The president of the company came out to our home during a particularly busy weekend for their business, due to a tropical storm. We had experienced an electrical surge and needed to fix our power in order to fix AC, gate, cable, internet, appliances, etc. He was extremely knowledgeable, explained what needed to be done first with our electric, got it done - and then called his AC guy to come get us up and running immediately that day. It was the best customer service!! Then two other Solaris electricians, Marcos and Carlos, came back the next day to install our new surge protectors and do a few more electric items for us. Both so professional, fixed everything right up, explained what they did, were clean at the job site, and just very nice to work with! I will only be calling Solaris Electric from now on. Extremely pleased!!

He did an awesome job!! so many people have older pools that the pool lights don’t work in (like me) and people kept telling me the only way to get the stuck wiring unstuck is by drilling into the concrete. Jaime was able to break the seal and get the wire out and replace the wiring! I now have a new, functional pool light. I’m very grateful! My only gripe is it was extremely expensive, but at the end of the day, I want a fully functional home, including the pool light!

Jamie was a very good electrician.He was very polite, friendly, and knowledgeable about the details of my job. He did a wonderful jobs hanging my sconce and a flush mount light over a large piece of art. He angled the light perfectly without my direction. He said Ven inquired what type of bulb I wanted such as soft light or daylight. I appreciated that insight and the fact he offered a choice. I had to leave before he was finished and came back to not a speck of dust. He asked before I left , if I had any other electrical needs that needed attention. My technician was Efrain and he was amazing. He came out first thing on a Saturday since I had no air conditioning or electricity in either bedrooms in the condo I rent. He didn’t want me and my family who was in town to spend another night with only one fan with 90 degree weather. We needed a completely new panel which was old and half melted. Even though the panel couldn’t be put in until the soonest Monday, he stayed much longer than he needed to and made sure he reworked things so we had air conditioning and my electricity in my bedrooms were back on. He was also extremely thorough in explaining in great detail and with much patience to owner the situation. They liked him so much they only wanted him to come back and do the work personally and took his info to bring to their office. Solaris came highly recommended to me and I can see why now. The scheduler Madeline was super responsive, caring and worked hard to get someone to me quickly. I received confirmation and update texts and the electrician Efrain went above and beyond. They are the new preferred electrical company for my condo association and I will definitely refer them elsewhere.

Like most home repairs, ours popped up on a Friday after most businesses were closed. I happened to find Solaris with a 24 hour service availability. Im so happy I called. Richard came out that night. He was patient and thorough. He was able to explain our issue and temporarily fix it until Jamie could come out Monday to effectuate a more permanent fix. I am happy with the customer service provided by both. They were knowledgeable and provided me with options. Electrical can be expensive, and they were understanding about that too. I will definitely use this company again for any electrical needs in the future.

In a world where it seems like nobody’s care anymore about customer service, this company was a breath of fresh air! It was so nice to have people who actually care! Melody was so sweet & took care of us by setting up my appointment to have someone come out ASAP when our house electricity wasn’t running fully. It ended up being our electric company’s issue but Jamie our technician called the energy company for us & told them what the issue was and was able to get us in for a “emergency repair” with our energy company. 2024: We have used Solaris Electric for work on two of our homes over the course of the past few years. Every technician has been prompt and courteous, and has done excellent work. Most recently we had one ceiling fan moved, a new ceiling fan installed, and a chandelier installed. It turned out that the location of the chandelier (which was replacing the ceiling fan that was moved) had never had a box installed, so the electrician had to put a new one in. We appreciate having dependable electricians we can trust.2022: Edward from Solaris was on time, professional, kind & courteous, and went above and beyond in repairing our outlet. Excellent! My main panel needed to be replaced after temporary repairs made by another electrician failed. Richard asked if I could send him a picture of my current panel and he was at my house within a couple hours and replaced the entire panel. I was amazed at how fast he was finished and also how clean his work was. Solaris was one of 4 electricians that I called and not only did Richard commit to having it finished the same day, he also came in with the best price. We called Solaris on Saturday morning and Richard was there for the emergency call by 2:30pm on the same day. He was professional, courteous and very helpful. I must say this is the most professional company I have used. This company kept me updated via email and text on the upcoming work AND even gave me a picture of the technician who responded. Pedro and Lewis (I know I spelled his name wrong) showed up at my home to install my ceiling fan. My ceiling is approximately 18 feet and I must say that these two technician took their time making sure nothing was dropped or installed wrong. Both of these guys need a raise. I called Solaris just for an estimate on repairing an outdoor outlet for the septic pump. Rich and his apprentice showed up on time and got straight to work. Rich is kind, knowledgeable and helpful. He gave me upfront pricing about the cost of the visit and the repair of the outlet. He explained what the problem was and that it was nothing we did to cause the damage bit rather the poor seals on the outlet box that let the water into the box which caused the damage. He also took the time to wind up the extension cord we had been using, replug in the cable for the septic pump and make a little small talk while finalizing the payment details. All of which hendid not have to do. It is wonderful when a technician treats you like a person and not an idiot. I will be calling Solaris again should I need any more electrical work done on my home.

Pedro and Nathan did a great job changing a GFI outlet that had gone bad and shut down all plug-in outlets in our 3 upstairs bathrooms. They also changed 2 bad on off switches on the ground floor of our home. Pedro and Nathan were very personable and professional and we know we will be using Solaris again for all our electric needs. Thank you. Two days later we had a problem and Jaime S. Came to the house. It seems that the GFI breaker for the dining area had been tripped half way by either Pedro or Nathan. You could not tell that it was not fully working and we did not touch the GFI dining breaker only the dining switches. Jaime showed us how to detect a half off breaker and now we know what to look for if a switch or breaker is not working right. Thanks Jaime S! This trip by Solaris was covered by the warranty.
