    Alan and Carlos came on time, cracked the boxes and got to work. They changed the main panel, added a sub panel, added a 50amp inlet for generator and fixed the box for another small breaker. They were great to work with, professional and got it done in a reasonable period of time. Completely satisfied and I’ll stick with Mr. Electric!!

    This was the simplest and most positive experience Ive had with an electrician. When we were in a bind on Sunday Brian A. stepped in and gave us great direction on how to get our power restored after Helens 35 mph winds destroyed our riser/meter. Jordan P completed everything to a T we spoke to Brian A. about. The team work was wonderful and Jordan P. got everything finished within 2 hrs 10min. These two were well knowledgeable and we look fwd to doing business with them again, especially with the reasonable price.

Not only was he thorough, he took the time to educate me on the issue I was experiencing. On top of that, this was all during Hurricane Milton.     Mr Electric came out within 30 minutes of when I called. Brian was very thorough and explained everything he was checking. Eric and Alan arrived the next morning to replace our 50 year old outside panel. They did an excellent job and kept us informed about the work they were doing.

    Brian Ayala was the best! You can tell that he has a true passion for his work. He takes pride in sharing his knowledge with the customer (me). His work and craftsmanship is clean. He installed a new ground for our home as ours was corroded, a home surge protector, and the reason I called was for him to run wiring for an additional oven in our two story home. All of these in very rainy conditions. Best part that I didn’t think possible - before Thanksgiving!He went above and beyond and helped me fit my wall oven into the base cabinet after hard wiring it. Ovens are heavy! He did not have to do that I know, but I am so grateful! Told him he just made a ten year dream of mine come true.     Brian did my consultation for my home EV charger. He was great. Explained everything in easy to understand terms. Answered all my questions and my husbands questions. Very knowledgeable.     We contracted Mr. Electric to replace 2 exhaust vents. One in the kitchen that was not working properly (from 1963). The other in the bathroom which wasn’t venting properly. Donald L and Alan did a really good job and were very informative. These new exhaust fans are very quiet compared to what we had. Thank you guys.

    Mr. Electric was professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. Within a few hours of requesting a free estimate, they sent our technician Brian. He quickly evaluated my needs and provided us with an estimate for my request and additional recommendations for my older home. He was never pushy or rude about the services that I declined. After accepting the estimate for my original job, he quickly started and finished the entire job. I will definitely be calling Mr. Electric for any future electrical repairs and requesting Brian!

    Alan and his coworker whose name I forgot (sorry) were very nice, very professional, and very careful while working not to create a mess!     Wow! What a great experience. Called them for an immediate emergency job at my hotel and they said no problem. Got there in less than an hour and got to work. Professional and knowledgeable.     Amazing! Not only did Mr. Brian Ayala explain and show us all available pricing options (while most are gouging and double talking) he was genuinely helpful and answered every question and checked every concern I had, and that was just the visit to give us a quote! So, when Mr. Jordan Poventud showed up and managed to complete what was estimated to be a 5-6hr installation in less time than it took for me to even notice the power was off, I couldnt have been more impressed...until, that is, he was kind enough and awesome enough to go all the way back to the shop, get more equipment, and come back to do an unscheduled hooking up of our generator so we were ready for the storm season! With the low cost, amazing service, and genuinely kind and helpful technicians who will go out of their way for you, you cant beat Mr. Electric and I feel confident that I have people I can trust and call when I need them!

    Ask for Technician Brian!Amazing attention to detail, he was able to help me and my husband with our 4-Point inspection, Brian was able to look over our inspection report and he preformed a safety inspection.     Completely impressed with this company! I found their info via google and called to schedule an appt. The scheduling process was super smooth and the rep was very professional. She booked an appt that was flexible to my schedule and i not only received a heads up phone call but i also received a text with the name and photo of the tech that was servicing my home (this was very cool...ive never had any company ever do this....i think this is what separates this company from the rest!) The tech showed up and was also very professional and polite. He immediately put booties on over his shoes when entering my home without any request from me. I needed a light bulb replaced in my 22 foot ceiling. He put padding on the ladder where it would lean on the wall. Again, Im just super impressed with how cognizant they are (the booties, the ladder padding, the text with whos servicing my property). Also, the cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend them!

    I just want to start by saying that from the person that answer the phone to the manager and the electrician Brian Ayala they all work as a team. I had an emergency in one of the apartments. that I manage. I called a lot of different Electric companies and some didnt answer the call and some couldnt make it until next week. But Mr. Electric of Orlando had a busy schedule but they understood my Emergency and my situation and took care of it immediately and scheduled it for the same day then Electrician Brian Ayala went the extra mile to fix and get everything working properly and by code he replace the interior Electrical Panel he also installed the Main Breaker outside plus Surge Protector inside the apartment.     Sergio and Alan were great!! They took the time to explain everything to me regarding my breaker boxes both indoor and out. And what was best for my house.     Omgggg hear me when I say this, Brian Ayala from Mr electric of Orlando is your go to for whatever item you need help with. he fixed my expensive vanity mirror lights that every other electrician told me they can’t fix, they said I need to get rid of it and buy another one, the vanity was expensive when I bought it but it only lasted a year. Brian found a way to fix it in no time, he knows what he was doing, he was very helpful and nice, he also educated me on the problem, and how to maintain the vanity going forward.

    I called Mr. Electric to get two light switches replaced.Two technicians came out quickly and within the time window I was provided.The work they did was good quality and met my expectations. They also reviewed my electrical panel(s) and cleaned up after the work was done.One thing to note is that they only stock white faceplates and switches, so keep this in mind if yours are almond colored (which show up in moderately older homes). All work was explained and authorized before it began.They answered my questions and Id use them again.

    Mr. Electric Orlando sent text messages prior to arrival to remind me of an appointment. The text indicated the time and the persons that would be visiting. Sergio and Alan were my technicians. They came with protective coverings on their shoes and had a van with a full complement of equipment and parts. I outlined the job and they gave me an estimate that was lower than the other two estimates I had secured. The job I had involved installation of lights in the kitchen and pantry and outlets in the kitchen. I also requested installation of a extraction fan/light combo in a bathroom. Sergio told me that all the jobs would be completed in a 1.5 days. Sergio and Alan placed protective covering in the work area. They alerted me when loud noise would be generated so that I would not be alarmed. Shortly after they arrived , Evan, a supervisor arrived to talk with me and review the job expectations. Evan also showed up when the job was completed to check if my expectations were met. Sergio and Alan did a fantastic job with all of the electrical work and left the area clean and removed all of the debris and old electrical boxes. I would definitely use Mr. Electric again for any electrical job and highly recommend them.

But the manager handled my complaint with such a great care! He took a time to explain how everything works and pointed at the reasons that cause the problem I had.
