    We have some dimmer switches throughout our house and noticed flickering in those lights specifically so we called Mister Sparky to come and check it out. After a few techs with different levels of experience showed up they sent Kevin. Kevin was great!     Eddie stopped by this morning from Mister Sparkys to give us an estimate for the electric work needed to add a ceiling fan to our new aluminum roof over our patio. Even though the outcome was not to add the electric for the ceiling fan (not because of price), Eddie was very thorough and professional. If we ever do have a need for electrical service we would reach out again to Mister Sparky. Highly recommend this company!!!

    Mr Sparky did a fantastic job!!! Scheduling the appointment was very easy and the lady who scheduled it was so nice! Then we had the pleasure of working with Demetrius Watts. He was so friendly, respectful and knowledgeable! We gave him a large load of lights and fans to install and he did it superbly!     Im really grateful to Dennis and Kevin for their hard work. They replaced my old fluorescent kitchen lights with new LED lights. I had no clue that there was a way to convert existing light fixtures to LED. Dennis took the time to explain what he was doing and gave me some great feedback about other electrical home improvements I should consider having done. They were clean and efficient from start to finish I would confidently recommend them to anyone needing electrical work done.

    I’m happy to share my experience with Mister Sparky Electrical. My technician was on time and very helpful. His quality of work was exceptional. The replacement outlet exceeded my expectations and was able to wire my doorbell with ease. I would highly recommend to any of my friends. As a courtesy he did examine my existing electrical panel and did offer some recommendations for the future. The only reason for 4 and not 5 stars was the price. Although my repairs were completed; it was a good value not a great one. Value is comprised of both cost and quality of work and I believe the cost was a bit excessive for the work completed.

    It started with the smiling greeting from Demetrius to the way he took the time to understand what I was looking to do, and after realizing it was a small job that they normally don’t do(& as I was told by other companies they don’t either)he said he would be happy to help me out!     This rating is based on initial visit and quote - I have not elect to use there services. But Tyler the Sparky Technician was very professional and detailed to job requirements and also was open to add additional findings discovered along the walk through due to unsafe outdated equipment on residential property. Sparky quotes came in high however take consideration of 3yr warranty that could be the offset compared to competitors. I still have not made up my mind.

He listened to our needs, inspected our concerns and in detail explained what needed to be done before presenting the project estimate.     Akeem Carmichael assisted me with the reconnection of my alarm system wires after my doors were replaced, which does not usually fall under the scope of what the typical electrician does.     I needed an electrician fast due to a lightning strike that sent a surge into my home. Eric Vadel from Mister Sparky came to our rescue! He arrived as scheduled in the morning on the Fourth of July, inspected for damage, and installed surge protection for me during the same visit. The next day, he returned and also replaced my grounding rods and showed me by breaker panel to discuss recommended maintenance down the road. I highly suggest using Mister Sparky and will ask for Eric in the future. Eric and his coworker Abdel both went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.     I had two outlets that stopped working. Dillon Poe of Mr. Sparky arrived on time with a very professional appearance. The issues were in a room that is an addition. This presented a multitude of obstacles in tracking down the source of the problem. Dillon did a great job of overcoming the issues and fixing the problem.There were also some unsafe wires that were part of a no longer used strip heater system in the ceiling. Dillon disconnected and capped the wires off so that there can be no unintentional powering up of the 60+ year old heaters that are no longer serviceable.

    I had an appointment for a light fixture that was not working. Got a voicemail from the tech and I called right back, spoke to a rep, told her that I was home waiting for the tech to come, she said she would inform the tech. Then I missed more calls from them, when I called back I was told I needed to reschedule because the tech had moved on to the next job. I was so upset, because I had already confirmed I was home. Minutes later, tech shows up, Alex. I thanked him for at least showing up, he requested to have the job back on since he was here already. Alex was AMAZING, he was very knowledgeable and checked multiple things I had questions about. He ended up installing another light fixture (ballast issue with previous fixture). Alex was great to work with, very friendly and understanding. He swept up the floor after he completed the job and took the old fixture to get rid of it for me. I give Alex 5 stars!     After months of experiencing power dips and surges, Duke Energy discovered the cause was that our main electrical panel was installed poorly 10 years ago and the lug nut for the source was loose which had been causing arcing inside the box for some time. We called Mister Sparky after seeing the company highly rated on Angis List. They responded quickly to our call and Alex DeJager came out within a day or two to take a look. He not only confirmed what Duke Energy had found, but also saw that the house was not even grounded correctly by the builders so we had a couple safety issues at play which had to get fixed fast.They fast-tracked this repair project and got the permitting done in short order during the holidays. Additionally, Alex put in the extra time to find us a replacement box which was hard to find due to ongoing supply-chain shortages. I appreciated him staying in frequent communication with me to provide updates throughout the permitting process and his search for the box we needed. He also gave extra effort in providing us with the exact details, local codes and photos we needed to share with our insurance company. He made it all very easy trhoughout the whole process.On the day of the repairs, Lloyd Blackford was was the site lead. He was on time, friendly, knowledgable and kept us up to date about the work he and his technician, Donald were performing. Several hour later, they completed the work, left the area clean and made it easy for Duke Energy to provide power back to the house in a timely fashion.Alex, Lloyd and Donald were amazing and I would highly recommend anyone hire Mister Sparky for their electrician needs in the Orlando area.

