Dan has been out twice and fixed my tankless heater quickly. The second time he diagnosed a problem and did a system reset and refused to charge us. I will recommend him anytime someone asks.

Dan with Pinkerton took care of our clogged washing machine drain. I called him in the morning and he was able to get to us within a few hours. Very friendly and clean service call, he got right to work and fixed the issue. Reasonably priced, I highly recommend Pinkerton and will continue to use them for any future plumbing issues if they arise!

Dan is amazing! He made a very complicated problem very simple! I had a root growing into my sewer line and he made quick work on removing it and getting everything working again. I cannot recommend him enough!

We have found our new plumber! This was the second plumber we had to call for a complicated sink clog and we’re so glad we did. He was fantastic! He immediately diagnosed and solved the problem quickly, efficiently and neatly. Five stars for his professionalism and he was neatly dressed. We highly recommend this company.

Cant say enough good things about Dan and his company. Had a partially blocked sewer line just past our homes exterior sewer clean-out and got two quotes from some larger, well-known plumbing companies in the LKN area in the several-thousand dollar range, which recommended replacing upwards of our entire sewer line from the house to the street clean-out (including ripping up our driveway in the process). Dan came highly recommended from another Mooresville plumbing company who wasnt available to do the work. He came out that day, told me exactly what he thought the problem was (significantly less work/cost than the other two quotes), and was able to complete the job that day for a fraction of the cost. Very prompt and professional, down to earth, honest and no-BS. Felt very confident in his assessment and his work. Will definitely call him again the next time we have plumbing needs.

We had Dan come out after a certain high profile, wannabe jingle maker. They were avoiding doing a over priced “lower” cost service that end up being the fix to try and sell us on a 10-15k, tear up our driveway replace everything from the city line back repair. At least their costs were so outrageous it made getting other opinions a easy choice. It was very clear Dan knew what he was doing and talking about, showing us before and after video of everything that he did and explaining it all while doing it. Very nice guy and straightforward. Couldn’t recommend him any more highly.

Excellent experience. This company was recommended to me by a retired plumber. I called them out to find out where a leak was originating from. There was no visable damage but there was certainly a leak because the water meter was going nuts. He came out and found the leak within 20 minutes and offered me the two choices I had to fix the problem. I would have hired him on the spot to do the work for me if he wasnt booked solid for two weeks. I can see why he is booked. Dan was very professional and spoke to me with kidness and wanted to make sure I felt comfortable. He answered every question respectfully. I highly recommend this company.

Absolutely top notch. Got a ridiculous quote from Morris Jenkins to replace our plumbing and Pinkerton came and jetted to remove our clog and told us the real reason for the clog and how to contact the town of Mooresville to get it fixed for the long- term. Recommending them to anyone I possibly can.

Dan was amazing! Came out to unplug a clog and ended up being much more of a job for him ( so sorry Dan for your, probably unforgettable poopy experience ). But we now have a clean line and another tank we did not know about, go figure lol. Thank you for everything you did for us and for being such a trooper!! Maybe a string for your glasses though next time so they don’t fall in again, lol. At least it was them and not you right! THANKS AGAIN.
