    Families if you want a trust company this is the one. I had a problem with my Tankless Electric Water Heater in my house. When I called the office right away the nice lady put me on schedule for the same day. The technician came on time his name is Rafael. Very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and detail person. Right away working and fix my problem without hot water for two weeks in Winter is pretty hard. Thank you A-lummination for your fastest and excellent service.     We had a great experience with A-Lumination Electric. We needed a transfer switch installed on our main exterior breaker box, so that we can run a generator when we lose power. We have an older main panel, that wouldn’t accommodate a transfer switch, and several other electricians told us we would need a new main breaker box installed, which is very expensive. Jonathan came up with a fantastic solution! He had a custom transfer switch created. He installed a new sub panel so that the main panel had room for the transfer switch. He installed an exterior connect box to hook our generator up to. He saved us a lot of money and was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Jonathan and A-Lumination Electric!

    Ty did an awesome job with all the electrical work on my home office renovation, including moving outlets and 8 recessed lights. He made sure to measure multiple times and check with me before cutting all holes to ensure the work was being done where requested. He was focused on meeting customer expectations the entire time. The price was fair and in line with industry averages. I will be calling A-lumination again next time I need any electrical work done around the house.

    I spoke with the delightful owner, she gave me a date for the service.The technician was on time and finished the install of my surge suppressor in about 20 minutes. Then he explained how it works. The price was about what I expected. Very good service, will call this vendor again if I need an electrician.

    Diane is amazing , my call to A-Lumination was right after Hurricane Milton when everyone was super busy. She was very receptive to our urgent need for service and helped me set up an appointment as soon as they had a schedule opening which was within 12 hrs of the initial call. Our electrical panel caught fire right after the power came back on after the hurricane. Roberto (Master Electrician) showed up on time and went above and beyond to complete the work. He was very informative of the issue he found and guided us to mitigate any future risks to our electrical system.     I had these guys install a 240v outlet in my garage. They came the same day I called. The 2 gentleman were polite and very knowledgeable. I knew beforehand that there would be some complicated issues with my request as my breaker box was completely full however they were able to address this and finished with a perfect solution. At the time they did the install I was unable to confirm the type of electrical outlet that was needed however they agreed that if what they installed was wrong they would come back and swap it for the correct one. As it happened it was the wrong outlet and true to their word the guys came back and made it all perfect.Its great to see a company truely recognizing quality customer service and going well beyond it.I would absolutely recommend this company for any of your electrical requirements.

    I cannot express my gratitude in words- but I shall try. After having two other electricians here that charged ridiculous fees and failed to fix the issue- I was fortunate enough to discover A-Lumination Electric. They quickly assessed the issue - and I had had a fire hazard of a wire up in my bedroom ceiling since I had purchased my home! How scary- and how wonderful that they identified the problem- spent the time to completely resolve the issue - and repaired the ceiling drywall!     Highly recommend. Joanne was able to schedule a same day appointment to give me a quote for some work. Jonathan, however, seemed to be more thorough in establishing the specifications of what I needed done- and the extra time he spent gave me more confidence than two other quotes I had received. Work was scheduled immediately after the proposal was completed and half payment made by credit card. I was pleasantly surprised to see that Jonathan was also the lead electrician who showed up to do the work. He and Anderson were efficient, professional, and they explained what they were doing as each step progressed. When the inevitable surprise popped up (isnt there always something unexpected on every job), they were able to problem solve effectively to stay on schedule and also helped provide some recommendations for other non-electric repairs that I had in mind. Overall, a very good experience!

    I called A-Lumination knowing that my house (built in the 50s) was in need of some electrical repairs, specifically two breaker panels that were outdated. Joann requested photos and less than an hour after receiving them, I got a call from the owner Steve, who explained that the best next step was for a tech to come in person to do an assessment. Ty came out the next morning and provided three different quotes based on level of importance for everything we needed done. He was extremely understanding of my budget and patient explaining which items were priority and which could be taken care of at a later date. We scheduled him to do the work the next day. Again, he was patient with any questions I had along the way, he worked efficiently, and he was respectful of me and my home as the power was out most of the day. I was 100% satisfied with the work that was done and could not be more pleased with the level of customer service I received from Steve and his entire staff. I will without a doubt, continue to work with A-Lumination and highly recommend the company to anyone needing electrical work done in their home.

