When you live in an older home, 79 years old or so, (She’s a good old girl, and we love her)you deal with old plumbing, wiring, and everything that goes with that.Our home is heated by hot water that runs through pipes beneath the floors.Toasty floors in the winter, no allergies from the forced air.The boiler, or furnace, was “Blowing off”A term I’d never heard until Googled it,Today a brilliant young man named Bryan from Dean Plumbing and Heating fixed us up!He’s amazing! He’d lived in New York and knew exactly what needed to be done!Thank you Bryan!

Excellent service! After calling to set up an appointment an hour later Nathan was at our home. He checked our unit gave us our options and never pressured us to make a decision like most companies. We ended up getting a whole new unit Chris and Paul brought us over a few portable air conditioners till they was able to get here that evening to install the unit. Upon Chris and Paul arriving they installed the unit and was very nice and professional. I will be recommending Deans to all of our family and friends.

Jonathan Dean and his crew came to the rescue! I had many other estimates performed by other companies - all the big names here in Knoxville. He beat their pricing and was able to provide 0 down 0% financing. Most importantly, he thoroughly explained my options, and my house went from 90 degrees back to 70 in less than 30 hours from my first call, with an offer of portable cooling units. I got a great unit, at a great price, and one with locally available parts if service is needed or when the 10 year warranty runs out. My electric bill has dropped by more than the monthly payments. I have had the unit for a year now. I wanted to be sure there was service after the sale as well. There was a hiccup with the unit, a small leak caused by a manufacturing defect. That was handled, at 0 charge, the afternoon I called about it, on a Sunday. I have been extremely happy with the entire experience. Thank you, Jonathan Dean. You and your crew do fantastic work and provide professional, courteous and prompt service.

I am writing this review exactly 2 years after I had both AC units in the house replaced. Jonathan Dean and his wife came out on a Sunday afternoon and they were getting the job done on Monday! Since then his company has been doing the regular maintenance of the equipment and I am very happy. They were actually cheaper than everyone else and they help us with the financing. I recommend them anytime someone asks me.UPDATE #1: Almost going on 3 years now and I had to call them today to ask for help with my UV light in my HVACs. I was helped by both the owner (Jonathan Dean) and the dispatcher (Kim). I am now an even happier customer than before (can I leave 6 stars?) and its this kind of attention and most importantly dedication to their customers that they have shown us since we first did business with them. Thank you!UPDATE #2:Daniel came out today to perform the preventive maintenance and check that everything is still working well (not an issue in the last 5 years). He was very courteous and well spoken. Clean and professional look. He worked for over an hour to do his thing and then cleaned up all the equipment. Definitely going the extra mile. Very impressed still by this company and the people they have.

We had to replace both our inside and outside HVAC unit, and was referred to Dean Plumbing. It was quick and easy making an appointment to have someone come out to do an estimate. Bryan was very friendly and helpful. Daniel and Sage were the 2 guys that came out today to work on our unit, and they were both very friendly and professional! Im also thankful that they have a finance option as well. Highly recommend them!

If you need HVAC service, choose these guys! We have had 3 other companies come out, but Bryan with Dean was the only one to follow through and get our upstairs AC working finally! He was timely, friendly, and knowledgeable. I also really feel that he had our best interest in mind (which I can’t always say about service providers). I have a rental property and my renter called me on a Saturday night late in the evening with her heat going out. In a panic I called Dean Heat and Air and within 15 minutes someone was there. They fixed the problem and was very affordable!!! Two short weeks later, my electricity went out and I had called them again because my first experience was nothing but excellent!!! Again, they sent someone within 20 minutes of me calling!!! Super impressed because I had called many electricians for many not to return my calls or to call many hours later. Deans was super professional and their employees are very knowledgable. The service man named Erik even checked all my outlets while he was there through the my whole condo to let me know that they ALL was working properly. In the past, Ive used many companies to only be taken advantage of (I had one man that I found on Craigslist that took all my money and never returned). Deans is by far very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and punctual! I have since only referred all my friends and family and my customers as well to them because of my two GREAT experiences. They will be the only people that I will trust with my Heat/air, plumbing, and electrical needs! So glad Knoxville has a great company thats local and a one stop shop !!!

