Our water pressure has been low for some time. I found Sanders ad on the internet, and they scheduled the earliest appointment. Vincent came and searched our system, found the problem and fixed it. He told me everything he was doing to fix it in terms I would understand. I also enrolled in the extended service agreement because I feel Vincent and Sanders can be trusted to do what they say. I believe one needs to be able to trust the repair company when utility problems arise.

Sanders really saved the day today! My drains stopped working altogether this morning, all of them, toilets wouldnt flush...panic set in. I had a home warranty company...had is the keyword because they botched this one badly and assigned me to a plumbing company that had extremely bad service for me in the past and they refused to assign my service order to someone else even though this vendor would not come out until the following week....when I had no toilets to use! I called Sanders and they came out within 2 hours of my call (I called the minute they opened). Brad came out and was amazing, went over all my options and gave exact pricing, immediately went to work and fixed the issue and he even installed a new toilet for me that I had bought back when I bought the house with intentions of swapping them out eventually. So thankful for this companys speedy response time and excellent service. I canceled my home warranty after my tech left because Sanders offers a membership program and I feel I can trust them with a speedy response...something my home warranty and the terrible vendor they were contracted with was not able to do...twice. Thank you Brad and Sanders for amazing service!

Incredible Service: My house has had some bad pipes so Ive been in need of a frequent service plumber. Plumbing is always going to be pricey so its good that I get service that I consider worth it, Ive called Sanders every time. Every time Ive called Ive gotten friendly customer service response, almost every time Ive had Austin come over, very friendly and professional, good quality work done, and incredible service. Ive had he and them over on late nights and holidays and every time theyve been great. Ive had a few different plumbers come over and in my opinion theyre the best in the area by far.

Austin came out last Thursday and priced water hook up and connection for our new laundry sink. Today he installed everything and got us hooked up. He was professional, clean, friendly, and meticulous. We knew we were in good hands last Thursday when he was extremely careful to open our fence and close it due to us having a dog and autistic toddler. We have used Sander’s for all of our plumbing needs. They have the best customer service and management around.

His name was Austin. He was very informative and we talked right away and I told him the problems I had been having. He listened to me and he told me what it would cost me to have it fixed and I agreed to the cost and he got to work right away. I was very impressed with his work, and at the end, he explained everything to me, and I was very happy with his cleanup and the end result. As expected when I called I received prompt response and quick service. I had a drain problem in the bathroom. Brad came out and fixed it. Ran a snake through the drain hole and came out with about 5 years worth of hair blocking the pipe. I have used Sanders now for about 6 years for all my plumbing jobs. The prompt callback, the quick reaction time made for a pleasant job. Sure they maybe a little more than some, but the work is done on time, they keep you in the process the whole time. And i pay for quality.

They stayed with the job until it met their standards. The work was flawless. Dustin and Rob were very prompt, professional, and even respectful. Im not used to that anymore, it was very refreshing. I cant say enough good things about this company and the people who provide their services. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and courteous. It is a pleasure to work with them. Our hot water heater had a slow leak. Matt and Joe were out the next morning to check the heater. We discussed our options and decided to replace it with a tankless heater. The guys returned the following morning exactly when they said they would and worked all day, without a break, removing the old heater and then installing, re-piping with new copper pipe, and programming the gas heater. They explained what they were doing every step of the way so there would be no surprises, and they cleaned up any debris in the area. We have recommended Sanders Plumbing to others and will continue to do so. Its wonderful to see that some companies still take pride in what they do and stand behind their products and services.

Vince was great. He replaced a PRV and cleaned up a pitiful mess of piping that a previous plumbing contractor had installed. He gave me the option of a repair attempt, but I told to go ahead and make it right. He worked in a very confined space of a 1930s water meter box. He installed a superior PRV and used high quality connectors and pipe. He knew what he was doing, and he had all he needed in his van. He was fast, efficient, and well organized. A major clog under a slab from a 50 year old badly installed joint became a huge challenge and was headed to a humongous expense. Sanders staff figured it out and got things moving. They keep us informed throughout the process of the challenges, possible solutions and costs. This issue appeared right around Thanksgiving. Three other companies had pushed us out to a week, two weeks and near Christmas Day schedules. They compressed their schedule to help us out. A+.

Thanks to Sanders Plumbing- Knoxville and their technician, Ty (Tyler), we have no more water flooding our floor and have confidence that all of the pipes in that bathroom are good. He even was able to point out some things that would likely cause problems in the near future, and taking care of them before something goes wrong would be less expensive and easier. Weve had several experiences with Sanders and Ty has always been the guy. The service has been nothing short of excellent. I give Sanders plumbing 5 stars for great customer service and fast response. I have used them twice in the last couple of months. The first time I used them, I needed a plumber the day of, since I thought I had a gas leak in my water heater. After calling three other plumbers, Sanders was the only only one that could provide same day service for my emergency. Tuned out that I did not have a leak and was only charged the service fee for coming out. The next time I had a leaky shower drain. After inspection the plumber said he needed a second hand to help him repair. He was very flexible and accommodating on working with our schedule to find the time to make the repair. Both times the plumbers were very friendly, knowledgible and honest. I would use them again if I needed a plumber.
