As a business owner myself, it takes a lot to impress me. When I seek out services from someone, thier reviews on the very first thing that I look at. Yury had perfect, 5 star reviews, which in this day and age is extremely hard to maintain. Somebody is always unhappy no matter what you do. So to see his unblemished rating already made me feel confident in his service before I even picked up the phone to call him. When I called him, she came out to my house in almost less than an hour and fixed something that I paid 2 other electricians to come out and fix, and they couldnt. That shows a level of knowledge, confidence, and experience that just cant be beat. Yuri had everything back up and running in less than an hour. We heartily recommend Yury and his assistant Milan of Bela Tech Electrical Contractor LLC. We had them replace the breaker box (aka interior electrical subpanel) since all of them in our neighborhood are now obsolete and do not pass inspection due to updated federal standards. We did not upgrade from 150 to 200 as I’ve heard others doing since this would require much more work re-cabling between the subpanel and the disconnect panel. This company had been recommended by a resident. They had a good solid contract, protecting both parties. We liked that. Yury was immediately responsive with our first phone call asking for a quote visit, all the way to a completed job, county inspection, and county certification. They warned us about the lack of power for that day (approx 5 hours for our house) and offered to bring a gas powered generator if we needed it. They worked efficiently. They informed us ahead of time of the drywall sawing to fit the new panel. They even recommended we remove any breakables like picture frames from the interior side of that garage wall due to banging or saw vibration. If his assistant needed to be in the house, he wore the shoe covers which I really appreciated. The one thing I didn’t anticipate, but should have, was the need to figure out the labeling of the breaker switches. That meant the assistant needed to go in each room and try each wall or light to help determine which breaker controlled what. I hadn’t tidied up the rooms ahead of time, so the perfectionist in me cringed a bit. But I accompanied the assistant in each room to help him find the outlets and wall switches, and it ended up not being a big deal. They totally cleaned up after themselves. They had good attention to detail. They also try to be present at every county inspection so they can answer any questions the inspector might have. We would definitely hire them again.

Yury is amazing. We had an issue with a fan that stopped working and received a replacement part from the manufacturer. Yury tested the connections to make sure the fan was getting power and then quickly replaced the receiver inside the fan. He would not leave until everything was working and tested. Yury knows his stuff and is super efficient. I was extremely surprised that he came out the same day to do the repair. I’ve never had service like that before. Unlike the other 2 contractors I had come out to quote the job Yury gave me advice on how to reduce the cost of the project by providing me alternatives and was straightforward when it came to pricing. By procuring my own material I saved hundreds of dollars and Yurys pricing was very reasonable. He was also courteous, responsive to all my many inquiries and was on-time for the quote and installation. The only minor ding was that we had to delay the initial installation date because of a piece that was missed during the original scope of work detail. Overall I would use BelaTech again and would recommend Yurys services to anyone in need of an honest electrician.

Everything you need in an electrician!!Going back to a first experience (through a well known home service)I booked an electrician in This 1st House, had to re-schedule 3 times, did not have an estimate, suggested I get my own hardware and when finally showing, was totally indifferent in the lack of his knowledge, besides the sticker shock. He did manage to tell me that my house electrical main box had to be replaced, which was not the job he came for, but I thought of extortion. By the way, that same box has been there since I’ve been living in the house.It is no surprise, that I let a few jobs, that I could not take care of myself, go by for 15 years. The timing had come, enough to regain a discriminate confidence in an electrical service and by good fortune found Bela Tech. Bela Tech is knowledgeable of the job and knows the cost of a particular task, without the lure of having to see it first (that is an industry technique to jack up a cost) and the cost is not dependent in what zip code I live. If I’ve become trusting, with a risen level of enthusiasm in this matter, it is because I know Bela Tech is honest, professional and dependable with an ease of comfort, where those dormant tasks and others will be relinquished. I’ve had BelaTech re-wire two of my properties. They are my go to for the most difficult jobs. I had 3 companies come out for estimates and all 3 would not even attempt to do the job. We searched for an electrician in order to fix an electrical panel code violation. Bela Tech came out with 100% 5-star review. We called and Yury answered the phone. He told us the approximate cost and what he would do (pull permit, dug some trench, new panel, etc.). After he inspected the site, he gave us a reasonable proposal and we agreed. The job was completed and passed the inspection in a short time. Our original 4-point inspection reporter praised the work and revised the inspection report.
