This company rocks customer service! We purchased a home with wiring nightmares and called 2 other companies prior. CFE was our 3rd and final call. We are so happy with their services; their techs are polite, friendly and know their job. This particular job required turning off power several times to complete each phase. They told me what the procedure was, step by step. After seeing some great reviews on nextdoor I called CFE to run wiring and install a ceiling fan in one of our rooms. The lady on the phone was super friendly and had an available slot the next day.That morning Hector and Henry turned up and got to work immediately. The were the ultimate professionals, left no mess, and explained what they had done and how the existing switches had now been properly utilised for what we needed.All for the incredibly reasonable price we were quoted on the phone. I am happy that I have now found a reliable local electrical contractor that I will have no hesitation in using going forward.Thank you everyone at CFE!

CFE installed a 40KW standby generator with a whole house surge arrester. The professionalism, quality and service was first class. They found a few Deficiencies in my existing panel and made those adjustments as needed. Every aspect of what I had was scrutinized to ensure proper function, safety and longevity. My experience with Doug, Ben, Blake and the rest of the team was awesome. We had a tough electrical rewire job for them to handle as we have an 80 year old house made of cinder block for both the exterior and interior walls. The electricians Ben and Blake and a couple others handled the complete rewire with great communication. Doug Spence Jr. was a great frontman who handled all of my questions quickly and too my satisfaction. The entire team was excellent.

We are so thankful that a friend recommended Doug Sr. and Doug Jr. to us! They were incredibly kind, talked us through all of the concerns we had with our panel, and quoted us nearly HALF of what other companies wanted to charge to replace it. Absolutely zero fear mongering or up-sells. On the day of install the guys showed up on time, did the work in a timely manner, were super polite, cleaned up afterwards, and gave our pups lots of pets. We are so happy with them and refer them to everyone we know! Having a good electrician in your contact list is such a blessing, save it for when you need it! Five stars!

Doug Spence Jr and his team did an excellent job while fixing my parents electrical circuit breaker. Doug even called me after we had signed their bid and said after taking a 2nd look at the job he was able to knock off $250 from the original quote. I have dealt with a lot of contractors and never once has 1 called me after I agreed to a quote and lowered their own bid. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them in the future.

This is one of the best companies I have ever worked with!Doug was very responsive and had technician to my home within a few hours for a non-emergency call. I had just had a terrible experience with another company and even after explaining the high rates, scams and treatment from the other company he did not try to increase his rate. Actually he charged less than the amount the other company wanted just to diagnose my problem.The technicians that came to my home were patient, diligent, friendly and very courteous.This entire experience was a pleasure I could not recommend them more!If you are looking for a company you can trust, a company/that has real integrity. I was apprehensive about getting an electric tankless water heater installed in my tiny condominium. It would take both a plumber and an electrician working together for a successful install. When I first called Central Florida Electrician, the president/owner Doug Spence, Sr’s wife, Meredith answered the phone. Meredith explained that it was not the norm for her to answer the phone but that she was filling in for their receptionist. I’m glad she answered because we had a very nice, friendly, enjoyable conversation. I felt like I’d made a new friend. Meredith got me in touch with her husband Doug Spence, Sr who took the ball and ran with it. He met me at my home to assess the installation and stayed with me every step of the way. He also recommended a plumber who gave me a recommendation of exactly what kind of electric tankless water heater to get that was small and would work well in my space. On the day of installation, Doug’s son, Ben and family cousin, Blake came out to do the job. This is truly a family-oriented business and it shows in their commitment. They were on time, working quietly, efficiently and cleanly. When they arrived, Doug was with them to make sure they understood my concerns. And then Doug returned later in the day to inspect the installation and to make sure I was happy with everything and that the water heater was working to my satisfaction. Doug was an extremely affable, friendly and attentive business owner who read and responded immediately to every text message I sent, answering any questions I had along the way. The job was completed in half the time I expected it to be. I absolutely love this electric tankless water heater. And love the company, Central Florida Electrician who helped install it for me. I’m so glad I’ve found an electrician I can turn to for all my future electrical needs. ❤️

After an electrical inspection from one of the large companies, who recommended over $8K in repairs including a complete panel replacement, I called Central Florida Electrician for a second opinion and estimate. Doug Jr came out within an hour to take a deeper look and address all my concerns. He confirmed the quality of my existing panel and took the time to walk me through what signs to look for on a damaged or worn out panel. I appreciate the honesty and thoroughness he provided (not to mention saving me a very expensive and unnecessary repair) and he will certainly be my electrician of choice moving forward.

Shopping around for quotes for an EV charger mount in my garage. Looking on Google (as you are probably doing now) for reviews I notice this company stands out. They said to tell me, Merry Christmas, and that was it... So, we have a new go-to service provider, and you should, too.

Short - Amazing customer service; quality work; great prices; above and beyond; would recommend to all.Long - Referred by my plumber to install a new WH timer on new WH. Water was not warm (during the rare cold spell this month) and there appeared to be a problem with the breaker as well. Notified them of that issue as well. The owner, Doug, called me that evening and stopped by. Said he could not justify having us have a cold shower for 1 more day. He stopped by on his way home for the evening, temporarily fixed the electrical so the WH ran and updated the ticket to include 2 new breakers. Their employee arrived the next day, on time, installed the new timer, breakers and tested everything. The WH and timer is working perfectly. I cannot believe the level of service they provided. For the owner to drive from Winter Garden to Longwood, after hours, and provide service himself says everything you need to know about this company. They have a customer, and advocate, for life! We called upon The Electric Company to enhance our outdoor lighting on our new home. They were so pleasant to work with and the guys onsite were very professional and efficient. They installed disc lights on the exterior, added switches, updated older light figures and helped put up a new ring camera wired on the side of the house. We will be doing some home reno projects in the near future and we will certainly be calling them again. They are now our go to electric company. Their pricing was fair and their response time was impressive.

When I called them up with a relatively minor issue they were so apologetic they couldn’t come sooner. They were so gracious and made me feel okay for not being able to pretty much screw in a lightbulb correctly. The service man was on time, smiled and helped me with an entirely separate issue that was a little bigger fix. He smiled and said it was all on the house! What?!? I will be using them in the future and suggesting them to all my neighbors! So appreciative!
