I could better support the new flange with hydraulic cement which I did.

    I just wanted to share what great service I got from Ferran yesterday. I had placed an order for a new cooling system and it hasn’t come in yet. The gentleman who helped me place the order said, if anything happened to my old unit before the new unit came in call them and let them know and they would take care of it for me. ( with a couple of limitations) He couldn’t have spoken more truth! Our old air conditioner did go out on the Fourth of July and Ferran was right there to get it running again. It required a new motor and fan blades and they fixed it for me at no charge. The service guys that came out to work on it were extremely nice and extremely helpful. I’m glad I’ve chosen Ferran to install my new unit as well as reduct and insulate my attic. I highly recommend this company.

    I used Duke energy warranty for home. They only use Ferran so you dont have a choice. It took 2 weeks for Ferran to schedule and come out and fix the faulty wiring, in which Kevin who I felt was very experienced did a great job fixing all our issues. Ferran did a great job and I feel our home is again safe. For all those who dont know, any repair under Duke energy plan give an extra 15% of parts... and ...repair I believe. The plans includes alot and you should give a call about the plan and inquire at least.

    My 37 year old hot water heater died last week. I had insurance through my electric company, who had me use Ferran. They came when they said they would, immediately saw the problem. They informed me of the process so that I could make sure I had water on hand to use while they had the water main shut off, which I really appreciated. No bad surprises! My hwh was an unusual size, so the technician had to go get an equivalent replacement. The replacement brand has an excellent reputation. All done in the anticipated time frame, all debris removed, tidier than it was before he started. All in all, I’m a happy customer and plan to use them again.

    I happen to have two different issues with my A/C this week though the issues were completely unrelated. Earlier this week I first noticed in the afternoon my AC was on but wasnt cooling so placed a service call. The technician was at my house in less than two hours and fixed the problem. Then this morning I found my AC not working at all, as in it was not getting power. I tried the normal things then called. The technician was out within an hour. Although it ended up being a breaker issue and that repair I handled through my home warranty company, I was very impressed that both times I requested service that a technician was out within an hour or two both times. They were friendly, professional and told me what the issues were. Even though the second issue was not something they could repair, I appreciated knowing in a very timely way what the problem was so I could take action. As it happens, the company the home warranty assigned was able to come out today and fix the breaker issue so it all worked out beautifully. I also use Ferran for regular maintenance of my unit and they always are professional and polite and tell me everything thats going on and make recommendations. Thank you Ferran!

Now the water heater had an Energy Mgmt Box from the late 90s.. that was the culprit.. no power to the water heater. Cory and his partner got an okay ti by-pass the EMB. and connect direct power from the breaker box.. Duke Energy came a couple days later to replace & update both units the other was for the A/C Unit

    Update: It is easy to just come out here and say someone did a good job. However, real character of a company shines through with their responsiveness to an issue left. I am leaving my initial review up specifically for that purpose.After notifying Ferran of the issue, a technician (Yunier) came out to inspect my crawl space entry. He was very thorough with the inspection and he did determine this was something that Ferran needed to rectify. Yunier fixed what he could on the spot, but then concluded that someone else would need to come out with the proper tools to handle it. We set a time and date.This morning, Yunier and another technician were here when he said they would be here. The two of them got to work right away and completely resolved the issue.Now, THAT is a company you can trust. Do I recommend Ferran? I dont just recommend them, I urge you to contact them if you need AC work. I am so very grateful to have been treated fairly and with respect. Kudos to Ferran for their Service!!!!_____________________________________Leaving a crawlspace unsecured and unprotected from feral cats and varmints is simply not acceptable. Especially when I just had the belly of the home and acesss to crawlspace secured less than a year ago.When I bought this place just a year ago, I paid alot of money to have under the plumbing upgraded, a Vapor barrier attached to the belly and wire fencing installed completely around the house.To get right to the point, Ferran initially sent out a technician to specifically inspect ductwork at my request. Technician found 2 holes that needed to be sealed. He resecured the crawl space, gave me a written quote, and made an appointment for someone from Ferran to come out 2 weeks later to seal duct work.I paid technician very well for 30 minutes work after reviewing my requested before and after photos of the job.The technician left and so did I as I was going out of town for a few days.When I returned on Sunday, a few days later, I walked around the house to make everything was ok. This is something I have made it a habit to do when returning home from being away.I was shocked and dismayed at how the technition left my crawl space entryway. It was a mess and definitely not secure to keep out feral cats and wildlife. Furthermore, the metal covering from the back of the ac to the house securing that entryway was left wide open. Again, not like it was when the technician came.I immediately called Ferran and left a message with the answering service and expressed how getting the crawlspace entry secured is of upmost importance as we have a feral cat problem. I then sent a text to the Ferran technician with photos stating the way he left the crawl space entry unsecured was unacceptale and that he should have left the crawl space secured like he found it.I also asked him to come by today Mondayand fix it. We have feral cats and other wild animals that go underneath these houses.This morning first thing, I called Ferran and left a message to please get someone out here today to secure the crawlspace and leave it the way they found it.Waiting for someone from Ferran to call me back and quickly remedy the situation.Right now I am extremely upset that they would leave the crawlspace entryway unsecure and didnt return it to the secure nature in which they found it.

