I wrote review regarding this company and a specific employee, one of their multiple talented individuals, around a year ago. This is an update that I want to share.We purchased a mountain home in the autumn of 2023. We knew there were some cosmetic repairs that needed addressing. That turned out to be understated.We soon realized that there were numerous replacements and repairs that had to be accomplished before it would go from our supposed dream house to a forever home.From floors to plumbing, doors needing secure locks, flood lights, garage repairs, bathroom fixtures and total remodeling of same! A daunting task.We were having difficulty securing even one company much less the multitude of professionalindividuals we needed.Then came Bizzy Bee and Justine. He is a cross between Crocodile Dundee and MacGyver. Oh may I include a fantastic advisor on interior design ideas and is a technology whiz. He has become our call for any and every need. An absolute perfectionist with unlimited skills and expertise in so many fields. Bizzy Bee is a 5-star organization. We feel so blessed to have found them. They were recommended to us by another great company. One visit sealed the deal. Customers service is as top of the line as the companySorry for a long read. I was surprised to receive same day service for repair of a leaking tub drain. I live in an older home and repairs are always a challenge. Justin explained exactly what was needed and offered several options to fix the problem. He made sure everything was completed in one visit. I greatly appreciated his friendly and professional service. I hope to not need plumbing services again, but if I do I will definitely call Bizzy B.

I needed a plumber to fix my DIY bathroom toilet. From reaching out and calling BizzyB to scheduling an appointment was so easy. When I called their phone number, Deanna was able to schedule their plumber to come out the very next day. What a pleasant surprise. My appointment window was between 830 and 1230. Taylor showed up at 8:30 sharp. I described the problem I was having with the toilet and he immediately went to work. He was so knowledgeable. He was able to troubleshoot it very quickly. He explained the problem that was going on very thoroughly. Once I agreed to the repairs that needed to be made and the estimate, he worked diligently on fixing the problem. He even cleaned up after! Now I have a perfect working toilet and no more headaches! Taylor was very professional! What a truly reliable, courteous person that that really cares about getting the job done right. I will definitely be using them again. Thank you!!!!

Justin has been our earth angel . We moved here from Knoxville and had to have some complicated plumbing work done as well as adding new walk in shower and pump put in. There were outdoor faucets and 2 bathrooms with all new sinks and hardware installed. His work and expertise was amazing! He always went over every detail of what was going to have to be done with highest to lowest cost estimates. He was so talented and his work ethic was impeccable. The company is top notch. We could call anytime from emergences to just making an appointment for routine work. They always made every effort to meet our needs. I would give 10 stars if possible. We still have jobs that need to be done. We would never use anyone else. They are the best by far!

We moved into our new home close to 3 weeks ago and while we were out of town the weekend, the sewer pump alarm went off. Since we are new to the house and have never had that system, we had no clue what the issue could be making matters worse, it was the week of Thanksgiving. I called Monday morning and they had a technician out before noon same day. Justin was fantastic. He is very knowledgeable and did a great job. He had the issue resolved within an hour after the pump truck did their thing. Being able to get this fixed same day and before a holiday was a blessing especially since it was stinking up the whole neighborhood which isn’t a great way to meet the new neighbors or eat a Thanksgiving meal. While I hope to not have any plumbing problems anytime soon, I’ll be calling Bizzy B if I do.