Well, as always Deans Plumbing Company has made everything right!! I was overly charged yesterday for service, by a new employee, that apparently didnt know any better, Im sure he does now!! I was very upset!! , I left a negative review!! I never realized how much Deans Plumbing Company actually care about their customers,....folks they genuinely care that your completely satisfied, and if not, they will do whatever to make it right!! So, today the office manager called my daughter( she called to get our service done yesterday), and asked what happened, and why I gave negative review??My daughter explained what happened, and Deans couldnt stop apologizing enough, and said we want to make it right, youre a good return customer, and we want to keep you!!WHAT ?? Our experience with Deans was nothing short of exceptional. We were left without heat for nearly a month by another company in the area and Deans crew was here within hours of us calling. Our new split system was installed and running within a day. The crew knew what they were doing and were friendly and courteous. Deans absolutely saved the day!!! Story time. We got a brand new AC unit from a different local company this last summer - a few months later, the unit already started having issues . With a 2 year old and a new baby on the way, I was worried about making sure my home was warm. I called Browns several times to come fix it. For a week, the owner and installer himself flaked out by not showing up or by giving me bogus excuses . He didn’t show up until I lost my cool (which I never do) and threatened to go with a new company. He finally came but nothing was fixed. That’s when I called Deans and boy am I glad that I did. There was not only a plethora of dangerous things wrong with how the unit was hooked up, but we figured out the other company isn’t even licensed by the state! I won’t list the things that were wrong with the unit install, but take my word for it, it was disgraceful . Deans showed up EARLIER than they promised & took care of everything. I am SO grateful for them and their honest , dependable service! We will never go anywhere else!

I could not ask for a better experience than we had this week. It took less than two days for Christian and Bo to get our air conditioner fixed and up and running. They both came in ready to work and got us completely fixed in an amazing time frame. We have been having some problems with our air for a couple weeks now. I contacted another company for help but their only solution was for us to replace our unit entirely. I called Dean to come take a look at our system and Nathan was very helpful. He was at my house within an hour of my repair request. He found all the problems that were causing the failures in our system and was able to repair them on the spot. He found that part of our system that was installed by another company was still under warranty and was able to order us a new part to finish the repair therefore saving us thousands of dollars by not replacing the entire unit. I would definitely recommend calling Dean for you air needs.

It is usually the support staff that is the heart of an agency but rarely gets recognition for their hard work. Casey, secretary and office manager at Dean Plumbing, Heating Cooling, LLC, coordinated and scheduled the installation of our AC, humidifier, thermostat and damper vents. While the technicians completed the installation, it was Casey who made this transition flow smoothly.Due to issues during and after installation, the technician(s) had to return on three separate occasions to make adjustments. Because of these issues, we made several phone calls to the office. Caseys positive attitude and ability to listen to our problems saved the day for us. She is truly an asset to this company.

I got a reccomendation for Deans on Facebook, so I called the Meridian office on 7/23/19 to see why our AC was not cooling. They sent a couple guys out within a couple hours. The diagnosis was not good and we ended up needing a whole new unit. Long story short, 24 hours later my wife and I are nice and cool watching Blue Bloods and talking about how impressed we are of the quality of work Christian and Bo performed. Christian even called after leaving the office to see if it was cooling and if we were satisfied. These guys are awesome. We definitely recommend Deans to anyone and everyone.

I called them out to help me replace my thermostat, and while they were out they heard that my garbage disposal was not working after I installed it myself. They not only got my thermostat working, they also looked at and fixed the minor issue with my garbage disposal. Other companies wanted to charge me just to come out and tell me what was wrong. Deans not only didnt charge me to diagnose the problem, they also fixed it on the spot. This is now my personal one stop business. Nate did a very fine job. Our unit is an antique built somewhere around 1996 so replacement parts are hard to come by. Nate was very proficient at finding the right parts or rebuilding what he could to resurrect this old antique and get the heating system working. I have stage 4 cancer and the cold just kills me. It was very cold outside and Nate delivered by getting it working like new.They were very reasonable on their pricing and office personnel were very nice and helpful. Did a Great job. Our heat stopped working and we had a three month old in the house. We contacted several heating/ cooling companies and no one would come out to check it or fix it, btw it was the holidays. I contacted Dean heating and cooling they had some one out within the hour and it was after hours, I was told their is no fixing the old unit and I should purchase a new one we sat down with one of the managers about thirty minutes later and had the right unit for our home which isn’t small then on Sunday they replaced the old one. I was well pleased with Dean heating and cooling, they also didn’t charge us the after hours fee and the price was reasonable. I recommend Dean to everyone.

