    Economy installed a new Trane A/C, Furnace, and Filter System. Great experience from quote to installation. With the recent heatwave, they provided portable A/C units for us while we waited on the installation. The installation crew had decades of experience and were very friendly and helpful on the setup. They left the area in our garage cleaner than when they found it. Would highly recommend Economy.

    The installers were out of this world. I didn’t have an easy install and not once did they complain. They were here way pass a normal work day. They were polite, professional, and left the job cleaner than when they arrived. The salesman Jason was awesome. Very polite. Wasn’t pushy. Gave me options.I called Economy originally for my ac not working. They weren’t the contractor that installed it. It was 21 years old. They were out at my home in like less than 45 minutes. The repair gentleman was awesome. Explained my issue. Gave me the option to fix it. I decided not to invest into a 21 year old obsolete system. I chose Economy not because they were the cheapest, they weren’t, because of the way they treated me. I believe this will be a great relationship.Thank you Economy and all your employees for doing what I believe is far and above a spectacular install.P.S. The financing was easy and great!!!!!!

    Jeff was very thorough and efficient. He checked our entire heating system, cleaned the nozzle and replaced an outside gasket and filter. He also gave us some very honest recommendations.We are scheduled for an Estimate to replace our old 35+ year old oil furnace with a new gas furnace system.We have had many people come to service our furnace throughout the years, but Economy and Jeff have by far been the best we have ever had.     We chose Economy to install a new gas furnace and AC in our home and we’re very happy. From the outset they were extremely helpful and listened carefully to our needs and explained how their services could help us in our home. No sales pitch, no pressure. On installation day, their employees were friendly, professional, and meticulous. They left no messes in our home and they installed our new equipment neatly and efficiently.     I came home to a warm house and called Economy and they set up an appointment to fix it and quote me for a new system. Darin came out and gave me a quote on a new system and a couple of technicians got me running quickly to hold me over until the new system was installed. Michael and a bunch of guys came in and knocked it out. They did a great job. I can’t remember everyone’s name but everyone was very friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend them. Im very happy with the way everything works and looks.

    Economy HVAC recently upgraded our electric furnace with an A/C condenser to a high efficiency Heat Pump System. The crew arrived when they were scheduled to arrive and worked way past a normal work day in order to ensure the new system was operating correctly. They worked consistently and diligently to ensure a timely install. The crew cleaned up after themselves and the install and upgrade was perfect.Additionally, Economy installed an On Demand Gas Hot water heater. With the same exceptionable skill and professionalism the entire project was completed with Quality Control steps and efficiency that is unmatched.Thank you Economy!

    Few months back had problems w/my heating & air. My son suggested calling Economy Heating & Air in Mooresville because he had them come to his house few years before. Said they were really great. Made the call & could not be happier. Very knowledgeable & had it all up & running in no time. Had been thinking about Maintenance Plan so took one out.     We recently had a new heating, air conditioning and air cleaning system installed by Economy. They had repaired our old air conditioning unit twice, and we decided it was time for a new system. Darin came out and looked at our old system. He provided three preliminary estimates; one for a system comparable to what we had, and two for upgraded systems. We decided to go with the middle system. Darin provided us with a formal proposal, and the installation was scheduled. They came out as promised and installed the new system in less than 8 hours, including the cleanup and removal of the old system. Darin came back 4 weeks later, checked the system and answered any questions we had.We found that Economy is professional, honest and punctual. We look forward to working with them to maintain our new system.

    AC unit outside was not kicking on 8/7/24. Made an appt and Jeff came out 8/8. Within a few minutes he knew exactly what was wrong. He removed the panel and replaced the part that went out. There was a wasps nest and he had spray in his truck. Sprayed the wasps and sprayed down my unit with a water hose he also had in his truck. They definitely come prepared for anything.Wasnt here 30-45 mins. Thanks a million.

    So happy to have found these guys! A few months ago Jason came and fixed my A/C after another company said I had no choice but to replace it. Now today CJ came to check my ejector pump, The pump went bad and needed replacement. I expected a bill for $2k, but CJ checked and found it was under warranty. The whole job only cost me a couple hundred dollars and was complete in 90 minutes. These folks will be my first call from now on!

    Economy is wonderful. We got several quotes on a new complete HVAC SYSTEM adding two more zones in our home and some new ductwork. This has been over two years ago. We chose to go with them, because of their reputation in reviews, they’re local and have been around for several generations of their family. The respect they treat us with is impeccable.No one says we don’t get our moneys worth. We’ve by far got beyond what we’ve paid for in customer service ALONE!

    Many people dont realize this, but Economy HVAC also does commercial work in addition to their home service.We recently added HVAC to our 30,000 square-foot warehouse. They were very responsive and gave us the best estimate. They stayed true to their estimate and found ways for us to save a little money. They made it easy for us, walking us through the options and also talking with other subcontractors. They installed 5 units (3 15-ton and 2 10-ton Trane units) as well as all the ductwork.Whenever they were scheduled to come out, we received a text message and phone call telling us who was coming and when they would arrive.The system looks and works great. They worked around our normal work force, cleaned up after themselves, and were very polite. They worked hard. Many of our own staff commented on how nice their crew was.Give them a shot. You wont be disappointed.

