Keagan & Kevin were an Absolutely Great Team! Our vent looks GREAT! They were both very Professional, Kind, Reliable, Honest and Positive! They fixed our problem very Quick & was Very Efficient! This company had Great Communication and was the First Company we spoke to after many calls, that would come fix our Business Vent! They got to us the Next Day, called us before arrival time, very fast in email & responses. Landon and Nick were an amazing team! Truly can’t thank them enough for their help and hard work on our home. They had the huge task of replacing all the galvanized pipes in our home (and also adding a garbage disposal, water heater, etc). We were all very happy with all the workers that came to my mothers home. Daniel and Ethan, the plumbers, could not have been any nicer. And they finished the job when they said they would. No complaints here. They thought there might be a problem with the grounding wire so an electrician was called. Richie showed up on the same day and assured us the house was grounded correctly. He also wrote up an estimate for a new electrical panel and house wiring but we chose to postpone that for now. (Mom is almost 90 and gets easily overwhelmed so we take it one project at a time.) There was no charge for him to come out and check the grounding situation. Richie was also very kind and understanding. I would recommend this company based on the quality of their employees alone. We will definitely use them again.

Their technicians are polite and professional (and very importantly, they WEAR COVERS ON THEIR BOOTS when entering your home!). I hope GoHero keeps this momentum going, and doesnt allow a bunch of MBAs or C-Suite executives to take over and ruin their business and reputation like a certain other Knoxville-based company that I wont mention...

I am very pleased with the plumbing job and with Landon and the workers he had with him. They were very nice and friendly. Very professional. Although on the drive way patch not so much happy the scratches that were put there by machines were left there and not covered up. I feel like it should have been sealed. I did like will and the staff at the office below are pictures of the driveway . If the driveway looked better it would be ok, I know it’s not going to look like the original but the patch work could have been better and should have sealed it all the way down

I just had the absolute best experience possible using GoHero for my emergency plumbing issue. Landon, Ben, Ryan and JR worked INCREDIBLY hard to save my sidewalk as the pipe issue was directly below it and I had paid thousands for it to be poured just a year ago. I use my home as my business as well, and they went above and beyond to get me back up and working as soon as possible. I needed plumbing estimates for two separate issues that came up. The plumbing technicians, Landon and Evan, were extremely knowledgable, helpful, and patient with explaining things and answering my questions. They were very honest and up front on giving me ball park estimates on the spot, and later preparing actual estimates after we narrowed down what was feasible. In addition to the above two estimates, they even went above and beyond in noticing I had a Septic tank, inspecting it, and diagnosing it was in good condition and correctly doing its job, before I spent unnecessary money on it. I plan to hire them to do work for 1 of the estimates, and may go with them for the other job estimate in the future…

As far as the actual service went it was excellent. The fellow that emptied the septic tank did not have enough hose but did not want to tear up my yard with the truck getting closer. So he waited until I got home and I showed him where he could go. The only problem I had was that the service was cancelled several times due to problems with the truck.

We found this company through Angi’s list. They service the Knoxville TN area. My main objectives was to have a kitchenette plumbed for a sink and wired for a range in the finished basement of a home we just purchased. This company has both a plumbing division and an electrical division. This review is for the electrical division, as my plumbing is still be worked on as it is a bit more extensive of a job. I worked with an electrical technician named Keegan. We have not moved into our home yet, and so Keegan came to our home and we went through the job together over the phone. He took pictures as he went along and we were able to come up with a plan. He was able to finish the job in 1 day. Even more, one part of the job was to hang an electrical box in the ceiling panel, that will hold a hanging light over where the dining room table will be. He suggested waiting until we move in next week and place the table in position before he puts up the electrical box. I thought that was an awesome idea so that it will be in the correct position. As far as price is concerned, that were not the cheapest, but their technicians and the plumbing contractor we are working with are so knowledgable and explained/educated us on these important aspects of our home. I knew that they knew their trade. For us, price isn’t always the determining factor. You need to look at the entire picture. It’s your home!

He is extremely knowledgeable of every aspect of what his job entails. In the photo provide ignore the dirty floors and walls, our old water heater busted and that is a mess we need to clean up. The focus is on how great this looks and it works amazing! I filled up my jacuzzi tub at one time for the first time since we bought the house 3 years ago! From the call to the customer service to the moment they arrived to the clean up when they finished the install was superb! I highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs!

