I called these guys because of a friends recommendation and this company was AWESOME! We have a small business and have had an issue for a few weeks that others could not get resolved, or had told us there was no problem. I called on a Tuesday morning, gave all the details to the person on the phone. He had a very good guess or idea what needed to be done just from our conversation. He said they were busy but would do his best to have someone drop in later that day or the next and develope a game plan. Well they showed up and were able to fix our situation right then! You could not ask for a better experience! Every single person I was in contact with was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional! Amazing! Thank you folks! MUCH APPRECIATED!

I hired Scotts Plumbing to make a few upgrades to my plumbing. These services included replacing the toilet with a nice, more water use friendly model and replacing the kitchen sink and faucet. I couldnt be happier with the result and I found the plumber to be extremely pleasant and friendly, as well as willing to answer questions. The job was completed in an appropriate time frame and with very careful attention to getting the work done right.These guys will not be the rock bottom cheapest you can find, but they will be the best. (You get what you pay for)

Wonderful! 5 different plumbers helped on my newly purchased house (where the people who flipped the house did SO much of the plumbing incorrectly), and Scotts was absolutely wonderful. For 4 days they worked tirelessly, uncomplaining, and were so kind and helpful. If you ever want the job done correctly, this is the company!

We chose Scotts to replace all the drain pipes in our crawlspace 3 years ago. They quoted the job with replacing the pipes up to the fixtures as I requested. Well, the workers who did the job replaced only the main drain pipes but didnt bring the new pipes up to the fixtures. After a few months I realized what they had done but decided to let it go. Until our bathroom sink started giving us so much trouble draining and spending way too much on drain cleaner. I finally decided to give them a call and tell them the situation. I was transferred to Wes who quickly pulled up our contract and saw what it said. He came to the house and inspected the job. He then scheduled a crew to come finish the job correctly. Ryan and James spent about 3 hours today and did a great job finishing what should have been done in the first place.This all happened after one phone call and Wes just took the ball and ran with it. There was no need to get upset or try to pressure anyone to come back after three years. He just made it happen and all at no cost to us. These folks are top notch and I recommend them if you need anything done. In factIll be using them again soon for another project.

I’m really happy with these guys. We have a 100 year old house with a lot of unique plumbing issues, and Scott’s is one of only 2 out of the ten or so plumbers we’ve tried that was able to handle it. They managed to camera and diagnose the issues with our many broken and blocked storm drains and give good recommendations on dealing with the issues. I’ll definitely use them again.

I almost never write reviews but I wanted to share how much I appreciate Scott’s. Today, I discovered a leak in a pipe under our house. Of course - this was just before Christmas. They showed up at our house after dark, just four hours after I called, to take care of our issue before they closed for the holiday weekend. They have been equally responsive on prior occasions. I originally found Scott’s because another local company I trust recommended them, and I’m glad they did.

Scotts Plumbing has been our go to for more than 17 years. They’ve handled everything from major leaks (from builder shortcuts) to new installations with professional service. Our most recent install was converting a fiberglass all-in-one tub unit to a walk-in-shower. They did a fantastic job as usual. The plumber, Justin made sure I was aware of what they were doing and that my decisions on how things would look were followed. We keep coming back to Scotts because we trust them. …….. and isn’t that what everyone wants when you’re dealing with plumbing?

After receiving a MAJOR sales pitch and an astronomical quote for the same service (from a large and well-known Heating, Electrical, and Plumbing company), I asked colleagues for some of their own reliable and affordable plumbing success companies. Scotts Plumbing came highly recommended. I called on a Thursday and we were were scheduled for service at 8:00 am the next Tuesday. Mike called me that Tuesday morning at 7:45 am to let me know when they would arrive. Mike and Ryan arrived on time, were knowledgeable, personable, professional, thorough and quick. They cut through the drywall, replaced the old shower valve, and installed the new valve and shower/tub hardware, cleaned up, made sure we were satisfied with the work, water pressure, functionality of the new pieces, and were gone in less than two hours. We paid them less than 1/4 of the original quote and were not given a spiel about all the other things we needed to upgrade/replace. We will call Scotts first (and again and again) from now on.

Great experience with Scott’s plumbing. The service providers were punctual, kind, professional, and knowledgeable. They made sure I was informed every step of the way and gave me several options regarding repair. The expense was fair, reasonable, and honestly a little lower than expected. There was no “mansplaining” just honest service and repair. The only negative was they had to schedule a few days out. However, it was during a holiday week so that’s understandable. And, I can see why they are so busy bc it’s a high caliber team. Scott’s will definitely be my go-to in the future.

Have always had great service from Scotts. Today we had Dustin come out to flush our tankless water heater. He then took the time to help me troubleshoot a water pressure problem we have been having with our water supply (which is from a well). He was very knowledgeable and professional and the fact that he took the time to really help us figure out what was wrong was great. We have had several other plumbers out to try to figure this out and he was the only one who really took the time to properly troubleshoot and help us understand the issue. We will certainly continue to use Scotts and will request Dustin again in the future !

Very responsive, particularly since our issue occurred over a holiday weekend. Employees are very personable on the phone and were informative through the process once they started at our home. Only issue was it seemed that there were a couple different issues, one of which was easily resolved. Other issue mentioned was a very expensive fix and left us wondering if it is an insignificant problem as everything is working wonderfully now. Would call again if needed work.

Back up occurred from sewer during monster thunderstorm that overwhelmed KUBs sewer system on a late Saturday afternoon. with guests arriving for a family celebration! Called a reputable plumber who gave up after 3 hours trying to clear the line. Then I called Scotts who stuck with it and after several hours got the clog cleared at 125 out where my drain connects with the city sewer. Expect to shell out big bucks for emergency weekend after hours services but Scotts technician (Dustin) stuck with it until 1:30AM and got the job done whereas the first highly reputable plumber couldnt hack it.
