Kenny Dial, one of the technicians came out on a Sunday morning early to repair the leaky pipe. I am happy to share the great experience I had with All Star Plumbing this weekend.Early Saturday morning I was shocked to see a leaking 50 gallon hot water heater when stepping into my garage. It must have been leaking all night and the water was everywhere. I called several emergency companies with no luck. Most are closed on weekends even though they advertise open 24/7.I had left a message for Bob at All Star Plumbing knowing it was his day off, but shortly after he did call me back. Even though Bob was on his way to play golf he offered to come to my home to shut the water off on the tank so I would still have cold water until the hot water tank was replaced. I asked him to give me a chance to do that myself, and his step by step guidance was perfect. I expected an appointment for the replacement for the following week, but Bob said he would replace it by noon the following day! By Sunday afternoon everything was completed and thats what I consider the best service anyone could get.

**Wonderful experience**We’d been having issues with our Sewage Basin (pumps sewage/water to the city lines when you live on a hill). Constantly tripping our outlet and setting off our alarm in the garage!! Not pleasant for a midnight potty break!Contacted All Star - very easy to schedule. Set a morning appointment.Chanin was our professional. Love the fact that he called upon his arrival and was 10 minutes early!Showed him to the basin and discussed the issues we were having. He was very knowledgeable of the system and gave us an understanding of what we were up against.After inspection of the unit, Chanin determined that we were in need of a new float. He didn’t have the exact part with him but went to their warehouse to grab one and was back before we knew it!Service was completed in a timely manner and when I went to check everything out - it looked like the area wasn’t disturbed at all…which was surprising because it’s been rainy and the ground was all soft! Chanin showed us the unit that was replaced and it looked like it had seen better days.All in all, a great experience that you’d expect when you get professionals involved.