Great service will never use any other company again! 1st when I callled the young lady that answered is super nice. She sent Heith out to my house that day to check on my AC. He was nice and knowledgeable. I was nice that told me what he was doing and didn’t hide anything from me. He found the in about 5 mins if not faster. Which was about an hour faster than the first company that came out to my house. He told me he get part should take him about an hour to replace it. The first guy said 6 hours to fix my issue and wanted to charge me 6x more than GoHero and said this fix may not solve the problem. So if you want something done right get Heith out to your house. Several years ago, we purchased a lifetime home warranty plan with GoHero to do maintenance checkups on our major systems in our home. Since they came anyway we chose them to do electrical and plumbing upgrades. Their technicians are highly knowledgeable and professional, but friendly and readily explain what they are going to do and give reasonable estimates compared to their soaring higher priced competitors. They can make a huge mess, but have materials to protect your belongings and throughly clean afterward. Anything they install is warranteed and our maintenance plan insures no service call fees on those items. We have been very pleased with every technician so far and their office staff and management get a 10 on friendliness and flexibility to deal with stressed people in upsetting situations. I recommend them all the time.

What professionals! We needed all of our DWV replaced in our home. Our first contact was with Will who provided the estimate. He was extremely knowledgeable of the codes and pointed out several items that were not obvious. He provided the estimate and reviewed it with us explaining everything that was to be done. I had several follow questions which were answered in minutes, in writing. We agreed on contract. Next Ryan and Ben showed up to start the work. These gentlemen were very respectful and nice. They always wore their shoe covers in the house which was a bonus. We have very tight crawl spaces and I cannot believe they were actually able to fit. They communicated with me each time I was about to have a sink, bathroom, toilet, etc. taken out of service so I could plan around that. They cleaned up their messes each day and hauled out all the old junk. They provided pictures of the new installation, since we cannot get there under the house. Our plumbing now works correctly and we now have a 20 year warranty to go with it. GREAT JOB GUYS! You are a service organization.

I cant say enough good things about Hero Plumbing. My wife and I discovered a leak in our pantry the wall was wet. I tried calling five other Knoxville plumbers in the area and none of them wanted to come and resolve this for us. They all had bass fishing plans or golf to play. Raven the after hours scheduler at Hero said that she could take care of us today and would be glad to help out. When Benjamin the plumber arrived he assessed the situation. Told us what it was going to take to fix it and had it complete within 2 hours. Our pipes ALL plugged up/cracked and we were unable to use any water at all in any form. They came out right away, detected the issues and started the job within a couple of days. It was a little less than a week of them being here all day, every day! They made sure to tackle making sure we were able to use water on the first day, they made that a priority. They did an extensive amount of work and I have to say what a relief it is to have everything working again. We have a way to go still, its an old house :).Even our dogs love them and are happy to see them when they come. Jordan, Mike and Ryan came out and detected our water leak, changed out our out door faucet, updated some of our pipes, and replaced our water heater, and treated our drains. The customer service was top notch, they were very professional, on time and very helpful. They were very personable and efficient at explaining and answering all questions. Tristen gave us a quote that was literally 1/2 of what the other 4 contractors were offering. No-brainer, very reasonable pricing.Josh, Zach, and their crew killed it. We had our entire duct system replaced, along with a touch up dog house from a terrible job with the previous contractor.These guys were true professionals. They communicated with me throughout the process, then they went above and beyond by coming back to do spray foam in a couple problem spots, and then Josh broke out his heat gun and showed me exactly where my problem spots are.Then they told me how I could improve my insulation without trying to sell me stuff I couldnt afford - I cant put a price tag on that. They gave me such valuable advice and answered all my questions.These guys dont mess around. I am hoping they will give just as reasonable pricing and provide just as professional services for electric and plumbing, because I feel I can truly trust these guys, and thats rare.

Zackary W,is a very nice, knowledgeable plumber. He checked several things that weren’t on the list to choose from. He Checked under our house for leaks& also inside. Drained the water heater . He discussed what we should put in our septic tank, and checked for water hardness. I’m sure I’m missing some things but he was very patient, explained everything and made sure we understood. He wasn’t pushy and that was great.

Originally contacted concerning active leak in shower plumbing. Randy & Ryan quickly determined it was more than that. After giving me helpful suggestions, they offered to do a look around under the house. They identified an issue with a rotting gas line. Replaced gas piping and outdoor faucet. Professional, Responsive, Prompt, and Outstanding quality work. So glad a neighbor recommended them. I recommend them.

Chase used his camera system and located the tank. Robert and Nathaniel navigated the steep hill to dig out the tank and install the risers. They all work together which made for a strong team. We hired GoHero Home Services to inspect our HVAC, and both units and air handlers needed replacing. They installed two new Trane Sere 20 units that are amazing. We also had them install UV and other high tech items that zap allergens and bacteria as it enters the ventilation. No more mold for us! We had them come back for electrical repairs of bad receptacles in the house, and then again to replace both water heaters, install a home filtration system, new shower, and install a pressure relief valve. All done by professionals who were super knowledgeable, considerate, polite, and efficient. We even purchased their life time maintenance package that protects all of our equipment and includes 4 free yearly inspections and maintenance. All in all, an amazing experience. We got what we paid for in value, and these days that is a rarity. Highly recommend!

