We moved into our new house only to have all of our sinks/drains/toilets backup 2 days later on a Sunday in the middle of the night. Andreas came out the next morning and was able to remove all the ancient tree roots deep in the pipes that were blocking everything. He was fantastic and worked quickly and neatly and the price was more than fair. We would call them again in a heartbeat and highly recommend Andreas and Zoom Drain.

We had 3 toilets and a kitchen drain backing up in our assisted living facility. My 100 auger wouldnt touch them. These guys show up that day when every other service was booked days to a week or more out. They identified the problem and took prompt measures to eliminate it. The clogs were severe and took a few hours but they stayed at our until all drains were flowing free and then they cleaned up after themselves before they left. Prompt, professional and right. They will be the first ones I call for any clogs I cant handle with my equipment.

The whole experience with Zoom Drain was positive. The gentleman answering the phone was polite and sympathetic as I was on day 3 due to another plumber not showing up. He assured me that Andreas would be able to help me. When Andreas got out of the truck I was impressed; he was well dressed, courteous, and friendly. He got right to work after greeting my dog! We had some conversation while he worked but he never stopped working. He solved my problem and allowed me to start dishwasher before he left. Everything was perfect!! Andrea’s came out to do some leach field jetting. He came right at the scheduled time and gave me an estimate before work even began. After agreeing to the service and price, he got right to work and was not afraid to get dirty. Andrea’s was very friendly and when I asked a couple questions he wasn’t sure of, he was not afraid to ask his supervisor for the correct answer instead of making something up. I would use zoom drain again if needed and recommend them to a friend.

Cant thank these guys enough for their work. They were prompt, respectful (Extremely), hardworking, and informative. I honestly thought it would only be a 1-2 hour job, but it turned out my situation was worse than I thought. Joe and Tim did not leave until they knew the job was done and done right. Because the fix was complicated, I had questions, lots of questions. They both made sure to address my questions and help educate me on my issues and how to best maintain things so they do not occur again. Water drainage doesnt seem to be a problem until its a big problem. I am glad to know I have a go to to call and suggest to my friends should anything else arise. Thanks again!!

It was a tough blockage and Joe had the expertise, experience, and most importantly the hard work it took to complete the job perfectly. We called at least 5 other local plumbers and couldn’t reach anyone. We called Zoom Drain and they responded immediately. The guy on the phone said they were not available for emergency service but could be here first thing in the morning. They showed up on time and began diagnosing the issue.They gave us a quote and we agreed. Within 1 hour he had everything fixed. The toilets and bathtub would not drain and after the technician cleaned everything out, all of the lines drained and are now working properly. When calling around trying to find someone to help with a drain issue on the Saturday of Labor Day weekend, I wasn’t expecting the great service I had. From the first phone call asking about pricing and timing to having the work completed, what was an overwhelming event as a first time home owner was taken care of quickly and professionally.Also, shout out to the tech who answered my questions and never made me feel stupid for asking what I’m sure were stupid questions and for the patience when I became one of those “oh while you’re here…can you look at” people that I never wanted to be, especially at 6pm on a Saturday. If I could give more stars I would! My husband and I had a main line blockage. The day before we had another plumbing service come out and that tech had supposedly fixed our plumbing issue. However about two hours later the same problems reoccurred, bubbling toilets, tubs, and water backing up into my tub. That company said there were no guarantees to their service. So I reached out to Zoom Drain. They sent out Joe first thing the next morning! He was professional and very detailed about what the issue was, and he fixed it! I would highly recommend them! Zoom Drain did an excellent job taking video footage of our foundation drain that runs to the lake, as well as a gutter in question. We did some massive renovations and moved a bunch of dirt, and we now know what is causing the basement to leak during torrential downpours only…our drain pipe was crushed. Kudos to Andreas Jones for being on call on a Sunday and still taking his time the videos are SUPER helpful.
