We just had our service and so happy with everything! Our toilets have been squeaking for a while and one of them needed a flange adjustment after getting new floors. I called yesterday and got an apt for today, Sunday. The plumber called when he was on his way which was within the time slot!! Did great work and was polite. Reviewed the job which was appreciated!! You guys are now my go to plumbers. Thanks so much!!

I need to give a huge shout out to South End Plumbing LLC! Specifically Christopher and Marcus, they were an absolute pleasure to work with, professional and well mannered. Their experience as experts in their craft truly shows and they were able to quickly diagnose a problem we discovered this morning all the while educating us on the process. There were no pushy salesman tactics, yet genuine concern and kindness. And that is greatly appreciated. We’ve used this company in the past and they’ve saved us many, MANY times from the atrocious Apex piping issues that south Charlotte is notorious for. We recommend them highly.

We’ve used South End Plumbing a few times now for different things and every time they we talk about how they are THE BEST! The most recent time, we had Tyler and David working on a huge job (for three days) and they were amazing. They busted their ***es and did a better job than we could have ever asked for. Christopher the plumber was very professional he talked in basic terms to let me know what my issue was. The original installation was done by another young gentleman that part was pricier than I anticipated. however when I had an issue they came back and fixed it under warranty. He is a good plumber and let me take notes so I can tell my husband exactly what he did very professional very courteous. Thank you again

A+ experience. Called Monday after I blew a GFCI outlet over the weekend. Answered phone and had an appointment for the following day. Asked if they could bring the part I expected to need. They called hours ahead on Tuesday and said they could be early! Showed up and gave a quick estimate saying they had the part and could do it right away. I accepted estimate which was reasonable and saved me from having to do it on my own. They went to work telling me what they were doing and answered a few questions - very impressed and will use again and recommend to others.

I called Southend Plumbing around noon and an appointment was scheduled for that afternoon. Tyler arrived within the time window provided. He was wonderful and very professional. The leak wasn’t obvious so he had to do a lot of detective work to find it. Once the area was identified, he repaired it quickly. I highly recommend Southend Plumbing.

Wonderful service, the service gentleman that came listen to what I needed.the installers were very polite and told me what they were going to do and cleaned up after the gas water heater was installed.