Our daughters AC went out just before she got married and went on a honeymoon. I called Dean PHC and got a quick response from Jonathan Dean. In fact, he came over that very same day. Found out the compressor was shot and it would make more sense to replace the unit which was about 20 yrs old. Johnathan contacted his crew and they came that very same day and installed the new unit. Eddy and Spencer did a great job getting the new AC installed and made a couple of other improvements while they were there. It was great getting all this done in the same day so that when the newlyweds return, they will come home to cool air and a nice new AC.

Within 24 hours of my initial call, they had replaced two complete units and had a team show up to start on the hot water heater!!! Long day for some of these guys and I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the install and how polite and responsive this team has been. It was a pleasure doing business with DEANPHC. Once again, Dean Plumbing Heating & Cooling came to our rescue after my daughter decided to put uneaten RICE!!! down our kitchen disposal. Our attempts to clear our clogged kitchen sinks with a plunger only seemed to make things worse. Billy (last name unknown) from Dean Plumbing showed up within the hour on a Friday evening and diagnosed the problem quickly. After clearing the clogged elbow under our sink, he courteously and tactfully instructed my daughter on what should never be put down disposals. We enjoyed having Billy in our home and had great conversation while he worked. Its not often you have people as personable as he was show up and make you feel like youve known him for years. Dean PH&C are my go-to folks for any plumbing or HVAC issues. They deserve six stars instead of five.

This company did a plumbing repair for my bath tubs leaking faucets. Robbie and his son were professional, and friendly. They were upfront on searching for the issue, options I had and cost to me for repair. Not only did they fix this issue, they had to address another issue with the faucets which now allows us to have a worry free experience and save some money that water leaks can cause. I would recommend this company and will use them myself in the future.

The other night we suddenly had water leaking from our kitchen sink pipes. With an unusual setup, we wanted someone to take a professional look to gauge potential problems down the line.Luckily the next morning I spotted a Deans truck truck down the road working with our neighbor. I called the main line and they said they would be happy to send ask the techs to come down after they were finished that same day, regardless of how late they finished at my neighbors.That afternoon Ronnie and Austin came by, introduced themselves, took the shoes off and greeted our hyper dog. With in a few minutes they were able to correct the issue, make suggestions for future, and offer an estimate for redoing the lines.These guys were courteous, funny, and efficient. While I didnt have any major issue to attend to, we are planning some renovations in the future and will definitely be looking to work with these guys again!

*UPDATE* 9/12/2017Fast forward to a year and a half later, this supposedly new unit has failed us for the 5th time. Seriously, we have had a nonstop headache from this company. They sent one tech out that said it was just low on coolant. So they recharged it. It quit coolong again a few months later, they sent another guy out that it was installed too close to the house and that there was a bad part on the inside of the house, so he was going to order the part. He also said there was a leak, outside, so he patched and he recharged it until the part came in.Didnt hear back, so called them and they sent another tech out to look at it, and he said the whole coil thing inside needed to be replaced, so said he was going to order the part. I told him the other tech was supposed to order the part already. He says the other guy quit and didnt order any part or file a report so they could. So he was going to order the part.Another guy shows up and brings the part, but lo and behold, suddenly, it doesnt need a part at all. It just needs one tiny part replaced, and he recharged it. It worked good for a couple of months, now here we are again, paying for a unit that isnt working!Another tech is on the way.4/20/2016First off, Deans PHC is one of the most efficient, professional, and helpful companies that I have ever dealt with. They arrived within about an hour and half after I called them, for a FREE consult and diagnostics and estimate. All the other guys that I called wanted a 45 Dollar fee up front just to drive to my house.After confirming what I already knew, the unit was finished. It was going to need to be replaced...My heart fell to my toes. After arranging financing, which took about 20 minutes, EDDY and BRAD were back at my house within a couple of hours with all brand new everything, and worked very hard getting everything replaced, installed and cleaned up. They even hauled off my old unit free of charge!!!!Not only did I get a great new unit, but it came with a 10year full parts and labor warranty, so for the next 10 years, I can rest easy about my a/c unit. Not to mention the twice a year service plan, but I will let them tell you about that great deal!!!After BRAD and EDDY installed it, they stayed to make sure everything was working properly and that the house was cooling the way it should.The owner of the company made sure that we were treated right and that we got the best deal for our money. Eddy and Brad made sure that they honored what we were offered in service and in professionalism.I will recommend them to anyone needing a new system.From the time that I called them, until the new unit was installed was less than 8 hours!!!That was way more than I could have ever expected.5 STAR COMPANY!!!

