My go-to plumbing company. I tried quite a few over the last 12 years but Ultimate stands apart. Quality work at reasonable prices. They are also very personable and pleasant to work with...pretty no nonsense actually. Recently had a problem with a grinder pump Ultimate Plumbing installed in the basement (the problem was totally our fault, too many kids being a little too eager with toilet paper). Yet Ultimate still fixed it free of charge. The technician recognizes us every time and knows our setup (after only being to our house twice in the last five years). Cant recommend these guys enough!

I have been using Ultimate Plumbing for years to handle projects and repairs. I will not use anyone else. This week, I noticed water coming up from the ground next to my well pump which cant be a good thing. Their response time and quick repairs were incredible. The technician was knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. Finally, I felt the price was fair. My contact has always been Mary who handles things very efficiently, is incredibly friendly and absolutely cares about providing excellent service.

They were also able to fit me in due to proximity to the shop and have the emergency repair completed by the end of the day. Tony Todero is the project manager and he did an exceptional job managing his team while they demolished my old driveway and pour me a new one. We had a great experience with Ultimate Plumbing! We had an emergency situation and had to call 5 or 6 different companies to find anyone who could make it to us same day. Not only was Mary Jane able to have someone to us within 2 hours, she was extremely communicative, polite, helpful, and professional. Once the technician arrived (exactly when they said they would!) they were able to quickly diagnose and fix our problem and were also professional and respectful of our home. Would absolutely recommend and will use again in the future.

I can’t say enough about what great service I received. I am a realtor and my seller’s had an emergency situation, outdoors in the pouring rain in the middle of a hurricane. Mary Jane communicated with me the whole time and kept me informed about what was happening. Because of their technology and qualified technicians (Joe) they were able to figure out the issue and fix it quickly for my sellers. I will recommend them to anyone and always personally use them from now on!

The company’s response time and availability is excellent. The work and people are great. I used them once before over a yr ago and had the same experience. The one disappointing thing this time was the cost was much higher than expected to do a basic job. I was quoted a very high labor std charge in person. I had a whole house charcoal filter installed that I purchased. I told them it was too high so the tech called his office and the price was significantly reduced; but still higher than expected. I wanted to get the work done so I agreed to the adjusted price. I know things are significantly higher than a few yrs ago but you have to say ‘no’ sometimes. The tech was very personable and shared other helpful info. Other than the price, I have nothing but good things to say about them.

He needed to run to the shop to grab the extra part he needed as it wasn’t a normal part they kept on the trucks. Being conveniently located in Mooresville he was back and fixed the faucet in 45 minutes total. Super happy with the work and will definitely use them again!

Around 7 o’clock at night a water line broke in our ceiling above the kitchen and started pouring out and after not getting an answer from three other companies, I came across Ultimate Plumbing and they did answer their phone and immediately transferred us to their technician John who walked us through on how to turn the water off to the house and he was here within 30 minutes or so and immediately diagnosed and repaired. Even for it being an after hours service, we weren’t charged an arm and a leg and John thoroughly cleaned up and we basically had to force him to take a $40 tip. With our plastic water pipes in the house we’re scheduling them to come out and fully re-place our waterlines and it’s super helpful because of our financial situation that they are able to in-house finance. Highly recommend this company.

I cant say enough amazing things about this company! We will use them forever! To begin, we found a leak behind our fridge, we called and Brandon was at our house within an hour of calling and had it fixed! Then 2 days after the job was done, my insurance company needed the part he fixed, so I called and Mary answered and had the part waiting for me when I got off of work. Mary was so wonderful to work with, she was friendly and so very helpful, she went out of her way to help us, even texting me from her own phone! We then needed to unhook some plumbing to remove our sink due to the previous leak and I called that night and Brandon was here the next morning! He is super knowledgeable and is going to do some more work with our water pressure! My husband and I are just to blessed we called them in our time of need!

My garbage disposal was leaking due to a seal on the device. We wanted someone to come in an ultimately move the disposal to the other basin and redo all the fittings under the sink. It was a pisser of a mess. Called mid morning. They gave me a same day window of 2-4. JJ was there by 1:30. The initial quote was on the high side. But we were able to negotiate and come down on the price. JJ did an awesome job. Under the sink has never looked better. My whole family enjoyed JJs personality. He was probably in and out in 2 hours. I will be calling them again for any future work.Update 12/19Had a major clog in my upstairs toilet made the call Brandon was here about 10 minutes later. And knocked it out of the park he was probably done in less than 15 minutes. Great work and I will continue doing business with ultimate plumbing.

