We were having issues with our Hot water tank delivering enough hot water to the rest of our house. When I called , Steve answered the phone himself and was giving me a quote for our issue with in a day. Steve was able to replace our Hot water heater with a Rinnai tankless hot water system( not an easy task based on where our old electric hot water tank was located in relation to our propane tank) Best decision ever especially with 3 kids. He was here the next day and his guys were in and out in 5hours. They made sure everything was cleaned up and left no mess. Steve called later that night to make sure we were happy with everything. I would highly recommend Lake Norman Plumbing and will use them in the future!

Had a supply line burst on my property. It was buried 4 feet underground so not an easy job. Matt, the owner, personally got in there, dug the width of the property and repaired the leak (see pic). Great experience dealing with Matt and his office staff. Would recommend them over the big name plumbing companies if you want to save money and get the job done fast.

Lake Norman Plumbing SAVED THE DAY!! My 13 year old water heater failed yesterday and Steves crew was able to get here and replace the tank with a beautiful new one same day for a reasonable price. I didnt have to worry about where my next hot water was coming from and they were incredibly flexible and professional in doing the installation. Steve was also great about talking to my home warranty people (not a fun task) and Im keeping him on speed-dial for any future needs. Hes a plumber you can trust and I highly recommend him.

I called Steve about 1 week prior to the work being done but I had told him up front we were not in a huge hurry. His guys came and did numerous things around the house that were the remaining few things we needed done to finish a remodel. They made some suggestions and I agreed with their assessment. I am really glad I found these folks and I am having them come back to talk about tankless water heaters soon. They were very fair, extremely professional and courteous. They did not leave any mess and the work looks fantastic. Its refreshing when the owner of a company actually answer the phone himself. I cannot recommend these guys enough.

Crew arrived within two hours, changed water heater in under thirty minutes. I see other reviewers talking about price, but having called other companies and having been told theyll be out the next day, I would say - youre paying for the emergency service. To me, the value was there.

Steve was fantastic to work with. He was very responsive, professional and he and his team did quality work. We switched from 2 hot water heaters to a tankless system. He walked us through the process and taught us how to service the new system. He even called several days later to make sure everything was ok and asked if we had any questions. Had water pouring out of my kitchen lights at 11:00 PM 2 days before a hurricane was suppose to hit our area, ended up being my hot water heater in the attack, so it traveled down through 3 floors. I called Lake Norman Plumbing and left a message, got a call right back from the owner Steve, he said he could send 2 guys tonight or the next morning, we shut the main water off and chose next morning, sure enough the guys were here by 10 am taking out the old one and installing a new one. I didnt think Id get anyone to address this until after the storm but they were right here and took our worries away. they did an awesome job, very neat and friendly.

Just plain great plumbers. Do exactly what they say theyll do for what they say it will cost. NO Bull. My water heater finally died after 15 years. Called a couple other places that were either too busy or thought my situation could get them a ridiculous price. Steve answered the phone personally. Asked a few simple questions, guided me to find any info he needed to make a recommendation, gave me a bottom line price, had his guys there same day, hot water by dinner. On Time, On Budget. You could not ask for any better.

Always goes above and beyond and arrives quickly. We used them two or three times so far replacing toilets, faucets and most recently updating our worn out water heater with a new tankless one. Prices were good and never felt pressured - Steve just layed out the options and let us choose. The big plus dealing with them is that they call you back.... We went through 5-6 plumbers who said they would schedule a time to come out and they never called back, some didnt even show up when we scheduled a time! It feels good to deal with a company that actually does what it says. If you have any issues or need anything please so yourself a favor and call them! A++

We had a leak spring up on Sunday afternoon of Labor Day weekend. I called Lake Norman Plumbing Co.; the owner Steve answered the phone and he personally came right over and checked out the issue. He and his employee were back first thing Monday morning on Labor Day and got everything taken care of so we could turn our water back on. Steve also fixed a small leak in one of our toilets without charging anything additional. Everything was handled professionally and the price was very fair (especially considering it was a holiday). I will definitely use Lake Norman Plumbing Co. in the future when we are in need of a plumber.

Very Responsive & Professional sums up our interaction with Steve and LKN Plumbing. Our water heater rusted out and leaked all over the basement floor in the early evening hours on a Thursday. We called several plumbers that next morning and all were 4+ days out with the exception of LKN Plumbing that offered to be out that night if needed otherwise could easily be there first thing Saturday morning. And that is even with procuring our specialized water heater. The crew was friendly, knowledgeable, clean and especially quiet. They had swapped both the 75gal water heaters without me even realizing and I was just upstairs. This was a Home Warranty situation as well and LKN was very patient & understanding of the pre-approval process that needed to be followed so that wed get proper reimbursement. I would definitely recommend as well as use this vendor again. Very Pleasant Experience.

Steve was a can do and very supportive resource who was able to get his team out that evening. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for prompt and quality service. We had a gas powered tank-style water heater at our home which needed replacement and were interested in getting a new gas powered tankless water heater. Steve was able to meet with us on pretty short notice, answered all of our questions and actually made some nice recommendations regarding the install that put our minds at ease in terms of when/if a leak were to happen how we could locate the unit in a location to best guard against damage to the house. Not only that, but that intuitive recommendation helped us to acquire some additional storage space in our home that we wouldn’t have had otherwise... not too shabby! I had a poor experience with another plumber after my water heater had broken and flooded my garage. I ended up sending that company home and called Steve at Lake Norman Plumbing. He was immediately helpful and knowledgeable about tankless water heater and I was satisfied that he had the right amount of experience to do the job. He came out the SAME DAY to look at my setup and then schedules my install the NEXT DAY! I am a bit of a nerd and always interested in the process of installing these systems so I was an observer during the entire install and they were gracious to accommodate me when I had questions. I have to say that the end result is by far the cleanest and most professional plumbing job I’ve ever seen! Steve supervised the entire install and I felt assured that his long expertise was benefitting the quality of workmanship. The team that did the work also seemed very knowledgeable and committed to excellence. My family now has hot water and I now have a plumber on speed dial for any future needs (fingers crossed I won’t need any soon).

I highly recommend Lake Norman Plumbing and with good reason. I was looking for a local company and found them via google. I filled out a form on the web site and the owner, Steve, called me within 30 minutes. Steve came out that afternoon to discuss my need to replace my hot water heater. I wanted a tankless system and Steve was able to help me understand all the pluses and minuses without using a bunch of jargon so that I could understand everything. Steve and his crew installed the tankless system the next day and they were very professional. Steve’s 2 man crew did a great job. The true test in a company is when there is a problem and this is where LKN plumbing shines. Unfortunately there was a problem with the new gas regulator and I called Steve late Friday evening and he called me right back to discuss the issue. The crew, including the owner Steve, were at my house Saturday morning to diagnose and fix the problem. They replaced the gas regulator and I haven’t had a problem since.
