What started as a water heater that would not heat then turned into a major water leak hidden in our house. Thompson Plumbing came out and diagnosed the problem and repaired it quickly, efficiently and professionally! Everyone on their staff was great to work with and they are on my speed dial now!!

I have been using Thompsons for over 12 years. They have always been honest, professional, and have treated any situation I have called about with urgency. I also use them for my parents home. My parents are in their 80’s and no matter who shows up, Thompson employees treat them with kindness, and professionalism. In today’s market it’s a blessing to have them in my phone for any plumbing needs I have. Whether it’s my well, my outside faucets or my inside plumbing they are the only plumbing company I will use!!

Wow, expert well and plumbing service from honest people. I first called a major well company with national presence, the man came over, inspected nothing, and told me I needed a new well dug out. That was complete nonsense and very dishonest.When Thompson came over the immediately inspected the well, all it needed was a new pump. This was done very professionally, and at a very reasonable cost. It is very nice to find honest people in this business who care about their customers. I couldn’t be happier.

Very reliable, fair pricing, and trustworthy. Our drains had been clogged for 8 days; we had an unfavorable experience with another local plumber who charged over $600 and did not clear the lines, saying it was our septic backing up. Thompson cleared the line in the least invasive method in less than an hour and charged a fair and honest price for the job. Highly recommended!

I didn’t use their services, but they happened to be outside of my business when a large cooler was delivered on the sidewalk on a pallet. They saw me struggling and asked to help. Excellent service. Out of three plumbing companies, by far the best. Scott did a great job fixing our kitchen faucet, an outside faucet, and fixing a drip in our master shower. He was on time, fixed every issues, cleaned up entirely after himself, a job well done! Also, Russ and Wes changed out the hot water heater and did an excellent job!

Scott went over and beyond to satisfy my Moms needs today. Toilet install, drains cleaned, removed and replaced two outside faucets that were rusted and not operational. My original call was for the toilet install and I asked if He could take care of the other problems as they popped in my mind, not a problem at all. Did everything I asked for with a smile on His face. My Mom is 96 years young and I live in Charlotte and handle things for Her. I just can’t say enough good things about Thompson Plumbing. A Plus Service !!!

I highly recommend Thompson Plumbing and Pump Service. Our well stopped working mid-day on July 4 and I called three local firms who advertised they did well repairs and servicing. Given it was a holiday, I got voice mails at all three and left messages to call us ASAP to evaluate and recommend repairs. I did not expect a response until the next day, but Jessica at Thompson Plumbing called me later in the evening on July 4. She scheduled a visit the next morning to check out the situation. The plumber arrived shortly after 9:00 AM as promised. Within 15 minutes he diagnosed the problem and had a replacement pressure switch on hand to complete the repairs shortly after. Very professional and friendly throughout the service call. Responsive. Prompt. Professional. Friendly. Couldn’t ask for better service. And…..after 24 hours, I still haven’t heard from the other two firms. Thanks Thompson.

Amazing experience! I called on 6/27/23 and told them we had an issue with our water pressure. They told me they could send someone out the very next day between 9-10am. Russ arrived at 9:15. He replaced the regulator by 9:45. While he was here, I also asked if he could fix our leaky kitchen faucet. He looked at it and recommended I contact Moen. He said that normally Moen will send replacement parts for free (Moen is sending us a new cartridge, hose, and wand!). Russ could have charged me for parts to fix it and instead he saved us money by telling me to contact Moen. Putting the customer before the extra money the company could have made is extremely honest! I will recommend Thompson Plumbing over and over again. Fantastic workmanship and customer service!