The lovely queen Kim answered all of my questions before I asked. 🥰 Not only did they show an hour plus earlier than my appointment but they sent the coolest Rep Mr. nathan aka Nate Dog to my home with a big smile on his face ready to ease away all of my worries. He explained everything from front to back to front again. He answered all of my questions even if I asked the same question twice. My heating system failed on the coolest day of the year during the worst financial time of the month. Before he left my house he made sure that I was fully taken care of by finding financial Aid that would cover all of my costs. I wish there were 10 stars to give!!!! I don’t even know where to begin....we had two units go out at different times and each time we called it was late at night and they came right away! The guys who came to replace our units showed up the next morning and had us up and running. We had a glitch in our thermostat switch so I called again, technician came right away and fixed it! Not only are they affordable but they are super nice and polite. Every single guy who came through this house, from the company owner, to the installation guys, to the technician, so polite. I hope you don’t have two units that need replacing days apart from one another but if you do, this is who you call!

Sorry for the length but I can resist. I bought a house to flip, built in the 70s and what a mess. We found out that it was going to need all new HVAC, ducts and all. Since we were re-working the layout of the walls in the house it had to be totally re-designed. To top it off, it was in the city limits so I had to find somebody that new what they were doing from a city code standpoint for inspections. So, their guys came out and sized it up and made suggestions for me. We ended up putting in two units, one for the upper level and one for the lower. Separate thermostats for each floor and they even built a platform for the attic that was seriously solid and looked great. They designed everything, I mean everything and did it well. Chuck was the guys name that came out. I was worth every penny. Their work was so clean, all the way to the outside units. So when it came time for inspection, no kidding, the city inspector said, I have been doing this for about 20 years and this is the best installation job I have ever seen. I have to say, I was worried because I have heard so many stories about city code inspectors. Well needlesstosay, we got our Green tag! THANK YOU Dean Plumbing, Heating & Cooling for a job well done. Dont have to worry about who to call for HVAC now on these flips or even my own home.

Which was a motor for unit. I could not believe the amount we were told. So happy unit will be fixed in a few hrs. They never took a break and as soon as they showed up to my property they hit the ground running.They did a great job of clean up and answered all my questions.I would recommend them to anyone without question.I had been dealing with non honest people who was trying to sell me swamp land in Arizona,but I am glad I made the call to Dean.If you want a new HVAC system ask for Bryan and have him and Spencer install it.But like I said so far so good everything is working fine,I would use Dean Plumbing and heating again.

Bought new unit in 2014 for vacation home with 10 year parts and labor warranty. Dean PHC has provided prompt and professional service when we have called them. Staff is very professional and helpful. Kim answered our call, after hours and set up our appointment for the next morning. She was very kind and did not seem to mind the intrusion into her personal time. Jeff came the next morning as promised. He found our problem and quickly resolved it. He was one of the nicest tech guys we have ever met. We will continue to depend on them when we add an additional HVAC system to our next-door suite. Highly recommend them for fast, dependable, and professional service.

Deans Plumbing and Heating came out and totally replaced my 3 ton and 4 ton ac and heating system. 2 days was total turn around time. Also very exceptional at helping and choosing the right system for your application. Very honest and tells you the details of one system vs another. Exceptional.workers and all business when they rear out 1 system and install another. In this day and age I didnt want a system that required circuit board or internet or I phone technology because parts are harder to come by so I went with a higher seer rated but same type system I had before. Different manufacturer. Cooling bills are.lower and have never regretted the decision. Deans is the way to go.

I had Dean replace my AC unit after it went out a few years ago. They came out the very next day after my initial call, confirmed that I did need a new AC unit, and installed that day. Everything is still working perfectly to this day. Additionally, around 6 months later, I called them again to have them go ahead and replace the furnace as well as it was nearing the end of its lifespan, too. Again, they were timely on this replacement, and Ive had no issues from either unit so far, going on a couple of years now. I would recommend Dean for HVAC services to all in the Knoxville and surrounding area. Thank you, Dean!
