We had 3 different issues, one being a broken water heater and we were out of town. I called Taylor Plumbing recommended by Falcon Development. This was the Thursday before the Memorial Day weekend. The plumbers showed up Friday and worked through the day to take out the old and in with the new. My housesitters said the team was very professional and I was impressed that they worked throughout the day even though their boss had given them the half day off. Water heaters are not inexpensive and ours was over 30 years old. Just be prepared to have to replace yours and I would recommend you call Taylor to perform the work.Update: Taylor Plumbing did it again! Impressed the daylights outta me. This time we had “ick” water coming up through a shower drain and slow flushing toilets. Scott worked his magic and with his magic and air snake and lots of tenacity blew the two clogs from the pipe straight to septic lickety split! Besides being a lovely human being Scott is a terrific detective and is not happy until he finds a solution. My kind of service! Thank you again Taylor Plumbing and especially Scott!

Excellent customer service. They did everything they could for me to solve a very hard problem on a Saturday. The tech came in on his day off to help us. Another one drove an hour away to bring him a needed part. They didnt stop until they got it fixed - and they did get it fixed (Helping us avoid a major repair issues). Randall was awesome!

We had a water heater about to go out and needed quick service. They were very quick to send someone out to inspect the old water heater and locate the necessary parts and materials for replacement and returned the next day to remove the old water heater and replace it with a new one. From the start my experience was top notch! A+! Tammy got me in touch with Tina who even was going to schedule me SAME DAY for a FREE estimate (unfortunately my schedule did not allow for same day) for my plumbing needs! I had two techs show up, Chandler and Austin, both were amazing! Gave me multiple options for my replacement needs! Hands down best company Ive dealt with in my years of homeownership! Office Manager and staff were incredibly helpful in getting me scheduled on a day and time that was convenient for my difficult schedule. The plumbers were prompt, polite and went out of their way to explain everything they were doing as they were completing the work. Of all the estimates we had, they were also the most cost efficient as well as being licensed and insured. We will be using them to have our entire house re-plumbed in the near future.

Ran by the office on Clinch Ave and the manager was right there to assist. She brought me to her office & calmed me down and assured me I was in good hands. Her plumbers were quick to respond and repair the leak in my moth in laws yard and they didn’t try to rip me off. This could have cost us a fortune that we didn’t have and they helped us and we had a fraction of the cost expected. Thank you Taylor plumbing

Im rating Taylor Plumbing a five because of Tina, Austin and Zac. Tina was very responsive to my questions and pleasant to deal with. Austin and Zac came out and had to fix a total screw-up of what my job really needed as opposed to what was told to them, a total lack of communication from the guys who initially assessed my situation. Austin and Zac figured out what was needed, waited quite a while for the proper materials they needed and got to work as soon as they finally arrived. They had to do some creative plumbing but in the end it all turned out great. They did a great job of covering up where they had to dig to run a drain line and they gave me grass seed to reseed the dig area. Zac and Austin were great to deal with and if you ever use Taylor Plumbings residential services, these are the guys you want.

We had to have our main water line from the meter into our house replaced. They also had to go under a sidewalk and into our utility room. What a fantastic job!! Once inside the house they installed a bathtub with shower surround and replaced all of the water valves.The main plumber detected a small drip on our washing machine valve. They installed a new box and drain line per code. They cleaned up and tested everything, couldn’t even tell they were there. We highly recommend this company for a major repair or the smallest repair. Very professional and very reasonable priceing!

Okay…I gave 5 stars for only one reason. It took 3 different plumbers to attempt to fix the problem. The last 2 were my heroes. Matt and Josh were amazing and their supervisor Tommy assisted in correcting the other workers mistakes. If you want quality and outstanding work ethic then make sure you ask for Matt and Josh. After dealing with drainage issues in our house, Brandon was sent out to evaluate the situation. He was very professional and found the partial clog. He was able to unclog the drain within minutes.