5 STARS!!!!! THE BEST!!!!!Unfortunately, I am not computer savvy enough to write a new review without deleting my previous one. That said...Go Hero is absolutely a GOD SEND for me. I live in an older home (1970s) and many issues had been neglected for years. I absolutely TRUST these guys and this company to tell me what needs to be fixed or replaced. They are very informative but never pushy, and they understand financial ability waxes and wanes to deal with projects. They never fail to help me prioritize the issues at hand, while also helping me know what to be thinking about for the future.This year alone, Will (project manager), Landon, Kevin, and Nick, did extensive plumbing work and stayed late many days to finish a complicated job. For sure above and beyond.Corbin and Tyler did HVAC inspection and repair, and again, were not only available to help me trouble shoot issues, but also, spent extra time figuring out a problem and didnt even charge me for that time. Wow! Corbin made sure nothing was left undone and ensured my units were running well in every way.Also, Mike was my hero last year with my new AC unit and he came out with short notice and didnt leave until we were fixed up.Today, Keegan again at my home to do an electrical inspection and helped me with some urgent repairs right on the spot. He and Kevin basically redid my entire fuse box last year. Amazingly skilled guys. Kevin even came to my house on short notice last year the day after Thanksgiving...... that is TRUE dedication to the job and TRUE reliability.These guys are, without fail, respectful, very skilled, and have always shown me the utmost attention to my needs. They respect my time, are prompt and courteous, and they clearly know their stuff.Go Hero will remain my GO TO company for as long as I live in this area. When we entered our garage and found our water heater standing in a puddle, we went online and started the search for a good, reputable plumber. We found that and more on the Hero Services website.The pleasant lady taking my call and collecting info about our problem toldme that someone could be at our house between 8:00 and 10:00 the next morning to see what needed to be done. At 9:00 Lucas and Zack arrived. It was no great surprise to hear that we needed a new unit.After a short discussion about replacement options, they removed the old unit and installed a new one. There was no waiting…with the clock ticking…while they went from place to place to find what was needed. Everything was on the truck ready to complete the job. Including a shiny new water heater!We highly recommend Hero Services. They perform as advertised.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. From the phone call I made this morning to the end of the service call, everything was professional, courteous, and extremely helpful! After starting my day with a cold shower and dreading the expense that was looming, Hero exceeded all my expectations. The initial call was extremely helpful as I didn’t know if this was electrical or plumbing related, but they assessed the issue over the phone and sent the perfect person for the job. Within 3 hours of the initial call, Levi had arrived and fixed the issue! Levi was incredibly friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He walked me through what the issue was, then fixed it in no time! He also walked me through a few other items that could potentially be issues and gave me options as to how to get them corrected. I was blown away by the entire process and will only be using Hero going forward for anything that needs attention at my house. I literally could not be happier with how today went! They informed me when they was coming, worked around my schedule, and completed everything on time! I will give any recommendations to anyone who needs electrical work done! When i had questions the staff was also amazing! You are in good hands with GoHero! THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH, AND GOD BLESS YOU ALL!Keegan and Kevin called us a head of time to let us know when they would arrive, what phases would take place, and they cleaned up the mess.First of all, I am extremely happy with their work that they did in the first phase, and they went above and beyond to meet my expectations.They also explained what the price was going to be, and what all it included in the first phase. They also quoted what the second phase would cost and what was involved.They made it extremely helpful to work around my schedule so it doesnt interfere with my job. Most places wont do that.Keegan and Kevin also informed us that GoHero offers financing if I didnt have the funds to pay up front. They also informed us about the warranty and if there was any issues to contact them that they would be out to check the situation and fix it for us.Secondly, I learned that it is a veteran founded company! I will always support our veterans and stand behind them. I was raised by my grandfather that was in WW2, and I have family that is in the military.The company was very professional when I called to ask questions and if they would come to my county that I live in to do the work and they did! We had go hero come after hiring Tenn standard who messed up everything they did, then we tried Hep, who sent over someone with no tools and was completely unable to make a diagnostic. Which led is to WILL H, at GO HERO! this guy was a true pro who mastered his job. He figured out the issues in 5 minutes, and gave a very reasonable estimate on repairing the unit. This guy deserves an award.

We had already used Hero Services for both plumbing and HVAC, so naturally we called them to check out an electrical issue where a whole series of outlets were nonfunctional. They quickly discovered the problem and fixed it, while also checking on and highlighting the root cause of the issue, which was the aged breakers in the electrical panel, causing surging in the entire system. Levi and Nick were extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly, and they accomplished the upgrade in less than 30 min. Very satisfied with the work done and we will have them back out in the future to add electrical outlets to our deck.

Just had a new gas line installed for a stove, and cannot praise highly enough the quality of work and friendliness of the company. Ben came out to do our estimate and was also the tech doing the install. He was on time, cared about keeping our home clean while doing his install, and was easy to talk to when I had questions. I will absolutely be calling again for any of my plumbing needs. The fact the company is founded be Vets and former LEO/Firefighters is the cherry on top.