They provide (Robert) the estimate quickly and we planned to do the work (only thing bad is that take more than a week to set up a date) then Eddie was the professional who did the service and he is the best! His attention to a problem that we had about electrical and an electrician would have to come in which was done in a couple of days and Eddie kept calling me to see if his work (setting up the water heating) was ok.     Tyler installed my new dishwasher since Home Depot reneged, stated it was too complicated even though I had paid for their services. Tyler came with no problems, installation went smoothly. He also went out of his way to put my Moen faucet handle back intact which I originally thought had broken. Tyler carries with him vast knowledge in plumbing, a trade that is slowly becoming extinct.     They are a great AC company and they are honest which is rare. I had one room in my house that was warmer than the rest of the house. I had a few different companies come out- 2 told me i needed my whole duct work redone and one told me i needed the ducts redone- more insulation added and an extra return vent added to the room that was too warm. Ferran was the last company to come out and after looking at my ducts, they said then found no leaks, no need to redo the ductwork and said i had more insulation than was necessary to keep my home cool. what they found was that the airflow was uneven and suggested adding an extra return into the warmer room and dampeners to redistribute the airflow more evenly. The price they quoted me was much better than the other companies (one of whom wanted $12,000 to redo the ducts). i ended up going with ferran to do the work and they did a great job. they were quick, friendly, and efficient. the room now gets cooler but they also said they would come back to do more to the dampeners if needed. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a company that does great work AND is honest.Update- Just wanted to update that I still love this company. They were correct that the warmer room needed an extra return and when they balanced the dampeners the room now gets just as cold as the rest of the house! They are a great company!

    Ferrans team is absolutely awesome! I had an 18 year old AC unit and duct work that needed repair and replacement. Their initial testing determined I could use a smaller unit which saved me money. They also told me to call Duke energy and are assisting with all the Duke energy rebates, I just had to make a simple phone call and they told me what to say!     I had the most horrible experience with a company called AAA Albrand who was recommended through Choice Home Warranty - this repairman came - I paid him my $75 service fee and he then misdiagnosed the problem so Choice Home Warranty denied my claim after being with them for over 6 years.     Great experience from beginning to end. Got a same day appointment for an electrical problem affecting service in several locations within our house. JR, our electrician, identified the problem quickly and repaired what was definitely a fire hazard.     He was really great. My dad is 87 years old and has dementia. He was very patient with him and nice to him. As for me, he was very informative. Explaining everything that was happening and was clear about what my situation was, the possibilities and prepared me to understand what might happen once he started digging, so that I could be prepared. It helped because I felt respected and that I was part of the process. I knew exactly what I was paying for and why. He did a great job.

    Recently signed up for AC maintenance plan due to buying a new home and having no idea how the current, original 2007 system had been kept up. Wasnt having any issues, but wanted to do what I could to keep it that way. The initial call took care of explaining the service, getting all of my information, scheduling a couple weeks out and payment. Signed the agreement by email and all set. Gabriel showed up precisely at the start of my window and I let him get to work after we talked about the system a bit. I didnt hover, but Id say he did a thorough check and clean of the system and sealed up any air gaps afterward. He was friendly and professional. Luckily, nothing additional needed this time, but Ill be calling Ferran for anything that comes up in the future.
