We recently replaced our 1972 broiler in our home. I could not be happier with New Knoxville Supply. Ben, Ryan and the others were very professional, respectful of our home and were great to work with. From the beginning when they came out to review the broiler and requirements, to quoting and explaining what was needed and providing options on the replacement. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality and excellent service.

I had to have a water line outside to the street replaced. Matt was a pleasure working with. The project was quick. Took only 3 hours. Matt even showed me the condition of the old pipe and where it leaked. He also explained how the new meter was moved into my basement, where it was located, and how the city would be able to read the meter. I have some other plumbing improvements I want to make over the next few months. I will definitely go to New Knoxville Supply.

Exceptionally responsive when called after hours when our furnace wasn’t working. Pleasant and friendly during the visit and quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it. Cory did an awesome job-thank you for giving up your evening to ensure we were taken care of!

AC unit was not cooling on a 86 degree day they had it working with in 4 hours. I will call for their other services.
