    I had a major leak in my downstairs with water coming through the floor. They worked quickly to find the issue and repair it. These guys are hard working, trustworthy plumbers. We had them comeback the next day or so to replace the rest of the pipes as well as some other issues left by the seller. We hope no more plumbing issues but if so we would absolutely hire them again!

Andrew communicated with me, showed up on time, went above and beyond to make sure I could use my toilets and showers before he left without any issues even if it my home warranty didn’t cover it, but it did.     Total plumbing has come out twice via my warranty company and I can’t say enough amazing things about them. Yesterday Jeremy helped me with a garbage disposal that was acting up, and gave me great advice on how to make sure it cooperates in the future! He also took the steps to answer all my questions, and show me exactly where to look at the garbage disposal. As a new homeowner, I felt like he truly cared to make sure the solution worked and that I felt happy with the results! No up-selling of any kind. Just genuine experts that care about their work and customers!

    A pipe burst at our rental property on Christmas Day, leaving our renters without water. We contacted Tom with Total Plumbing and he had someone out there same day, on Christmas! Unfortunately the project could not be completed due to the holiday, parts and the gas company needed to be involved, but the Total Plumbing Team kept the project on track and were diligent in completing it. The whole team was a pleasure to work with, and were kind, communicative and very fairly priced. We are so very, very thankful to your whole team and will recommend you any chance we get! Brandon diligently worked to get my problem solved and communicated tips to help for preventing it from happening again. I highly recommend Total Plumbing Mooresville!!

    After going through 2 other plumbing companies through my homeowners insurance (one guy came out and said he could not fix it, the next one never called me back) and dealing with the inability to shower at home for 10 days, Gaylon from Total Plumbing came in like the Avengers at the end of End Game. He very quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and very patiently explained everything to me and answered my questions. He was SO NICE and just a very cool guy. Because of the leakage issues I had, I needed ceiling and floor work. He was able to get someone to come out the same day! Total Plumbing is LEGIT, they are angels, and Gaylon IS THE MAN!!!!!! They are my plumbing company for life. I feel like I want to get a full back tattoo of their company logo.
