    James Lannin from Mr. Sparky did an excellent job converting our 220v outlet to 120v for a new over-the-range microwave installation. While the prices were on the higher side, the quick turnaround they offered was invaluable, especially since my usual electrician was booked until mid-December. James was professional, courteous, and efficient—he got the job done thoroughly and speedily. I appreciate the quality of service and would recommend him if you’re in need of timely electrical work!

    Joseph was able to come much earlier than scheduled, but he was very courteous and called me first to see if that would be okay. He was willing to work with my schedule and we were still able to have an earlier appointment. Joseph was very knowledgeable and replaced the switch for the disposal that had quit working. He also did a thorough check of everything and recommended things that should be done or replaced when we are able.

    We lost our power on a Sat. Kevin Samuels came right out. He was so nice and professional . We had a problem and I called him back. Once again he was right out to our house.     We had half of our house black out around 7:30 p.m. on December 22nd. We were leaving the next day very early in the morning and needed things checked immediately. Mister Sparky was able to come out and verify that our circuits were fine and it was indeed a Duke problem. (We could have waited to have Duke come out and could have saved the money for the call, but making sure our circuits were fine was well worth the money to us.) Nelson was courteous and kept in touch with us from the time he got the call until the time he made it to our house. Well worth it for our piece of mind.

    I called Mr. Sparky at 09:22 on 11/25/24 requesting a service call. My information was taken and I was told that they would have an Electrician available between 10am and 2pm. At 09:36 I received a call from Adrian letting me know that he would be arriving in approximately 30 minutes. He rapidly diagnosed the problem, provided me with a thorough explanation and gave me options for my repair including a breakdown of the cost. After installing a new outdoor breaker panel, GFCI outlet and restoring power to my dock, he made sure everything was working and walked me through the repairs he made. This service far exceeded my expectations and I definitely will be using them for all future electrical repairs. EXCELLENT SERVICE AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!!!

    I was sad to find out that Demetrius no longer worked in this district, but I was satisfied with Randall. He was very polite, informative and efficient. He helped to inform me about the status of the light/fan (motor for the fan).     Joseph Abedini, was courteous, very well dressed and professional. The most important thing is that he solved my electrical problem immediately. Joseph explained to me that although my issue was a simple one to fix, father time tends to have connections and other issues present themselves.     Arrived quickly for an after hours call. Donzaiya was friendly, knowledgeable, fair and made sure to stay until the problem was resolved. Turns out the issue was with the power company but Donzaiya stayed on property to work with us, as homeowners and acted as a liaison with the power company to ensure everything was taken care of.

    Adrian was professional and respectful of our property. He made recommendations based on our needs and completed the necessary tasks. We had new outlets installed, a whole house surge protector, new switch and diagnostics for our under cabinet lights, which stopped working. He repaired/replaced the low voltage connection.     Today Adrian completed electrical “overhaul “ on my outlet and switches through out my whole house. My home is 35 years old and has had several owners through the years. He worked hard for 3 days. He was pleasant, cleaned as he moved from room to room, moved furniture and placed everything back in place, on time, and accommodating with my family and other commitments. A 5 star review for him and Mister Sparky. 👍🏼Kevin was very pleasant man to work with. Very thorough and took time to troubleshoot problems.

    I was experiencing a breaker tripping when I started the dryer. Mr. Sparky was able to schedule a same-day appointment.     Great experience with.Mr. Sparky and with technician Daniel Earl and his junior assistants. Overall the price was a little higher than I had initially expected but the amount of work.done and the quality.of work.made me feel alot better about the price. The equipment installed was high quality and the.work was efficient. Mr. Earl explained stuff out for me to understand what he was doing and why plus he helped me find as much savings as possible without breaking electrical code or risking a safety issue. I have a little electrical background and didnt get any feeling that he was trying to pull the wool over my eyes in order to make more sales or additional profit for the company. I would not hesitate to call the company.again and would specifically ask for Technician Daniel Earl if he was available. He is a credit to the company.

    Nelson was absolutely awesome! He did everything he could to get our power back on. He was persistent and worked hard late on a Sunday night. The other emergency electrician we called came out to say the damage was to expensive for him to even start the work until Monday. Nelson was professional, explained our damage, options and costs throughly. He got us up and running that night despite still needing additional work. We need our entire electrical system replaced (the first electrician stated this as well) and we are using Mr. Sparky for this work because of the amazing service and hard work of Nelson Surillo.

    Needed electrical help fast and I was not disappointed! Called Mr. Sparky, spoke with Laura and explained my situation. Laura listened, answered questions I had and was able to set up an appointment for the next day. I received a call from Hunter, the technician, with an estimated time of arrival and he arrived early. Hunter was attentive, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Hunter worked in a timely fashion, explained what he was doing and why and did his job extremely well!!!
