Woke up to an emergency on Christmas Day. Called and they had a technician out within the hour. Jeff worked to resolve our issue in the most cost effective way as possible and provided tips to help prevent the same issue from occurring in the future. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and even set up for a camera and restoration technician to come back out to ensure the sewer line has no damage and that we don’t have any water damage in our bathroom. Couldnt have been a worse time for my bathroom to leak water. Guest coming to town for my brothers funeral. Roto Rooter came in and set my concerns and worries at ease. An 8am scheduled morning run was abruptly set aside by the accidental discovery of a potential hot water heater leak. The Roto Rooter customer service rep was very friendly while she asked questions to determine the service I needed. She advised me of a four-hour window for a service person to arrive. The service person, Dennis, arrived about 11:00. He went right to work and quickly discerned the problem—not the water heater itself but a valve on the side of the tank that needed replacing. In total the job took 20 minutes and cost about $570. Dennis was great! I will ask for him by name if we need service again!

I had these guys come out after my toilets clogged up late on a Friday, someone came out at 9pm I was impressed at how quickly I had someone trying to fix the issue. He couldn’t get it done but before he left had someone else scheduled to be back out in the morning, the men who came out were so knowledgeable and up front with costs and time frames and what would be the best recommendation for my older home. It was awesome to have some honest guys come and do a great job but also give recommendations to prevent the problem in the future.I can’t remember the first guy who came out but the second day Eddie and Brain, and their Camera guy(I think nick)

Teo visited my home today to correct a leak under the kitchen sink that has left me without a functional sink for days. Teo arrived, assessed the issue and within 5 minutes (or less) assured that he could fix the problem. He went out got his tools and within no time the sink was functioning without any issues. He even went a step further (with my permission), and eliminated unnecessary piping under the sink that was aesthetically unpleasing. Teo presented himself as professional, polite, and with a quiet confidence about his skill. Teo allowed the water to run following completion to give added assurance of no leaks. The representative I spoke with was extremely thorough with his questions, making sure that he fully understood the problem. He informed me that a technician would arrive within 2 hours. After a text confirmation and an eta status, Gordon arrived within the 2 hour window. He listened to what I said, compared it to the notes that had been given him and then went on with his evaluation. He presented the cost estimate and I gave him the go ahead.Gordon is personable, efficient, and customer oriented, he answered all questions and put me at ease.Once he had remedied the problem and was ready to take my payment the final charge was lower than the initial estimate.You should feel comfortable calling Roto-Rooter and ask if Gordon is available because he was awesome!

I worked with both Zoey (tech 2421) and Eric Dalagan from Roto-Rooter. I had an emergency issue at a rental property that I am not local to, and had a burst hot water line. I called around 6pm... these guys were onsite an hour after I called and worked until the issue was resolved at 11pm. I was pretty frazzled and they talked me through the issue and were super helpful in explaining the situation. The water damage repair/clean up will even be filed directly through to my insurance. Happy with the service I was provided in a bad situation.

I wasnt sure who to call so I searched on Google before deciding. I didnt have a major issue with my plumbing, just an on going headache so to speak. Anytime I would run my washer my toilet would clog up, and anytime there was a lot of rain I would get a horrible sewage smell that would knock you out upon entering the bathroom. I searched several plumbing companies and 2 friends (well neighbors) recommended Roto Rooter. I called and set up a time someone could come out and have a look. The company sent out what appeared to be a young plumber. He was very nice throughout the entire process. After speaking with him I learned he had just started with this company. Even though he was new to the field he was very knowledgeable, and was able to fix the problem. I had a wonderful experience with both the plumber and the company. I could tell this gentleman was being honest and fair. Also their field supervisor Stephanie came in and surveyed the same day the pipe leak was fixed. The technician who came to my house was great. He was very nice and worked quickly. I have no opinion on value because I’m not familiar with typical costs of the service I needed (replacing a leaky pipe under the expansion tank in my garage). It was between $400-$450. Rating 4/5 because I had an appointment Friday, took a half day off work, and was called AFTER the time slot to tell me technician was running late. If I had known before I could have been at work, but they wasted my time. Rescheduled for Saturday from 4pm-6pm and the same exact thing happened. Around 9pm I got a call saying tech was on the way. I declined because of the time and we rescheduled for Sunday from 4pm-6pm again. Sunday I got a call shortly after 12pm asking if technician could come early. Ok, that was fine with me, but the days of not respecting my personal time and 3 days of not being on schedule was definitely frustrating. The technician was very good and he is why I would rate this as a positive experience.

The clogs required careful decision making and Aaron was careful to proceed in a way that did not cause damage to the plumbing, and 3 types of snake equipment, vacuum, and suction to free the clogs.
