    I recently hired Best Plumbing Casey/Zach for a job, and I couldnt be happier with the service I received. From the moment I called, they were incredibly responsive and attentive to my needs.     Best Plumber was able to respond to two locations that I own within 24 hours to connect two stoves. Two employees arrived on time, fully prepared to work. They were dressed with coverings for their work boots which was appreciated in light of the rainy weather. Both locations were properly addressed with the correct equipment and parts. The work was performed in a timely manner and the process was fully explained. I found the price very reasonable also. I will definitely call on them again if ever I have a plumbing problem in the future.

    Casey, from Best Plumber, arrived on time and dealt with all of our issues calmly and completely with patience and deliberate care and concern.     These guys are INCREDIBLE. My wife and I just moved into our new house and we realized that there were plumbing issues that could only have been found in the day to day living. We called and David was able to schedule us for the next day. He was very detailed and ended the call by reiterating my priorities back to me and listing potential fixes. When Casey and Brendan arrived the next day, they gave us band-aid, good, better , and best option and explained in detail the priorities and why they would do each thing they suggested. They were able to replace a faucet, the entire water heater (and bring up to spec), water regulator valve, and our fixtures in the upstairs bathroom in less than a day. Even their cleanup from where they had to drill in behind the shower was handled with class by giving us a panel for the whole and any future access needs. I would absolutely recommend them in the future. I know nothing they fixed today will break, but next time something needs fixing, I am calling them.

    I would highly recommend.Best plumbing company. I had more than one company company come out and give me an estimate to replace my water heater. Casey was Professional, Thorough and Very Knowledgeable. He educated me on the difference between residential grade and professional grade water heaters . Casey was the only plumber who asked where the water Shut off valve for the house was and checked the regulator. The pressure was very high and it was leaking. Had the regulator not been replaced, It would have greatly affected the new water heater. Price is important and Best Plumbers estimate was significantly more economical than the other companies. Casey and Braden installed the new regulator and water heater. Nice gentlemen. And they did a thorough job. Im well pleased. Casey also showed me how to maintain the water heater once a year . I dont want to forget to mention Dave Who works in the office. I spoke with him several times on the phone.Hes always so very courteous and helpful. I normally dont leave every view or at least for a long one. However, I was very pleased with this company.And their integrity And professionalism.

    Had a plumbing issue yesterday and contacted Best Plumber in early evening after hours. Left my situation online and received a call back in 5 minutes. Got on the calendar today. WOW, what awesome service. Jonathon and Zach got here in the morning and took care of everything I needed. They were so professional and nice to work with. Great assets to the company. When I need future repairs, Best Plumber is who I will call for sure.

    This was my first experience with Best Plumber, and they have become my go to plumbing company. Having employed other well-known plumbing companies in the past I feel more than qualified to make a comparison.Things I liked about Best Plumber:-The staff. Casey, Brandon, and Johnathan were dispatched to my home. They communicated by phone with an expected arrival time, showed up, and were quickly on the task. Each of these young men have significant credentials and experience. They work well as a team, and are extremely courteous.-The diagnostic process. Casey, Brandon, and Johnathan listened carefully. They considered my input, and then began trying to isolate the problem and develop a strategy for repair.-The office communication: Communication was easy and efficient with all members of the office staff. They sent electronic communication to advise who would be coming and outlining their qualifications.-The timing: Typically, when dealing with plumbing issues, you want some action. Best showed up the day after I called. They were back the next day to go forward with the work involved. I have experienced delays of up to two weeks, and no-shows.-Equipment: Best Plumber service trucks carry a full compliment of tools and parts. No wasted time going for parts.     Had a leak from upstairs coming down into our downstairs bathroom. Needed quick help. Called Best Plumber, and they were able to get Jonathan Marsh to my house within 30 minutes. Jonathan was very professional and shared adequate information each step of the process. He even contacted a restoration contact to determine if drywall repairs were necessary. Really think Jonathan did a fantastic job. Thankful to have the leak fixed before further damage was done.