I advised her that I happened to be working from home in case anything opened up. Before I knew it, Mary had rearranged other appointments and a technician was on his way! This company was the third Plumbing contractor I called. The first two set a date and time that they would come to the house but neither one showed up or called me. I called Ultimate Plumbing late in the afternoon and they said they would send somebody the next day unless I needed emergency repairs, then they would send someone that day. I was somewhat leary after my first two experiences, but the next morning Mary from the office called to let me know that Brandon would arrive in 15 minutes-right on time as promised. Brandon was respectful and courteous. He took the time to answer all my questions and concerns and provided me with an estimate. Brandon completed all the work in a timely and efficient manner. He gave me updates as the work was progressing. He even hauled away all the old pipes that were replaced. What a pleasure to do business with a company that actually does what they say they will do. A couple weeks ago, I came home after work to my attic-located water heater gushing water out of the overflow drain. John from Ultimate came out that night and confirmed that the tank had cracked, bypassed the heater so we still had cold water for the night, and consulted with me on what options Id have available for replacement the next morning. I also wanted to re-house my shutoff valve and pressure relief valve, and he gave me some options that he would be able to do without much extra expense while replacing the heater. After agreeing on what the best course of action was, he was able to quote me the replacement that night and came out the next morning with another apprentice plumber (who I forgot his name) to do all the work. He was done in a few hours, and my entire hot water heater crisis went from discovered to fixed in about 12 hours. Im very impressed by the speed and precision of how John was able to come in and fix my problem.A previous plumber had mentioned that a water heater replacement would require ripping out my drop stair to accommodate the newer generation of tank heaters. But John was knowledgeable enough to know there were heaters that would fit, and was able to find me one quickly. That in itself probably saved me thousands!I want to recognize two people at Ultimate especially for their help. John of course was very good to work with, and I feel like he really listened to me and provided a lot of good options. Ive been railroaded to one course of action by technicians in the past, but I feel like all options were available with him, he was willing and knowledgeable enough to discuss them, and therefore I feel like I got the best solution at the best time and cost available.The other person I want to recognize, who I unfortunately forgot her name, was the person that handled my initial intake and scheduling. Despite the fact I was calling at a very inconvenient time (around 7:00 pm), she coordinated all of the schedules and quickly had me a plumber on the way. And whats even better is she kept me updated via text as each stage of the process was getting finished. I feel like she was very much on top of everything and coordinating it all expertly.Overall I had a very good experience with Ultimate, and I will be coming back to them in the future.

Ultimate Plumbing responded quickly when our hot water heater broke over the weekend. They sent a plumber out within about five hours of us calling, and he was able to bring a new heater the following day (Sunday) to install it. The install wasnt easy with the very cold temps, but we did have hot water that night. There were a few things that required adjusting the next day. The company was very responsive when we had some concerns with the initial setup. Adam came out and spent several hours addressing our concerns. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and spent time explaining the adjustments he made. Overall, we are very satisfied with Ultimate Plumbing. Im assuming you may be able to get the work done for cheaper elsewhere, but I dont have any reservations recommending the company. They seem to take pride in ensuring the customer is happy with the end result.

We were getting ready for winter and went to put a warming light in our well pump box, and when we lifted the box our bladder tank started leaking, a lot. Of course, this was on a Saturday afternoon! We called about 10 places, and Ultimate Plumbing was the only one available. The dispatcher was able to understand what was going on, so they could send the tech with the right equipment. Their emergency service fee was very reasonable, and someone was at our house with a new tank within two hours. Brandon was very professional, kind, and understanding of our puppy who just wanted to woof at him. He did a great job, explained what he was going to do, showed us the completed work, and cleaned up after himself. I highly recommend these folks for all of your plumbing needs!

Amazing!! Had an emergency, my downstairs flooded with nothing but sewer. I have had Massey Plumbing out here twice over the same toilet not flushing. They seem to never find the problem. This gentleman with Ultimate Plumbing didn’t stop for HOURS until he figured out the problem. It was a pair of tweezers wedged in the pipes! I can’t thank him enough for his dedication and hard work in figuring out the issue when the other company failed to do so. Definitely recommend!

We were told they do not provide a break down in fees.

Had a 12 year old water heater that was leaking. Called Ultimate Plumbing and they scheduled someone to come out the next day. We appreciated that they called us in advance to notify us that the serviceman was on his way and gave us a time to expect his arrival. John was very detailed in explaining everything to us and in providing a detailed quote for replacement of the hot water heater. He also provided information on tankless vs. a tank water heater. John returned in about 1&1/2 hours to replace the old water heater. Again, we were notified that he was on his way back out to complete the installation. John replaced not only the old water heater tank but also the other parts. He explained how to service the system every 6 months to keep it in good operational service. Highly recommend this company!

They refilled and compacted the soil and speed new grass seed. Excellent work! Original appointment set for between 3-5pm. Then they called a little before 2pm and said the technician was 15 minutes away. JJ was really personable and knowledgeable, and had re-sat our wobbly toilet in less than 15 minutes! If and when any plumbing needs come up, we will definitely call Ultimate Plumbing.

Excellent customer service. Plumbers showed up on time and were professional. They were supposed to hydrojet my lines for a block. They first eliminated all of possible problems and found we didnt have a block. Problem was fixed and saved us money. I will definitely use this company for all my plumbing problems.

Would ABSOLUTELY recommend Ultimate Plumbing. Our first experience with Ultimate Plumbing was when we called in a panic after coming home to a 75 gallon hot water heater leaking in our attic - water everywhere and boxes in storage soaked! All of their service technicians were at other jobs at the time, so one of the owners, Joe, came out to assist. Not only was he at our front door within 30 minutes, but they contained the problem immediately, then ordered product and replaced the tank the very next day.Ultimate Plumbing was the fourth company I called after Googling local plumbers... I couldnt be happier that it took four tries to find someone because the responsiveness received on that very first call to Ultimate Plumbing has absolutely set the stage for all services we have used them for since... they ARE our go to guys.Since that initial visit, Ultimate Plumbing has installed a water softener treatment system for our home, and also assisted us with numerous other small projects like replacing sink faucets, hooking up gas lines, installing a new garbage disposal and capping off pipes (we got new countertops and eliminated a sink in our kitchen island).Needless to say, they have been EXTREMELY flexible with their scheduling (i.e., they were scheduled to come out to install a kitchen faucet the morning after our new countertops came in... unfortunately, the countertop installer did not drill a large enough hole so Ultimate Plumbing adjusted their schedule to wait for a larger hole to be drilled so they could still come out that same day to make sure we had running water in our kitchen) and are willing to go above and beyond to help their customers working late hours.It is not easy to find companies like this that you can absolutely trust. Ultimate Plumbings quality is top notch, has over the top service and very fair pricing. I could not be happier with our experiences and would 100% recommend them to anyone needing plumbing or gas services.