    We have had frigid temps since this past weekend and as luck would have it, our ancient furnace out in our pole barn went out yesterday morning. I called Economy right away when they opened and they were able to get me in same day but not only that... given the age of the unit it was going to be hard to fix but they took the motor out and took it to the shop and promised they would be back to put it in same day. Around 9pm they called and said they had it and were leaving the shop to come back and install.... WOW! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Economy, the people who work there and the service level they maintain time after time.     I woke up Sunday morning with no power to my furnace . I called the emergency line after checking the basics and not figuring out whats going on .Devin called me back within minutes of my call and said hed be out within 15-20 minutes which he was. The problem turned out to be with my electric breaker box, not the furnace but he was great. He checked out the entire furnace and even tightened up the loose connections in my breaker box to get everything up and going again. He made it clear that theyre not electricians, but that was something simple enough that he could do and then he recommended that I have my electrician come out and check the rest. Great organization! Great response for off hours and definitely good peace of mind knowing that youre protected if your furnace goes out in 20° weather.Update 9/2024 - came out on short notice to address an icing AC situation. Fixed quickly and professionally. I trust these folks with all things HVAC.

    I have used Economy for several years now. From when they bailed me out of a crawlspace flood where 2 other companies had been in and did not do a proper job to maintaining my HVAC systems. A few plumbing projects, every job comes with consistently good service. Done right the first time. Always professional, personable, on time, neat, and helpful with any question I may have. If they do not gave the answer right there they will find it and get it to you.I always take advantage of their comfort club offer to save a little money on the things I would have done anyway. Plus it gives me a good reminder when it time for those seasonal maintenance projects.Mark Bailey is the one that has come the last few times and I can always know the type of service I will get.     About two weeks ago we noticed a slight gas smell around our oven. After the gas company confirmed a leak, I called around to see if we could get a repair ASAP. Some places I called were more than two weeks out on scheduling, which wasn’t an option for us. We were told it wasn’t an emergency, but I wanted something within about a day. Economy HVAC told me they could get out here same day, within a couple of hours! Isaac arrived promptly and was quick to find a solution. He was very professional and knowledgeable and took care in only cutting out what he needed to reach the gas line in the wall. He also thoroughly cleaned up after himself. The work was affordable and I would definitely call this company again for any of our plumbing & HVAC needs.

    Recently we installed the Trane/Mitsubishi ductless HVAC systems along with a ducted system for the upstairs. We have had the systems running for nearly three weeks now and what a difference this has made in our home. We have a tri-level home that only had hot water baseboard heat and window AC units for the summer time. For the first time we have a fully controlled inside temperature throughout the entire house in the summertime. We have had an exceptional experience with Economy from start to finish. From the beginning Darin assessed what was needed to obtain our desired end stated results and gave us options while passing on a great deal of knowledge, experience and wisdom. Next came installation of everything. It took five full days to get it done and I must say that I was impressed with the lead installers knowledge, professionalism and care he took while leading everyone through the paces to get things done right the first time. Paul made a comment to me that really impressed me “When we install we treat it as if it were our own home”. These are values that represent the highest degree of craftsmanship and integrity. We had two full teams working and I also got to know Matt, the lead installer for the second team. I can only tell you that we were very impressed with everyone. We highly recommend doing business with Economy. The results we received coupled with exceptional people and craftsmanship truly make this an easy recommendation.

    Tech Mike came out to inspect my AC unit, and tech Devin came out to inspect all of my plumbing inside and outside. Although I wasn’t having any trouble with my AC unit, Mike brought a very important deficiency to my attention. He is going to have an estimate worked up for replacing the unit, making sure the correct size of the unit needed is determined. He did not use any pressure tactics to sway me towards replacing the unit.Devin inspected my plumbing, and he gave a lot of attention to one of my showers that has been leaking water from the tub faucet, as well as the shower head. He was able to stop the leaks, and has recommended additional improvement for this shower’s water supply. He also found a couple of other things that need fixing with 2 other valves. Waiting to hear back from him for possible solutions.Overall, very satisfied with both inspections!

Economy is a company that’s still providing great customer service – the good old fashioned kind, which is a rarity these days! I had an A/C service call scheduled on Wednesday of this week and had to cancel it right in the middle of my 2-hour service window due to an unexpected family emergency. Thankfully, Anita was very understanding when I called to cancel. I called Economy back on Thursday afternoon to reschedule and was very surprised that they were able to get me re-scheduled for first thing Friday morning – not just any Friday, but the Friday before Labor Day weekend, y’all!     I contacted Economy to get a quote on a water heater replacement after being told by two other companies that my water heater could not be repaired. I chose Economy to do the replacement because their flat rate for a new installation beat out the competition AND they could get me in next day. On the day of the install, Mark arrived at my house on time, was very professional, and offered to do a quick inspection before tearing out my existing water heater. Within moments of opening up the water heater, Mark informed me that it could in fact be repaired -- and for 10% of the cost of replacement! Additionally, Mark extended an offer that, in the event that his repair doesnt last, that he would apply what I paid for the repair towards the cost of the replacement. On top of the already great customer service, Mark called to check in with me a day or two after the repair to make sure that I was still up and running. No homeowner wants to deal with plumbing or HVAC issues, but Economy made it a truly enjoyable experience. Thank you!