    My name is Anita and I had the pleasure of speaking with Ms. Diane. I’d have to say that this is one of the most honest business owners that I have ever came across. I lost electricity in half of my home , called around, and got a lot of outrageous quotes.     I don’t like blindly hiring any technicians.A-Lumination Electric changed my concerns of looking up on Google, trying to go by reviews . Most companies try to sell you more than is necessary. My needs were to correct my rookie home fan install. Also, wanted a honest opinion on my complete wiring in my 1986 dwelling.Ty Graham came out the next morning after I called A-Lumination . Joanne was so nice & helpful! Ty was able to be very descriptive of my issues I wanted corrected and change . Two new bathroom fans installed & some a few electrical outlets needing an upgrade.     We had an issue with a faulty switch and Jonathan Nieves came out to troubleshoot it. He quickly found the problem and corrected it. While he was here, we asked for a quote to run two outlets in the garage. Jonathan thoroughly reviewed all aspects of the project and provided a reasonable quote for the work. I asked when he could do it and he offered several dates and times. We agreed on a date and he arrived exactly on time and efficiently went about his task. In much less time than I expected, he not only completed running the new lines, but also rewired my radial arm saw to handle the new 240 power.     100 year old house that needs total rewiring? No problem with this company! They were unbelievable in their professionalism, work ethic, knowledge and positive attitude. No problem was met with anything except comments like “don’t worry we can fix it”. I spoke with several companies and got several estimates. This one was the most competitive and timely. Some companies wouldn’t even attempt rewiring my downtown historic house because it was too complicated. This company took it on and I am so grateful.     Laurel did an excellent job diagnosing an issue I had with a circuit breaker constantly tripping. The issue ended up being the circuit breaker itself, and after she replaced it everything is working fine.     Called A-Lumination to have some work performed, they sent out Ariel who did a good job. The next day I discovered the wrong outlet cover had been installed due to an issue with a supplier. When I notified the company they sent Ariel out immediately, and he fixed the issue quickly and with no extra charge. The company charges an additional 5% to pay with a card which seems a bit excessive, but the quality of work and all interactions I had with members of the company were excellent.

They have installed ceiling fans, originated lines when there were none, transferred lights from one part of the house to other parts. Exchanged ceiling fans throughout the house.     The renovation GC left our home with plugs not working, flickering lights, & circuits for appliances that would flip off. Friends recommended A-Lumination. Wow, what a difference! Roberto immediately discovered the cause of plugs not working & fixed it -- wires in wall that had not been properly joined & capped, leaving major hidden fire hazards. The GCs electricians left us with huge risks for electrical fires in several ways, as well as compromising the longevity & reliability of major appliances. A-Lumin provided expert, trustworthy electrical work for reasonable prices, plus has office organization that schedules & delivers their staff to the worksite reliably. Our highest recommendation for them.

    When I call A-Lumination for service, my appointment was scheduled very timely. Markus showed up on the scheduled time, explained the initial charges, talked to me about the problem, did a thorough examination of the problem and then explained to me what it would cost to repair. I agreed to the charge and he proceeded to perform the repair. During the repair he explained the issue that was causing the problem and what he was doing to make the repair. We had at least two other companies who failed to repair the problem and charged exuberant prices. Thank you Markus for fixing our problem. I would highly recommend ALumination and especially Markus.

    We brought A-Lumination electric out to our home to give us an estimate on adding recessed can lights into our kitchen. Did a great job setting up 2 ceiling lights and a new fan which required him to go into our attic and install a new fan box.     I have used A-Lumination TWICE already and I have yet to regret it. Their customer service is the BEST and the electricians are VERY thorough! I spoke to Diane and Jill on separate occasions to have work done on my house, they sent out Jack to handle all of the work. Jack asked me about the issues I was having and then when he found the problem, proceeded to explain (in great detail) what was happening. Once all the work was done, he went over everything he did and answered all of my questions. I didnt feel like they were trying to just make stuff up or push a product to make a little extra cash. Im now convinced that these reviews are true and theres no one Id call the next time I need electrical help other than A-Lumination Electric.My house was losing partial power every hour and I just couldnt figure out why this was happening. Bulbs were burning out in a matter of weeks and we already had someone check all our wiring, not finding anything wrong. When I called A-Lumination Electric (A-LE), I spoke with Diane and asked her for the best guy on the job. I got him.Jack was incredible. It took him less than 10 minutes to determine what the issue was. It was the power company. A-LE called on my behalf the power company and they were out here in less than an hour. Not only that, but Jack waited until they arrived to speak directly with the new guys and stayed the entire time, keeping me updated on progress and whats going on. He stayed until the very end to make sure everything was as I hoped for.Jack also recommended it would be best to install a power surge for the whole house and its really made a difference.I wish I could give them more than 5 stars because the entire company earned my trust for their professionalism, genuine care and expertise.
