We called them on New Years morning and they were here within a couple of hours. They didnt charge any extra holiday fees, which was a huge blessing. Then what we thought was just a blocked pipe in the septic, ended up being a 40 ft section that had collapsed. In the end, it required 12 hours to repair in the cold, rainy weather. Jesse worked diligently to make sure that our system was fixed for our family. He made sure that we had working toilets and were able to shower. He went over everything several times to make sure we would have no problems in the future. He also fixed a few things that he thought would become issues over time. I was truly impressed. Jesse is the kind of employee I would be proud to hire. We were happy to have him take a break and have dinner with us as he wanted to keep working, so the job was done the same day. Wonderful young man. Thanks again for all of your hardwork. You went above and beyond.

Awesome company! Jesse and KJ were super friendly and professional. We had a leak we discovered on Sunday night. I called first thing Monday morning and they were here to assess the problem that afternoon. We got a quote and scheduled repairs for the next morning. They did a fantastic job! Called at 3am and was connected to someone who was super nice, especially at 3am. They were able to send KJ out 6 hours later at 9am, so bright an early. He arrived 15 minutes early and hand my problem fixed within an hour. He even tackled a secondary problem once we thought we had the first finished. Stayed positive and considerate the whole time. He texted to let me know he was finished as not to wake my sleeping baby. Would absolutely trust to use againUPDATE!Had to do a callback for a new plumbing problem that arose separate to the first. Because of the fantastic service the first time I called back. They were out within the hour. I was met with Jesse this time.This man was the definition of thorough! From putting booties on to help protect my carpet to running a camera down 100 feet of pipe, he was determined to find the root cause of my problems. Which were bad. But took what could have been a terrible situation and made it so much better. From his friendly demeanor to his integrity to stay until the job was finished, he finished same day, staying until long after it was dark to fix my pipe in the yard. He took pictures of everything, he did a very thorough, professional job and the character of the man to make sure I wasnt left without a working bathroom overnight, superb. May I never have anymore plumbing issues to call about but if I do I will call them again. Thank you Jesse for being a hard worker and a class act!

I had an issue with my washing machine drain line not draining. I called a friend who recommended Zoom Drain. I immediately went to their website, made an appointment and I was contacted immediately to set up a time. My original appointment was for 1:30 but KJ was able to come at 11am. He was extremely polite, professional and worked efficiently to figure out what was going on and get the issue fixed. KJ also walked me through the things he found. I will 100% use them again and recommend them to anyone I know who needs any drain or sewer needs!!!

Had a clogged drain to our sewage lift pump. Tried snaking it myself but couldn’t get it. KJ came out and used the camera to identify the clog and then gave me a less expensive method to unclog it than what I planned for them to do. KJ was extremely professional, courteous and friendly and made sure he didn’t mess up floors… he even reset my toilet for me! They kept me informed of his arrival time and even though it was late in the day he showed up and took his time to be sure he understood the problem and assure the problem was fixed correctly. Great experience all around! It’s refreshing to meet a young man like KJ. He, like many employees of other companies, is a major asset to Zoom Drain.

Kenneth with Zoom Drain did an awesome job. He came out on a Saturday in the rain and cleaned our drain pipes. They don’t charge extra for weekends and don’t charge just to pull in the driveway. He used the jet to clean the pipe and used his camera to make sure the system was still in good shape with no broken pipes. We will definitely use them again. Highly recommend them.

This Saturday morning we had a clogged drain line. Called three different plumbers -- Zoom Drain was the only one to get back, and with a time for someone to stop by. Jesse was the plumber who came over, diagnosed the situation, and tried several different methods to fix the clog. Jesse had all the right equipment (really hi-tech) and found where the motorized snake and camera were blocked in the pipe. Used a Ridgid Navitrack locator -- quite state-of-the-art. Unfortunately, were going to have to get the pipe replaced (most likely tree roots in the pipe), and Jesse was able to schedule with his boss for Monday morning to complete the repair. Hopefully thatll fix things, but so far were very impressed with Zoom Drain and Jesses service.

K.J. was here within an hour and half just as the owner stated. He was SO professional and respectful. The services may not be the cheapest in town, but the quality of work and employees are worth every penny. We had a tough clog that roto rooter told us they couldnt do (and if you cant call a plumber who the heck do you call?); Zoom drain was willing to take it on and succeeded. Thank you all SO much!

At the Marriott Downtown Knoxville we had been having issues with a drain backing up. We would get it cleared and the next day it would back up again. We then knew we needed a company with the equipment to fully clean out the drain. It was the weekend and nobody could come till Monday. I reached out to Zoom Drain and they said they’d be there Sunday morning. They were excellent in communicating when they would arrive. Once there they got right on it and had the drain completely cleared out within an hour. I was highly impressed and will use them in the future when I need plumbing service.
