I cannot recommend Lake Norman Plumber On Call enough. We had a complex sewer line issue in a very old house on the lake. Matt came out within hours of reaching out to them late afternoon on a Sunday and was able to pinpoint where the problem area was. The fix involved digging up an old sewer pipe outside the house which he was able to schedule the next morning. Stephen came out the next morning, dug and found the old sewer line and within hours it was repaired and we had toilets that flushed again. This was the nicest group of guys I have ever had come work on the house. Pricing was transparent and very reasonable. These guys know their stuff and I will be using them again.

After my water abruptly stopped working, Lake Norman Plumber On Call was the only company willing to come out the same day. Everyone I spoke with was extremely nice and professional. They were quick to fix the issue and did not leave me without water for any extended period of time. In addition, I was pleasantly surprised with how affordable they are. I highly recommend this company and will use them again for any plumbing issue.

Face it, usually its not a good thing when you need a plumber. With that being said, Lake Norman Plumber on Call was easy to get in touch with, easy to work with, and made a bad situation as good as it could be. The best way to show how you feel about a business is to use them again, and I have an automated water shutoff system they will be installing for me as soon as i get wifi and electrical handled. (they even recommended a great electrician to handle that part of the job).I highly recommend this fine company and their team.

Don’t call anyone else! This is truly the best experience I have EVER had with a plumbing company. We had paying guests staying at our property on Lake Norman, suddenly there was no hot water. It was a Friday and the guests wanted fast resolution. We got in touch with Lake Norman Plumber On Call after many other companies refused to take the job on such short notice. They arrived early and gave us an estimate, but that’s not the best part, Frank Hardee the representative felt bad for us with guests at our home and a weekend without hot water, on the spot, he called me and said he would replace the water heater the same day! Our guests would have hot water by the afternoon of that very day! That is called being Professional and having empathy, something that doesn’t happen too often. In my book, if you can trust a company with high business ethics, you have my business. Thank you, Frank for calming me down on a rather stressful situation and for coming through for us literally at the last minute. You’re my hero Lake Norman Plumber On Call! Frank Hardee is Superman!!

We were having a plumbing emergency with extremely low water pressure with guests staying at our house when I started reaching out to plumbers on a weeknight evening around 9 p.m.Matthew was the ONLY plumbing service of the 24-hour service numbers I called that answered the phone. He then arrived at our home in Sherrills Ford under an hour. He corrected the immediate problem and came out the next week to implement a longer term solution.He was super Professional, had great customer service skills, and understood that we needed water right away. The other thing to mention is that their emergency service fee is extremely reasonable!They will be one of our regular service peeps we depend on, thats for sure.

Matthew is very responsive, knowledgeable and professional. I wanted a water filtration system so I called LKN Plumber on Call and they were out the next day with options and installed the filter before end of the same week. Steve, the gentleman who did the install was professional, clean and took a nice deal of time explaining what I could expect in the coming hours, days, weeks and years with the new system. I hope I don’t need a plumber anytime soon - but if I do these are my go to guys.

I have used them twice so far and will not consider another plumbing company going forward. My first experience was through the warranty company for water heater repair and it was a very smooth and quick fix. I tried a do-it-myself project a few weeks later to update bathroom fixtures and realized there was more to replacing the valve in the wall. I thought if lake Norman plumber on call due to recent experience and they came out the very next day and finished what I started and for a very reasonable price. I will use them and refer them as much as I can. Very satisfied customer.

Called them for smelly water and Steven came out tested our water and recommended a water filtration system . We went with that suggestion and they came out promptly the next day and it was installed. We can see and feel the difference in our water. Very happy and will call them in the future if we have any other plumbing needs

The guys doing the work were pleasant and well-spoken. Steve, the owner, is a great guy and we would recommend them. So far everything is working well!!

I had a clogged kitchen sink and called Lake Norman Plumber on Call...Miss Shelly was awesome to deal with. She took my info and scheduled me right away. Matt showed 10 minutes ahead of the scheduled time and went out of his way to fix my problem. Even said there would be no charge if he couldnt unclog the drain. Price was very reasonable and I would recommend them to anyone.

All services were performed with perfection. During the installation of the dishwasher, care was taken to protect the hardwood floors. Extra time was taken to set the temperature of the water flow in the shower. After all the work was completed, everything was checked again to make sure there were no leaks and working properly. I will call Lake Norman Plumber On Call for future needs and highly recommend them to others.

He cut out all the old pipe and ran new pipe and even got my garbage disposal working again! Was reccommended by a couple neighbors who had work done and I will pass them along as well! I have used Lake Norman Plumber On Call twice now. They have been referred to me through my home warranty and are absolutely excellent. They show up on time or even early, which is awesome that I dont have to sit around waiting for them to show up. They are incredibly respectful of my home and are honest and reliable. I just had them install a new tankless hot water heater. It was a little more complex because my old hot water heater had been located in my attic, and I wanted a new hot water heater moved down to my crawl space, so there was a lot of work involved. They were at my home all day, (first thing in the morning until after 6pm), and didnt leave until the job was complete and all of my inane questions were answered. They charge you exactly what they say, no hidden or surprise fees. Everyone is a pleasure to work with, from Miss Shelly in the office to the various technicians who come out to your home. I cant recommend them highly enough and will continue to use them for any of my plumbing needs.

We have a Rinnai tankless hot water heater. It works great, but twice in the past 7 1/2 years the heat exchanger failed. It seems our well water is very acidic and very hard. The first time the Rinnai was replaced under warranty by a company I will only refer to as big-time local plumbing company. At the time, they also sold us a $3000 device that would keep it from happening again. Well, less than 3 years later...it happened again. Rinnai only warrants it the first time. Big-time local plumbing company came out and THIS time told us we needed a new not-covered-by-Rinnai heat exchanger, as well as a water softener and neutralizer to deal with the acidic/hard water or it would happen again. Why not tell us the first time!!!! We decided to call another Rinnai certified plumber...Lake Norman Plumber On Call. They immediately told us the same thing. The big difference is they did it for about 2/3 the cost as what the big-time local plumbing company quoted. They were quick, efficient, professional...and reasonable. Matthew and Tony were great. I would highly recommend Lake Norman Plumber on Call for your plumbing needs.