    Casey and Zack did an amazing job with replacing the pipes in our home and replacing our old water heater with a tankless water heater. Their attention to detail was fantastic, and they were able to get the job done one day sooner than expected. They went above and beyond.     I needed to get my gas fireplace working and contacted Best Plumber, as they were recommended on NextDoor. David called me quickly and said a tech could be at my house the next day. I made an appointment, and Christain, the tech, arrived on time. He quickly determined that the fireplace was in good working condition and taught me how to start it and use the remote. After a few minutes, it was working great. I highly recommend Best Plumber as they are fast, thorough, efficient and reasonably priced.

They got the job done very quickly and asked questions throughout the process, making sure I was comfortable with everything they were doing and everything they were going to present to me.Im fairly ignorant when it comes to Plumbing so when somebody can sit down and explain things to me in an easy manner to understand I really appreciate that.     Had a great 1st time experience with this company they called me within 2 minutes after making a post on the thumbtack app. Scheduled my appointment for the next day and showed up earlier than scheduled (called 1st to make sure that was ok). Casey and Brayden were the plumbers that showed up, they asked what the issues were then checked multiple things that they thought might be the problem. Gave me 4 different pricing options and recommendations and went above and beyond to make sure I understood what was going on with my plumbing system.     I have lived in Knoxville less than 2 years and used 4 plumbers. This is the second time I have used Best Plumber, and I will always be using them. They have been fantastic both times! They get me scheduled quickly and always deal with my problems efficiently and affordably. I had Casey and Braeden come out this time. They checked out the issue and knew right away what the problem likely was. They did investigate other things just to make sure they had the whole scope and were covering all bases. Casey explained the problem and the options to fix it very thoroughly. I appreciated how transparent they were about the process. It was so easy to understand. Their prices are reasonable, so I was happy to go ahead and have them fix the issue instead of band-aid something that we have had ongoing problems with. They noticed other potential issues in my plumbing structure and made me aware of what to watch for to know if those things were causing issue in the future, which I so appreciated. That’s just one example of how friendly and awesome these guys are. In looking at the final job, I thought the hot water heater could have been centered on the retaining pan to allow the over flow pipe to drain into the retaining pan if it became necessary.     I had seen that my toilet had moved in my bathroom just a little bit I was lucky that my son had put it in usually people charge $500 to $1,000 to put a new toilet system in I let the business person from BEST PLUMBING know that the system have been put in about four and a half years ago Ive been making slow upgrades as I can as being a retired person and still working part-time Jonathan contacted me when he was on his way to the home they set up an appointment time for me between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. they arrived at my house at approximately 10 after 10:00 a.m. he came with all equipment check my water pressure outside said it was good I asked him if I needed to move anything from bathroom he said no he would take care of it he drained the toilet and drained the back anything he needed like a wet and dry vac came in with him some kind of screw got caught he came in with a small Saw gun for metal and unscrewed them he changed the wax ring out under my toilet with a more modern piece of equipment he had everything taken care of and done within an hour very polite very professional I would highly recommend best plumbing to all of my friends thank you again for coming out and helping my family if I have any other plumbing needs that need to be done Ill make sure that I contact you they even sealed the bottom of it with silicone it looks great.

    I called Best Plumber company after my water heater broke down. Technician Ben did a phenomenal job installing a new heater within a few hours. The service was very neat, efficient and professional. I cannot say how grateful and happy I am with my brand new water heater as well as being able to take a hot shower. I would definitely recommend the Best Plumber to everyone who have trouble with water heaters. They also offer other services such as water filtration to help you drink clean water and enhance both health and quality of your life!

    Hot water heater leak. We had Jonathan and Zack out initially, great and conscientious work (right down to the anti-scuff booties, very thorough). Had Casey and Zack back out for the floor replacement, at and under the new heater. Again, same level of work/craftmanship. We especially like that they take pictures to put in the file, having been a field tech myself, this is good for all parties as oversight by management can ensure quality control and a picture is worth a thousand words should a customer call back in with any questions, these can be referred to. Would/will have them out in the future without a doubt.

    I unfortunately had to repipe my entire 2400 s.f. basement and replace the hot water heater. From start to finish, the customer service and workmanship was nothing short of outstanding. Best Plumber arrived and completed the work each day when they said they would, took the time to make sure we understood every step of the process, and also gave me a quality competitive price.