    I had Mr. Sparky come out when my TV and pretty much anything connected to the sockets in my living room stopped working. They were on time, and I apologize for not remembering the name because I really should have to give him credit, I believe he mentioned he was one of the owners.While he was working on identifying the issue, he must have heard how my husband had just lost his job because and were applying to unemployment. Long story short, for one of the sockets (the main one that controlled others in the room) the wires came undone. He rewired everything, replaced the sockets and here is the best part... he didnt charge us.     I have had occasion to use Mister Sparky twice in the past several months. My first service call was a regularly scheduled visit to resolve a couple electrical issues with a GFI circuit. Shawn was prompt, very thorough, and very clear about the issues encountered and what he did to resolve them. The cost for the service call was reasonable and I was very pleased overall with the service. Recently, I had a major problem with electricity supply to my house. I called Mister Sparky around 6:00PM on a Friday and they immediately arranged for an emergency service call (the fee for which was VERY reasonable). Adrian arrived at our house about an hour later and within 15 minutes diagnosed the problem to be with the Duke Energy supply cable to our house. He contacted Duke on our behalf and explained the issue he had diagnosed. Adrian then remained with us awaiting arrival of the Duke maintenance truck which arrived about 1 1/2 hours later. He continued to remain with us until the Duke maintenance person confirmed that, indeed, the problem was with the incoming supply cable. At this point he provided us with the invoice (TOTAL of ONLY $125) and then he departed. With both of these service calls we have received nothing but the absolute best customer service in a very friendly and professional manner. I have no reservation in recommending Mister Sparky for any electrical problems that arise - I know I will be using no one else in the future.

    Mr. Adrian Unda and Mr. Shawn Perovic are the best electricians I have ever worked with.Throughout the years I have worked with different electricians, both residential and commercial, and have never come across of such professional, kind and excellent people to work with. I had Mr. Adrian Unda came over to my house and had 4 fans installed and 1 light fixture, and from the moment he arrived he was very friendly and respectful. He gave me a great price (I had quoted other companies already) and started working right away, very fast and what I really appreciated: he was conscious of the walls and carpets. My home was new and he had shoe covers even to the step ladders!!! He got to the house around 530pm, and when he realized it was getting too late he called another tech, who I didnt have to pay for, and helped him do the job. The second tech was Mr. Shawn Perovic, and had the same level of knowledge and professionalism than Mr. Adrian. Both great amazing guys to work with. Its not common to find so friendly people in this line of business, especially on a Friday at 7pm. They finished faster and everything was working before they left, even the fan had remote controls. Really thankful of their service.They are excellent on what they do, they care for the customer and I would recommend their job to anyone and next time I need an electrician, I know who to call for sure. Great job guys.

    My technician Adrian, was extremely professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. I had quite a few items on my punchlist, and Adrian was able to complete all of them in just one day. I am very happy with all the work performed. Mr. Sparky is truly a professional company!

    Outstanding service!!!....quality workmanship and VERY bright, attentive and polite technician. I will absolutely continue to do business with Mr Sparky...and would like Wesley each time. Sincerely wish my other trade contractors were half as good as Wesley and Mr Sparky!!!...would make my life a whole lot less complicated!

    Robert did a professional job running the electrical wire and connecting our recessed lighting. After providing an estimate he got right to work. This included the unenviable task of running a wire inside a block wall to the switch. He was careful in the attic and left enough slack on the wiring so that we could complete the light fixture installation. Would definitely go with Mr Sparky again.

    Emergency service call! They came out within the hour, found the problem, fixed the problem and gave us a professional rundown of some future things we need to plan for since the house is 19 years old and needs upgrades, which we knew. No pressure, just gave us suggestions for possible service in the future. We will definitely be weighing all 4 options given to us and will continue with Mr Sparky. Adrian was excellent and very personable. My daughter kept calling him the good guy. Out of the mouths of babes! Thank you Mr. Sparky and Adrian!

    This Young Man, Christian was very nice He explained eveything before on what was needed to fix the problem. The environment was extremely hot were He was working, but the job was getting done despite the sweeting . Hopefully there wont be a need for this problem again, BUT if there are, Christian be Man to come out. Thanks Sparkey for sending out your best Man, ya might wanta keep this one, one way would be a Raise ! Hint.

    I was surprised that my call was answered by an obvious call center but every part of my dealings with Mr. Sparky of South Orlando was 100% professional. The explained CLEARLY the billing and appointment processes. A notice with a picture of the technician that would be helping me was sent when he was on the way. The technician, Adrian, was fantastic. He also explained each step in correcting the issue as well as costs. No surprises or additional costs.All around I would recommend Mr. Sparky of South Orlando again and again.
